However you have the option to have cart ride down. They have lights hanging and it's in the middle of the woods. It's very awesome and such a great idea. This is the second time that I've seen a place setup like this, the other time was in the Finger Lakes. It's a definitely different experience. I tried the bourbon, rye, spiced whiskey, slivovitz and blackberry rum. All of the whiskey was good. The slivovitz is a product that I do not see any local distillers ever making. It was nice to see this here. I was introduced to this 20+ years ago while tailgating for Steelers home games. I have to say what they had tasted much better. I ended up leaving with the Spiced Rum, it was good and different than the others. I had a mixed drink as well as my wife and we both enjoyed the drink and the location. They have a stream nearby. The seating is awesome, you can sit outside near the distillery, inside the woods, along the creekside. It's a very cool place and can't wait to go back again. This place just opened and see it getting busier and more popular over time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND visiting this place.

All of these drinks were very tasty except for the Punchlist which unfortunately tasted like it was mixed with lake water and the cheapest lemonade powder they could find. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable - they put up with all of my questions and requests for samples and kept me smiling and in good "spirits"! Samples? Yes samples! You can try a small sample or get one of their delicious mixed drink selections. My favorite is the Amalfi Coast - crisp and just the right amount of lemon. I love the laid back feel of this place. There was no judgement that I was a newbie and I really learned a lot about their different vodkas, gins and rums. They also host a food truck on Fridays and Saturdays so you can enjoy a casual dinner with your cocktail.

I ended up buying a bottle of their Forte Venango which was a fabulous port. I found it smooth, sweet but not super sweet, and very tasty! While I opted for the wine flight trying pinots and the malbec my mother opted for a wine slushy. She very much enjoyed her wine slushy as we discussed wine. I was sorry to hear that they no longer made ice wine due to lack of popularity. My mother said that they had the best ice wine. It was a fantastic stop on my wine tour!

They winery was very busy, but the staff was quick and friendly. As soon as one customer had paid at the register, she was working quickly to fill the next order.
