Total "first world problems." Just wanted to say, the Snowbound is probably one of the most fantastic ciders I have ever had. I've got my backups at Arsenal, and they are all fabulous, but nothing is as special as the Snowbound. Yes, it really is that amazing. To The Business: THANKS! I really appreciate what you all are doing, with, the exception, of not making Snowbound year round. :) :) :)

Arsenal is conveniently located about 3 minutes off I-79 at Soergels Orchard. Today we bought a pumpkin cider and two sorbets. I believe the sorbet is a seasonal product and it is definitely worth trying out. It was extremely smooth and flavorful, and it was actually better then I thought it was going to be. As for the Apple Pumpkin flavor cider, I can not wait to try it later. I do not have any doubts that I won't love it. This is also a seasonal flavor. I love how they are continuously making new flavors and every time I arrive there is one I have yet to hear of. Their Archibald cider is my favorite and it is always available as far as I know. The bottles the cider is poured into are glass and you can bring them back every time you go back for more! When you do that, you do not have to pay the price of the bottle. If you are ever in the area, I suggest stopping in!

If you're looking for a place to relax with friends over a $5 or $6 glass of cider or wine, look no…read morefurther than Knockin Noggin. I first discovered this little charming cidery and winery from my partner who had tried the cider elsewhere. Returning from Erie, he found that we'd be passing Knocking Noggin so we swung by. We've made the trip three times now. We've only been disappointed once when my partner and I bought 4 growlers for a gathering we were having and none of them tasted good. Something happened where they were either mixed or went bad in a matter of two days. I reached out to management, and they quickly responded with apologies offering to provide us with complimentary refills. We brought our growlers back just as promised and they were refilled at no charge. Some of my favorite ciders have been the seasonal ones including Butter Beer, Pineapple, and Chocolate Strawberry. Pineapple is my top one hopefully coming back in the summertime. If you have the chance, visit this place during a town festival or even when nothing is happening to just have a wine slushy or glass of wine out on the patio. One of our last visits was during a Harry Potter Festival which was fun and interesting. Whatever you're doing, don't pass this place by, you won't be disappointed.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They give you a great 'pour' for the money…read more Only negative was the large amount of LARGE flies in the inside tasting area. Constantly shooting them away.

I got the cider flight of "Unicorn Blood", "Burrows Berry Brew", "Pollyjose Potion", and "Scarlet Spell". They were all fantastic and we loved trying them all. It was close, but the Scarlett spell was my favorite with the cherry/watermelon taste. The atmosphere is so fun and the staff are fun to be around. We enjoy coming here every year and honestly should come more often.

We had such a good experience the first time, we had to come back again when we were nearby. My wife prefers dry wines, I prefer sweet wines, but I'm open to all types. We both found several things we like here and were pretty surprised at the quality of the wine. We did a flight each time we went and bought bottles to go when we left both times. We don't always buy bottles unless it's something we both can enjoy together. The place had a lot of character. Someone put a lot of thought and work into the decor, design, and atmosphere of the place. It was artistic and comfortable. I always appreciate that. We chose to sit at the bar both times, but enjoyed looking around at the walls and taking a trip up the stairs for a nice overhead view of the first floor. The service was great and really is the selling point for returning. It's the number one reason that we'll go back again when we're in town. The wine tasted great, the atmosphere was nice, but it's the service that puts this place over the top. Hopefully we will always have this experience, but I do believe we had the same couple serving us both times. I'd obviously highly recommend anyone who enjoys drinking wine, going to wineries, or trying out new places.
