After having 3-4 pool companies literally quit on me due to having a very large, old pool or even one that quit because of my dogs! We have 110sf pool that is 35,000gal, with plaster that desperately needs updating but regardless our tech Cory keeps it clean every week! We have used Desert Diamond for our pool services for over a year a half and have been extremely pleased with the company, the work and employees. They have replaced a pump as well as weekly maintenance; I love getting the emailed invoice with the chemical levels and picture after service is completed. We've been with Desert Diamond for several years and never had a problem. They always brush the sides/bottom of pool and empty the skimmer, add chlorine/acid or algacide as needed. We had them replace our old sand filter and they gave us a good price on the job. Filter has been working 8 months now perfectly. We recommend them to all our friend. Roving pool vac was not moving. Friendly, knowledgeable tech came over, examined the equipment and set to work checking for a blockage in the skimmer line and blowing it out with a hose. Made sure the vac was working as it should. Showed me how to adjust the equipment for proper amount of vacuum etc. Service performed was covered under the call out fee. Recommended. read more
