I scheduled the wrong type of class/lesson for my profoundly autistic son & they worked so quickly to ensure he had an amazing first time. They were so gracious and explained everything so nicely to me while my son was so excited and nervous. They told me that I didn't need to apologize for having to wonder off mid sentence to bring my son back to me & you could just tell they meant it. We have been taking our daughter to Water Wings for over a year now. We have had her in a variety of class size types, and they have never felt like the ratio of students to teachers was overwhelming. She has changed teachers a few times, but all seem to be knowledgeable. Her favorites have been coach Avery, coach Taj, and coach Dani. Water Wings is located off of Horizon Ridge and Green Valley in a pretty large space. They have a large, three lane pool, and a small baby pool. The large pool is broken up into different sections for the various classes and same for the baby pool. There are 7 showers to rinse off before and after class and even include soap/shampoo. There are a number of changing rooms and restrooms for anyone to use. There is a viewing room for family and friends to watch students swim as well as seating inside the pool area. We are going to continue taking her here even after we are comfortable with he swimming level, as she has learned other good life skills beyond being able to swim.

When we arrived, it was my understanding we were completing documentation for what I signed up and paid for. No one could find the paperwork when we I attempted to register for the subsequent classes. I was directed to management, who called back after several phone calls and informed me that she had two accounts, everything was merged and she would be fine moving forward. Apparently she was now signed up for 1 year and my card is being charged monthly. When reached out, Aqua*tots informed me this is what is signed up for. From our first day at the center, this has been an issue. Unexperienced instructors , rude instructors, parents with unruly children to now thus. I really just wanted our 18 month old grand daughter to become familiar in the pool and here we are.

The opening took much longer than expected but the real disappointment is the lack of communication we have received over the year that we have been going. There is a high turnover rate, frequent cancelled classes, phone calls are almost never returned. It is nice that they provide a make up class for missed classes or cancelled classes, but it's also very hard to find a good time to be able to reschedule. The most recent disappointment has been the removal of one of the managers and teachers who I believe represented the company well and she was a favorite of our sons, basically she was the reason we even kept our membership. I recently cancelled after calling over 4x with no return call, and the staff member had no reasoning as to why. Save your money and your time and look into other swim schools as you will likely be highly disappointed with Aqua Tots Henderson.

He will make remarks that convince you you're hired at the interview, such as giving high fives and congratulating you for giving the correct answers to his questions and placing you at specific locations to work on certain days of the week. However, if you show concern about hourly pay or ask questions that make him uncomfortable he will say it "doesn't make you look good" and call it a "huge red flag". He then will later express how "the interview was okay but nothing great". He will also compare you to previous people who he has employed that haven't worked out well, without knowing absolutely anything about your personal work ethic.

Please please dont sign with this gym . Make them print out the contract, make them go item by item and dont sign for trainers they are not efficient anyways. They made signed a contract and told me I had 3 days to changed my mind about canceling the trainer s sessions. I canceled the after the first one, that BTW was supposed to be free. I talked to every signaled people in charge they gave me proof that the contract was canceled, and here we are 6 months after calling me and sending me emails with 3 times the balance of something I dont owned. I have to go to court, enough is enough
