Great experience started using the place after my dryer broke and been coming regularly. I have noticed the machines work well, much better than mine at home, and the place is always clean, bathroom is always clean too. I'm currently sitting here, with a 8 load washer full of clothes and soap. Only for there not to be coins in the change machine on site. Not only that, but the soap available for purchase in the vending machine, comes from the dollar tree, and is 6.00$. Outrageous prices all around. And I called the emergency number and they do not have a voicemail box. Very unprofessional and unclean atmosphere. But it's the only one with a toilet. So that's why I come. i have years doing laundry here and assure you this is the spot. it's clean, the restroom is clean, the vending machines always stocked, the washers wash clothes well the dryers also dry efficiently. the floors are clean and trash is hardly even full. I see their employees every time and they are all pleasant girls who are staying busy, always wiping down, sweeping etc... area to fold is good size, there's a whole wall size folding area that makes it possible to fold and move around. Their number in washers and dryers is also quite a lot to where I have never had to wait for one, they got the large loads and then larger ones for comforters there's even a a few larger than that. dryers are the same , well spaced allowing large loads to fit. The parking is limited up front but there's the back that actually is very spacious and only a few feet extra . the carts they have allow you to roll your clothes to your car with no heavy lifting. the payment method is awesome, allowing to pay in any form with or without an account. it's a life saver when no cash or the need for quarters comes along you just select the wash or dry and swip your card - DONE! oh and making an account gives you 10 dollars as a got to use thats pretty sweet. every week I drive from Cameron park just to wash here because that's how much this laundry room ,in my opinion, outnumbers the others. Launderland update - 7 years on, now with new owners. i still hold to my expectations - be clean, have a restroom, and a change machine that works. The new(ish) owners have made some improvements and lost a few amenities. On the plus side: 1) upgraded with new machines and a cashless system you can use with an app on your phone. (Occasional promotions greatly appreciated!) On the sadder side: 1) More machines mean aisles are very crowded and a bit stressful. Prices went up and the overall experience went down. 2) No attendant in duty during days. A door malfunctioned on a washer and there was no one to help and no number to call. I was out $9.50 and my laundry was held captive. 3) Bring back the utility sink! So you dribble liquid soap and need to clean it up. That can happen often. There's no way to rinse it off or clean it up (see #4). So you have to leave it. 4) Supplies in the bathroom often empty. No soap. No paper towels (see #3). Covid is still around and there's no soap in the restroom?? 5) During peak times they should consider opening a second restroom. Doesn't need to be open all the time. But 1 restroom for 50+ people and kids is not sufficient, especially since there is no other place nearby to go. This is still my choice, but it's an iffy one. read more

Place is filthy. Just left the one on Broadway to come down here and check it out....no better. There is one in Cameron Park off of Green Valley, which gets great reviews. I will be going there later plus I called them on a Sunday afternoon at 4 o'clock and she answered the phone. People are such pigs. I only needed to come clean a large blanket as my washer could not handle it so with that being said, I won't have to visit for another four months or so lol!! UPDATE !!! So this place is terrible and the atms steal your money without giving you money, and their new "chinesium" garbage machines break, and noone is around to fix their machines or just be around to help so I got an error code on the washer, and my clothes, and what not is stuck in machine 46 and I can't open it to get my items out. I called the number the washer machine said to call. A guy answered, and said he would be there in an hour. I was at the laundromat for over four hours waiting and he never showed up. Then when I was finally able to get my clothes it was a nightmare. I don't blame the one lady that was there, the same lady that was there before previous owners, because she was understanding, and explained the new machine stuff but today was one of the worst days of my life, and I rarely get so mad that I am livid, and shaking. read more

Let's start with the good stuff. The location is relatively spotless, which is pretty unusual for laundromats. The machines are in new condition and plentiful. Negatives: although there are a lot of machines there are an equal amount of jerks that aren't tending to the times so their stuff just sits in the appliances. It is also kept a a Costa Rican swamp like temperature that makes the whole doing laundry thing even more irksome. The prices are insanely high but I get it that these machines must be a lot of upkeep and energy etc.. there are no outlets for charging your phone. I get not wanting vagrants loitering but when you're stuck waiting for laundry with a dying phone it would be nice to charge it. I cannot wait to get out of here I'm melting in the sweltering heat. read more

Paid $12 to use the large washing machine. It failed to rinse leaving all my laundry soaked. Wasn't able to get a hold of anyone on any of the phone numbers listed. All the numbers listed just rang. In the midst of a snow storm I had to drive into town to do laundry only to leave it worse than when I first arrived. Horrible! You'd think this place would be staffed being that it's packed with people trying to do laundry after being without power for going on a week now. I was forced to rewash all my laundry in four separate washers to get them to rinse. This trip was by far the longest and most expensive trip for laundry. I'm not upset that the machines malfunctioned, I'm upset of the lack of customer service and help. I doubt I'll ever get reimbursed! So I leave this experience in hopes the owner reconsiders having a true on call phone number and better service. read more

Typically they are like $1.50-$2 anything over $2 I think is a bit expensive, this was even more than that. I want to tell a short story. I thought someone stole my wash, only to find out I left it there. The lady employee who works here is awesome. My laundry stayed in a machine from 9:30 am till 10:30 pm. She retrieved it out of the wash and then dried, folded and hung up my down jacket to kept it all safe till I came in and picked it up. I got to the laundromat at 7:02 a.m. on Sunday (September 24, 2022) and it was locked up tight! The business hours painted on the windows says: "7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Daily" but after waiting forty-five/45 minutes I gave up and walked back home with my unwashed laundry! This is NOT the first time that has happened but this is the longest time I have waited (usually the electronic lock opens within 5-10 minutes). They should have a telephone number posted that customers can call in situations like this! The previous owners were great about monitoring how things were going inside the laundromat but these people don't seem to care about what goes on (or does NOT go on) in their establishment!! This place is a little hard to find, up a hill in a random shopping center across the street from Raley's. As far as laundromats go, this place is probably pretty standard. There are a lot of machines of various sizes. The single load washers are $3.25, they have double and triple size washers as well. The largest washer size is 8.75 a load, which seems awfully expensive, but I haven't been to a laundromat in a long time so maybe this is normal. The dryers are $0.25 per 5 minutes. The large dryer dried my down comforter in about 50 minutes, so they do work well. read more
