Only had a few hours before I was leaving. Pool was already showing some green on the walls on a hot summer day and I also have a house sitter who was looking forward to the use of the pool. Did a quick yelp search and the service with the quickest response time was K & K. From the time I called to the time they made it to my house and replaced the drain plug was about an hour! I realize it wasn't a complicated fix but I was in a huge time crunch. I'm lucky it busted while I was home and watching it because it would have been a disaster if it happened to our house sitter. After a few years, the pebble colors tend to fade out due to hard water deposits. After the Acid Wash I could see the pebbles looking colorful and shiny again. Aqua Harmony was great from the initial call to schedule, and workmen were right on time (for draining yesterday) and the acid cleaning today. The technician that did the cleaning today was Zack. He is a very polite individual and consciences about his work. He made sure I was happy with everything before he packed up his equipment. Then I called Joe in the office to inquire about how I am supposed to pay. Joe was very helpful during the initial call to get the work scheduled. And he was very helpful today, and asked me more than a couple of times if I was happy with all of the work. They truly want to do a good job and want to make sure the customers are happy. The next time I need to acid wash, or need any equipment repairs, I won't hesitate to call them for help. I am very happy with their work and with the quality of their employees.
