We have been taking our daughter to Water Wings for over a year now. She started out in the Parents…read moreand Me 1 class, which has the parents in the water with the child, and graduated two levels into the Guppies class, which has the child with just an instructor in the class. We have had her in a variety of class size types, and they have never felt like the ratio of students to teachers was overwhelming. She has changed teachers a few times, but all seem to be knowledgeable. Her favorites have been coach Avery, coach Taj, and coach Dani. Water Wings is located off of Horizon Ridge and Green Valley in a pretty large space. They have a large, three lane pool, and a small baby pool. The large pool is broken up into different sections for the various classes and same for the baby pool. There are 7 showers to rinse off before and after class and even include soap/shampoo. There are a number of changing rooms and restrooms for anyone to use. There is a viewing room for family and friends to watch students swim as well as seating inside the pool area. We are going to continue taking her here even after we are comfortable with he swimming level, as she has learned other good life skills beyond being able to swim.

Now, we show up for class and my sons class has been canceled and no one can tell us why. If we didn't pay for another six months (I'm surprised the manager didn't claim this one wasn't offered) we would be done and off to Emler. Corporate really needs to put their eyes on this location. The customer experience is terrible, and not because of the coaches. Previously, the place was kept clean. Slowly it has become disgusting. The floors in the pool area aren't maintained, staining throughout the waiting and changing areas. I am sure we will have a new manager in a few months. Hopefully the new one won't hide in an office all day long and be out and about like others.

It was great and different than the cardio classes we take at Multi Gen pool. Check in easy, reception goes pretty smooth. Getting an open lane during open swim is a bit tough sometimes. A room they gave me was basically a janitor room, as you can see in the picture. I also was told different times to submit the docusign forms by a Michelle and Perkins to submit it this date. All different dates, as you see in the email. Also was told a different estimate. Whitney Ranch 2hr for $200? So why did I pay $600? I submitted my payment in April. The amount of times I called in person to confirm to the facility. I even went in person 7/20/2026 after 2pm and an employee showed me the classroom. I asked who will be the manager during the event. She said, " oh you have to call a day before, because I don't know the schedule". Train your employees better! Do better! The amount of emotional distress this place has brought me is crazy. I put in a claim for a refund, because nothing was promised, everything was unprofessional. I work 6 days a week as a single parent, no you don't "understand my frustration". You don't know how much decorations and food I bought. I work my butt off for my girl and I. No, I did not get rest before, because I closed at my job and I stayed up for this. I spoke with adults when I was planning it, and now only teenagers answer. Like where did all the adults go? Vacationing?
