This is the second time that I've seen a place setup like this, the other time was in the Finger Lakes. It's a definitely different experience. I tried the bourbon, rye, spiced whiskey, slivovitz and blackberry rum. All of the whiskey was good. The slivovitz is a product that I do not see any local distillers ever making. It was nice to see this here. I was introduced to this 20+ years ago while tailgating for Steelers home games. I have to say what they had tasted much better. I ended up leaving with the Spiced Rum, it was good and different than the others. I had a mixed drink as well as my wife and we both enjoyed the drink and the location. They have a stream nearby. The seating is awesome, you can sit outside near the distillery, inside the woods, along the creekside. It's a very cool place and can't wait to go back again. This place just opened and see it getting busier and more popular over time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND visiting this place.

The whiskey is made down the road in West Middlesex. They have a large variety of flavored moonshines and creamy moonshines. If they are not too busy, they will let you taste a few flavors. The whiskeys are decent, but the creamed based moonshines were very good. They have a special running now where if you buy 3 quarts, then you get the fourth one free!

They have a special if you purchase 6 bottles, then a 7th one is $3. They take your most expensive bottle and charge you $3 for that bottle. The lady that waited on us was very nice and helpful. Told us to look around in which everything was cut. I will come back. This place is in a nice location. It's not easy to find if you're not from the area, there is no sign from the main road & only a tiny sign (building just looks like a non-descript warehouse). It's 3 miles east of I-79. Parking in back. North Country brews on tap, small food menu, great live music (which was why I came), darts, bingo in a large warehouse space. Tables available, you run a tab at bar & they give you a number if you order food & bring it out to you. Kitchen is a food trailer in parking lot. They had delicious homemade ham & cabbage soup and the biggest basket of fresh cut fries with beer cheese we ever had! They have a light beer, pale ales, stout, sours, IPA's. I think they may have limited local PA spirits too. Outdoors they have tents, fire pits & some heat lamps. Twinkle lights inside at night provide ambiance. We enjoyed our first experience. North Country Brewing owns this, the pub on Main St, Harmony Inn & Freedom Farms. Oh and they have plastic pint glasses, first time I've had one of those!

I enjoyed a tasting - very reasonably priced - and selected some wine to take home. The best part may have been the wine-making museum upstairs. Small, but really interesting. The gift shop is fairly typical of a small winery, but I always find it fun to browse. With plenty of seating, I'm sure this is a great place to hang out and sip wine with friends on a nice day.
