possibly making it cheaper to wash and dry seeing how none of the dryers work. you expect to be there for a hour and it's turned into four just because of how bad kept the dryers are.....a lot of out of order signs but doesn't seem to actually get looked at....the times are messed up you'll put in money for 30 mint for it to drop to 10 and you see it happen right then .. i just think someone needs to either be in there or actually fix everything and not just SAY they will. UPDATE RESPONSE: The two dryers i took pictures of are not the same one they are two different dryers all beside one another one of the photos is just closer to it because I was showing that on the out of order it doesn't explain what's wrong with the item. They're just posted all over them and they have been like this for at least a month now so you don't get to them as quick as you were saying they are.. I don't use card. I use quarters because every time I use the card. It takes more money than it's needing and I have reached out to you and never got that money back. I'm just met with another paragraph like this defending what hasn't been done. so thanks and most of the reviews I made that you mentioned that one star reviews are due to hostile environments and it not being done correctly. There's a reason this app was made so you guys can do better and actually fix the problem. instead of responding maybe just fix the problem lisa there are college students or just people in this generation who can't afford small things like this just take other people into consideration . read more

I haven't been to many laundry mats BUT this one is so nice! Super clean, inside and outside the washers/dryers. The washers only take 25 minutes and I love that! Still waiting on my clothes to dry so will update with how well those work! So far love this place. Honestly really relaxing! (Especially for a mom) read more

It was ok but I was a little freaked out and very disappointed that there was no one attending the facility to make sure everyone utilizing the facility is wearing masks! There were at least 4 people with no masks and no social distancing. That place is small people need to wear masks! I will NOT be going there anymore! One and done! I will travel to Folsom to launder land because there is someone there at all times cleaning, disinfecting and patrolling the facility to make sure no one walks in without a mask. Finally a laundromat near El Dorado Hills! We've lived in EDH for 21 years and have had to go all the way to Roseville to wash comforters too big for our washer at home. I love that they take credit cards and Apple Pay. The prices were very reasonable and I was in and out in an hour. It's a perfect location because of CVS and Starbucks in the same center. read more

Sierra Laundry is extremely clean and washing machines and dryers are all new However, I was disappointed in their employee. Not very friendly and did not wear a mask even though it was stated on a sign that customers were expected to wear a mask. Doesn't set a very good example. read more

Had to wash my large comforters so tried out this new laundry in my neighborhood. I have to say it is the best one I've been to in a very long time! It was clean. It had machines that were large enough for my bedding. I didn't have to worry about quarters as it used my ATM card. There appears to be a change machine there if you need it. There were helpful signs around letting customers know more information about the machines. The best part is it is in a better neighborhood than the last one that I visited in Cameron Park. This is my first time frequenting the laundromat in Cameron Park and I am blown away by not only the cleanliness of the facility but also the ease of using the machines with a credit card. The owner patiently helped me with the machines since I had never used them before and I was extremely grateful. When I was talking with him, he informed me that they recently opened a laundromat in El Dorado Hills which is a lot more convenient for me. I will 100% be back! read more

This coin laundry is the cleanest most lovely laundry mat I've ever stepped foot in! All large capacity washing machines and highly polished brand new dryers. Prices are incredibly reasonable and you can pay with your debit card. After a house fire that took or laundry room, I was pleasantly surprised to find this gem of a facility! So grateful! read more

Originally I had posted a complaint & didn't realize until a few months later that the owner had asked to help and address the issue. Because she did we went back and have been using this place for laundry every week (or 2 when we are lazy). If there is an issue they are QUICK to help take care of it and accommodate us. They even call you back to make sure everything is great. The facilities are nice and the machines wash and dry very well. Recently we had to do our sheets last minute but had a movie in Folsom to catch so we brought out laundry to Folsom with us and had THE worst experience at a laundry Matt down there that once again affirmed we go to the right place. We appreciate their care for customers and made sure to tell everyone at the other laundry mat they should drive all the way up the hill to come here LOL. read more
