STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I got a unit for $79 on the 31st. 32 days later I went to pay the bill…read moreand it said I owed $200. I called to find out wth was going on and only got automated crap. The option to speak with the property manager, #4 just hangs up the call. The next day, I got an email stating all my property would be auctioned off in two weeks. At that point I'd had the unit for 33 days.  The woman that lives on the back of the property with her girlfriend is NEVER in the office so good luck if you need anything. The bathroom is never open - the ONE TIME that the onsite bathroom was actually open, two people were getting high and having sex in there. The tweakers in the area all share the code with eachother so a bunch of them come in there and don't even pay for a unit. I had rented a unit 2 years ago for 4 months and they raised the rent 3 times (double each time) I thought it might be different now, but live and learn. I asked at the beginning if the rate would stay at what I was quoted and the person lied to me and said yes. When I called their call center in the Phillipines or whatever, I said I was told the rate would not change. They said we don't have locked in rates. I said "So the person lied to me?" "That's all I can say sir"At this point some people need to contact the BBB like I did.
