I learned about the founding of the winery, the old space up the road, the renovations to the church space and their wine production (like where they get their grapes). I ended up sampling four different wines before I settled on the glass that I chose. There are a variety of seating options, including some with a more lounge feel (couches on what used to be the altar). I visited on a Thursday night and it was fairly quiet. They were offering a chicken parmesan meal that sounded (and looked) delicious, but I had already eaten. During Lent, they have seafood specials on Friday nights. In addition to wine, they also had beer, cider and mixed drinks as options. This would be a great place for a date night or a girls night out. I'll definitely be back!
