Amazing beer! I like sours and they had several that were good. I loved the Ciara beer. My boyfriend had the lighthouse beer and that was great. Staff was friendly and the location was nice. Definitely will be back and would recommend.

We found out about this place via Instagram, as we got to know this cider via social media, and patiently waiting for it to open its doors. We were able to book at private session. They're so close to opening the doors. This place is amazing, they have some wonderful future plans for the cider. Curt the owner was very accommodating and pleasant to speak to about each of the ciders that he made, explaining into great details about each and one of them. Providing us some background on himself and the cidery. I can talk for hours with Curt. We tried 4 ciders. Each cider was different than the other. They were all pretty amazing. The two unique ones was the Red Raspberry cider, it taste like drinking a truly but with real fruit and a 8.3% ABV. I can drink a lot of that stuff. The spaniel (spanish) cider has a different flavor to it, but it was amazing as well. They're part of the Laurel Highlands Pour Tour. They'll be open in 3-4 weeks. Once they open, you have to check this place out. it's worth the drive. it's an hour drive for us, but very worth hanging out here for an afternoon. Can't wait to go back. I highly recommend going here. They're on instagram and worth following.

Curt, I couldn't think of anything that could be better, so I gave you five stars! Thanks for the reply and for hosting us!

This is a hidden gem that I would like to keep all to myself. Growing up in this area, I had no idea this place existed until I got the Laurel Highlands Pour Tour passport. We checked it out and it was awesome. They have about ten ciders of theirs and a few local beers on tap. Go and enjoy yourself!

Great place to go listen to music and have a few drinks. When it's nice out they have a nice covered area to sit and listen to music.

Total "first world problems." Just wanted to say, the Snowbound is probably one of the most fantastic ciders I have ever had. I've got my backups at Arsenal, and they are all fabulous, but nothing is as special as the Snowbound. Yes, it really is that amazing. To The Business: THANKS! I really appreciate what you all are doing, with, the exception, of not making Snowbound year round. :) :) :)

Arsenal is conveniently located about 3 minutes off I-79 at Soergels Orchard. Today we bought a pumpkin cider and two sorbets. I believe the sorbet is a seasonal product and it is definitely worth trying out. It was extremely smooth and flavorful, and it was actually better then I thought it was going to be. As for the Apple Pumpkin flavor cider, I can not wait to try it later. I do not have any doubts that I won't love it. This is also a seasonal flavor. I love how they are continuously making new flavors and every time I arrive there is one I have yet to hear of. Their Archibald cider is my favorite and it is always available as far as I know. The bottles the cider is poured into are glass and you can bring them back every time you go back for more! When you do that, you do not have to pay the price of the bottle. If you are ever in the area, I suggest stopping in!

I first discovered this little charming cidery and winery from my partner who had tried the cider elsewhere. Returning from Erie, he found that we'd be passing Knocking Noggin so we swung by. We've made the trip three times now. We've only been disappointed once when my partner and I bought 4 growlers for a gathering we were having and none of them tasted good. Something happened where they were either mixed or went bad in a matter of two days. I reached out to management, and they quickly responded with apologies offering to provide us with complimentary refills. We brought our growlers back just as promised and they were refilled at no charge. Some of my favorite ciders have been the seasonal ones including Butter Beer, Pineapple, and Chocolate Strawberry. Pineapple is my top one hopefully coming back in the summertime. If you have the chance, visit this place during a town festival or even when nothing is happening to just have a wine slushy or glass of wine out on the patio. One of our last visits was during a Harry Potter Festival which was fun and interesting. Whatever you're doing, don't pass this place by, you won't be disappointed.

They also make applesauce, apple-cider juice, apple-cider vinegar, apple jam and jelly, apple butter, etcetera. Customers may purchase these products in person at the farm during their operating hours. Sometimes, they sell their products elsewhere such as Market Wagon. So far, I have bought one apple-cider juice and six bags of apples--Evercrisp, Fuji, Stayman, Golden Delicious, Crimson Crisp, and Snapdragon--and I thought that they tasted very good. It is primarily a store in which you can select apples and apple products for sale. On two chalkboards you can see the different types of apples that they carry and whether they are in season or out of season. You can get 3 different sizes-5 lb,10lb or half bushel. Pricing is based on the type of apple you wish to purchase. Whether you are purchasing for baking, or simply eating Brown's orchard has a great variety of apples to try. Want something different than what you'd find in the grocery store? Try a Nittany which is State College's unique apple that is a cross between golden delicious and york imperial. Course the big seller is the honeycrisp which they store in the back. I arrived when almost no one was there and within minutes this place was packed. There is no numbering system as to when your turn is but people were pleasant enough to wait accordingly. When it was my turn the man helped find a good selection of 3-4 different apples to purchase for snacking. He will bag the quantity your desire of each particular apple. I saw that they had a sign indicating you can request a sample. That sample happens to be a whole apple of your choice. I chose a Jonagold and it was so good!! These apples are a good size and not the puny ones you'd see in the grocery stores. In addition to apples, the sell 3 different types of applesauce, apple cider vinegar, apple butter, and even apple pie. Don't forget to take home a half gallon of their cider as well. I already had a cup and must admit it was one of the best ciders I had in a while. They also sell honey here. The store is built inside a large garage-apple buckets are everywhere and you can see what is selling fast. Cash and cards are accepted here. Primarily open during the fall they have weekend winter hours. Free parking is available on the property. Located about 10 miles west of I 79 heading past Cecil, it is a pleasant drive.
