As customers who spend roughly $200 per month there, we expect to be treated with basic respect and courtesy. Because of this interaction, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. My daughter is getting her prom dress and the place we are buying it from - Windsor - doesn't do measurements. So, I asked Jenny Ju if they could just take our daughter's measurements. After a few questions from her, she deciphered I was only looking for a courtesy measurement.... That would be a hard no. Thanks for not offering something as simple as a quick measurement for my daughter - you realized we weren't paying for anything so you didn't want to be troubled. That's really pathetic customer service - they do tailoring there - just nothing complementary or as a courtesy.
