Mr. Perez gave us a price we couldn't refuse and he was going to have this project completed in 2 weeks although the daily temps were starting to rise. His Team knew exactly what needed to be done and they started work early to beat the heat. When questions came up, he would always have a direct answer quickly. The Team worked like an 16 cylinder engine, always working in synchronicity and never wasting time, always working towards completion and thinking what the next step was going to be.
