I don't know how to explain the magical wizardry that took place at my house today, but after a YEAR of fighting with my pool and begging it to cooperate; including but not limited to: threats, bribery, prayer, and manyyyyy trips to get my water tested and following given protocol, this pool technician was here for 3 blinks of a minute and my pump is quieter, my vacuum works perfectly, and my pool is FINALLY CLEAR AND BLUE! Just roll with it. Call them. read more

I've been using Desert Diamond for about a month and have been very happy with the service. I get an emailed report and my questions have been answered in a quick and professional manner. The prices are also reasonable! read more

Called several times. No one answered. Went to VM that was full and couldn't take more messages. Texted twice and no response. Over it.

Their work was impeccable! Can not say enough! Cody and his team were very responsive and quick. And when I say quick, they chipped out our ugly pool and made it into a beautiful desert paradise within a week. He even took a late night emergency call when we needed it. I have already referred my closest friends and family to him and WILL be using their services again! read more

I just had the best experience with this company. Daniel responded to my request for a quote within minutes. He communicated promptly, arrived on time, and was extremely professional. He explained everything clearly and was honest and efficient. Best of all, he fixed our problem and just charged the trip/diagnostic fee. Cody worked with us to identify the best equipment that fit our budget, completed the work on time, and he even hauled away the old sand filter for free. The bid was competitive and reasonable, and this company followed through on everything they promised. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing pool work or service. When we first moved to the valley we were looking for a pool service at our rental. We wanted a small family owned service, that gave excellent customer service at a reasonable cost. Cody and his team have been a godsend for us. They have been there for us for our weekly cleanings, helped us with issues in between, and have done occasional repairs. They've even taken the time to educate us regarding pools. Three years later, we continue to be blessed by Desert Diamond Pools in our own home! We highly recommend Cody and his team! read more

Desert Diamond Pool Service has been great!! My tech is here every week without fail and they do such a thorough job of documenting their service with pictures and a detailed report of all work done. Cody is amazing as well! He is very prompt at responding to service requests ! These folks are top notch:) read more

I hired this company for pool service before my pool was crystal clear the water was new and the first visit was done on July 2 I have only been able to use my pool twice this whole month what ever chemical that was used made my pool very cloudy unable to see the bottom, I wanted full service and in the three weeks I had this company never once was my pool vacuumed today wad my service day and my pool wasn't skimmed, vacuumed only chlorine tabs were added the pool tech Kim doesn't know how to backwash my pool service I have a timer on my pump. When trying to conduct business it can only be done by texting. I wouldn't recommend this company they are not a giveaway company you pay for service that they advertise that you don't get I will be filing a complaint with the BBB for false advertisement. read more

I've used a lot a of pool companies in the past. Cody and his crew are by far the best I've found. They take excellent care of my pool, and keep us informed when things need repaired or replaced. They also send notices after each cleaning with a picture of pool. First company I've seen do this. I would highly recommend Desert Diamond Pool for your pool care and maintenance. Cody takes the time to answer question and calls back in a reasonable time frame. Keep up the good work and thank you for your professional care of our pool! read more

I recently had the pleasure of working with Cody of Desert Diamond Pools to refinish our pool. He was funny and nice and very easy to work with by going above and beyond by being so responsive to my questions and concerns. That part was extremely important as I am currently living on the east coast and coordinating and managing remodeling work on our house and pool from 3,000 miles away is not easy to do. Not only was Cody great but his crew worked quickly and efficiently and did an awesome job. They removed the old plaster and replaced it with a gorgeous blue pebble tec and made my old pool look fresh and new. I was so impressed with their service and pricing that I have hired them to provide weekly pool service as well. read more

I want to give a big shout out to Cody and desert diamond pools. Something was wrong with my pool pump and I was laid up having had a procedure that morning and my husband is an OTR trucker. I didn't know where to turn so I started calling the company that put in my pool (who still hasn't returned my call after 48 hours) and then started looking up pool services on the internet. I got ahold of Cody right away and spoke to him and then he talked with my son and walked him through what needed to be tried. My son was able to get the pool going for now but I know something will eventually need to be fixed and Cody will be my first call. He was so kind and understanding and I couldn't believe he helped us fix it over the phone. Cody you're the best and I wish you all the success with your business because you definitely deserve it! read more

i didn't hire this company, but they were high up on my list. they returned all of my messages & really worked hard to get my business. a few of companies i have dealt with didn't seem to care. i've heard good things about ddp service which is why i contacted them. another poolman gave me a deal i couldn't refuse. if he turns out to be a flop, i will surely give this company a try. read more

Best pool maintenance and repair company EVER! We've been using Cody and his team for years now for our weekly maintenance and repairs and have ALWAYS been super satisfied. Our plaster pool was 24 years old and it was in extreme need of an update. Cody took charge of the remodel and we could not be any happier. We have a whole new backyard living space with an updated pebble tech pool and travertine tile instead of the old cool decking! We absolutely love it!! We highly recommend Desert Diamond Pools for your regular maintenance and remodel. Thank you Cody! YOU'RE THE BEST!! read more

I just began using them last month and so far I have no complaints. They come early in the morning. They leave the pool just as beautiful as it was when they got here minus a few leaves. I have only spoken to anyone a couple of times. They even take before and after pictures and send them to me as part of the invoice. I love that! I did have trouble paying the invoice apparently my iPhone isn't agreeing with the email by I figured it out. Currently I have nothing but good to say. If anything changes, You'll be the first to know if that changes. read more

I requested a quote on Yelp, it says they have a 10 minute turn around, it's been a couple days now with no response. Thought I'd try calling today and got sent to voicemail. I guess my pool isn't worth their time. read more

Desert Diamond pool service is great. Cody, the owner, was so helpful and accommodating. He helped us with all our needs to keep our pool in great shape during the season. We have been through 4 pool companies in almost 3 years. Why? Because they all want to nickel and dime you. You know- a leak here a leak there but never able to show proof when you ask them to show you the problem. They just want you to agree to fix it. So so so frustrating! BUT I am so thankful for Desert Diamond Pools because they are HONEST, they don't recommend unneeded service, they are hard working and have a great report system for your weekly visits- giving you full reports including a new picture of your pool automatically emailed to you after each visit. You can even track where your pool tech is via GPS. Cody the owner and our tech Tyler have been great and I highly recommend them to anyone with a pool! read more

We were happy in the beginning so 5 stars for that ! We left not satisfied so 3 for that . Maybe our tech changed at some point . ‍

Great service, gave a next day appointment to replace my defective sand filter and fix my broken leaf catcher. Reasonable prices

I have had previous pool companies that have left me seriously frustrated because they either didn't come to clean the pool when they were supposed to, came to "clean" the pool, but it was never clean, never showed up, etc., etc., so far I am thrilled with Cody and Corey and Desert Diamond Pools! Keep up the great work. I very much appreciate it! read more

Desert Diamond Pool Service is reminiscent of old fashioned service of years past. Cody's prompt, thorough, and friendly service is rare in this world. He goes above and beyond in his work. I had to have a new pump and filter system put in, and he helped me budget it out so I didn't have to do it all at once. He understands that pool service can be expensive, and he does everything he can to make it doable for his customers. I've had other pool services before, but never have I had any like Desert Diamond. I give Cody my highest recommendation. read more

Extremely kind and professional. He was very helpful and I knew I was receiving the best service possible. I would definitely recommend them for all your pool needs. read more

If you live in North Peoria or need your filter or pool heater inspected, don't bother with this company. They'll tell you to text them directly only to later tell you they don't do those things or travel that far. Failure to properly communicate isn't a good thing. read more

We've only been in the Glendale area less than 1 1/2 years and unfortunately went through 2 other pool companies before finding Cody, owner of Desert Diamond Pools. Cody is always available to answer my questions/concerns. Pool care is very different in Az than it was in Illinois. We have an awesome tech that takes a ton of pride in his work and it shows. If you're thinking about switching pool care companies, I highly recommend Desert Diamond Pools. Give Cody a call! read more

Extremely professional, excellent service, fast, and affordable. The owner responded to me on the weekend. The guy that came out was nice and knew what he was doing. I couldn't be happier and will call them again for my next service. If you are in doubt just read my first sentence, breath easy, and hire Desert Diamond Pools. read more

I am happy to share that I have been with DD Pools for a little more than 3 years and have been very happy with the service. When we moved into the neighborhood from Surprise, we brought our pool guy with us, however, he just stopped showing up even though we were paying him! Once we realized that we were in search of a new person and selected DD Pools based on ratings on Yelp and as I said we've been happy. There were a few times here and there that someone couldn't make it out on a given week due to illness or weather, but Cody always made up for it by crediting the week or getting someone out there on another day. For the first time in 3 years we had an issue with our pump and it was identified, fixed within a week and the bill was not ridiculously high. You could probably tell me it cost any amount and I probably wouldn't know if I was being taken or not, because I just want my pool clean and everything to work, but I feel in good, competent and honest hands with DD Pool. I prefer family businesses over big over the top businesses because the cost is not over the top and the service is great. Thank you Cody and team for great service! read more

My old pool pump was on the way out so I went to srp.net and got a list of installers for the $100 rebate. I emailed about 10 different companies and I chose Desert Diamond Pool Service because they were the only ones that also quoted me on just replacing the motor which would save about $300-$400 and quoted on an install for the full pump. I ended up going with the full pool pump because it had a better warranty and the control panel is easier to use but I appreciated the suggestion of just replacing the motor, that was an indication that he was honest and it wasn't just about an up sell. Cody did a good job of installing and calibrated the pump so I'd get a full cycle of water per day and that it would run at off peak hours. He also is taking care of the srp rebate so that amount was taken off the invoice so I don't even have to deal with that. I appreciate Cody being honest because it shows you how dishonest others are. I was talking to him about changing the sand on my filter and I mentioned that another guy said replacement bolts for the filter were $400 and he laughed and said you could get those at the hardware store for $20. All in all I appreciate Cody and would recommend Desert Diamond Pool Service to those looking for honest work and someone that will look to give you the most cost effective solution and not BS you all day long. thanks read more

Hired Desert Diamond to inspect the pool/spa at the house I was buying. I was so impressed by the level of detail and the effort to explain things in non-technical terms that I hired him to service the pool at the previous house. A few weeks later, the vacuum system at the new house pool stopped working. Rather than try to sell me a new motor, or some other thing I didn't need, Cody found that the filter basket in the motor had turned sideways and caused a blockage. Fixed - no charge. Desert Diamond now services our pool every week. You literally can't go wrong with Cody and his crew. read more

Wonderful company to deal with. Great and fast communication. Was upfront about the entire inspection process. Estimates included prices and pictures. The owner Cody is just a really nice guy who genuinely cares about his customers. Couldn't recommend more. read more
