I hired this company for pool service before my pool was crystal clear the water was new and the first visit was done on July 2 I have only been able to use my pool twice this whole month what ever chemical that was used made my pool very cloudy unable to see the bottom, I wanted full service and in the three weeks I had this company never once was my pool vacuumed today wad my service day and my pool wasn't skimmed, vacuumed only chlorine tabs were added the pool tech Kim doesn't know how to backwash my pool service I have a timer on my pump. When trying to conduct business it can only be done by texting. I want to give a big shout out to Cody and desert diamond pools. Something was wrong with my pool pump and I was laid up having had a procedure that morning and my husband is an OTR trucker. I didn't know where to turn so I started calling the company that put in my pool (who still hasn't returned my call after 48 hours) and then started looking up pool services on the internet. I just began using them last month and so far I have no complaints. They come early in the morning. They leave the pool just as beautiful as it was when they got here minus a few leaves. I have only spoken to anyone a couple of times. They even take before and after pictures and send them to me as part of the invoice. I love that! I did have trouble paying the invoice apparently my iPhone isn't agreeing with the email by I figured it out. Currently I have nothing but good to say. I am happy to share that I have been with DD Pools for a little more than 3 years and have been very happy with the service. When we moved into the neighborhood from Surprise, we brought our pool guy with us, however, he just stopped showing up even though we were paying him! Once we realized that we were in search of a new person and selected DD Pools based on ratings on Yelp and as I said we've been happy. There were a few times here and there that someone couldn't make it out on a given week due to illness or weather, but Cody always made up for it by crediting the week or getting someone out there on another day. For the first time in 3 years we had an issue with our pump and it was identified, fixed within a week and the bill was not ridiculously high. You could probably tell me it cost any amount and I probably wouldn't know if I was being taken or not, because I just want my pool clean and everything to work, but I feel in good, competent and honest hands with DD Pool. Hired Desert Diamond to inspect the pool/spa at the house I was buying. I was so impressed by the level of detail and the effort to explain things in non-technical terms that I hired him to service the pool at the previous house. A few weeks later, the vacuum system at the new house pool stopped working. Rather than try to sell me a new motor, or some other thing I didn't need, Cody found that the filter basket in the motor had turned sideways and caused a blockage. Fixed - no charge. My old pool pump was on the way out so I went to srp.net and got a list of installers for the $100 rebate. I emailed about 10 different companies and I chose Desert Diamond Pool Service because they were the only ones that also quoted me on just replacing the motor which would save about $300-$400 and quoted on an install for the full pump. I ended up going with the full pool pump because it had a better warranty and the control panel is easier to use but I appreciated the suggestion of just replacing the motor, that was an indication that he was honest and it wasn't just about an up sell. Cody did a good job of installing and calibrated the pump so I'd get a full cycle of water per day and that it would run at off peak hours. He also is taking care of the srp rebate so that amount was taken off the invoice so I don't even have to deal with that. I appreciate Cody being honest because it shows you how dishonest others are. I was talking to him about changing the sand on my filter and I mentioned that another guy said replacement bolts for the filter were $400 and he laughed and said you could get those at the hardware store for $20. All in all I appreciate Cody and would recommend Desert Diamond Pool Service to those looking for honest work and someone that will look to give you the most cost effective solution and not BS you all day long. thanks read more

This was the most up front, honest business transaction I think I have ever had in az. Cody went out of his way to provide us with different pricing options/equipment to suit our budget for replacing our pool equipment. This company has been great for my home. We have been using them for over a year now and Cody has always been great and easy to work with. We moved into a home that had pump/ pipping issues and Cody and his team did the best to use the pump we had until it was not useful anymore. Then they quoted and took care of replacing the pump for us. Never felt pushed to by a new pump or use them but i appreciated the information given and the ability to take care of it with ease. We were using Pool Guy when NPS referred us to Cody specifically. He came out on a holiday to talk openly about our pool, not generic it was all our pool. I can't imagine using anyone else. lance is our tech and I love him, I woukd leave Cody or Lance alone in my home anyway.
