    Wine flight
    Jenna W.

A great location and space, but the wines are a bit disappointing. I loved the small pond they have out back with chairs to sit outside and enjoy the view and fresh air, but it was too cold when we came that we had to sit inside. It was very smokey from the fireplace, causing them to need to open the doors and it became pretty cold. But I did enjoy the upstairs space and the live band playing music downstairs. It is a nice small location that's very relaxing. We ordered a flight of the house wines for about $8. I was surprised and disappointed the flights were little plastic cups with barely any wine in them. Didn't seem like enough for the money I spent. Most of the wines were artificial tasting, like grape juice unfortunately. The Gryphan was the only one that I enjoyed and wasn't overly sweet. I'd recommend coming here in the summer to enjoy the full atmosphere and order a glass of one of the other local wines or a beer upstairs.

Our This was our first winery visit along our route for the weekend in 2017. Too bad it was raining because the outside around the small lake is absolutely beautiful. The inside of the winery is quite beautiful and very nice. The lady explaining about the wines did a terrific job. She explained about the wines very well. She was accommodating. She said the owners are redoing the lake area. They are going to have available seats in the lake while you sip wine. How incredible. The wine was really good. I liked the Pinot Noir as my favorite. All of the dry whites were very good. Current Post Fast Forward 4 years. So much has changed with this place. They have really expanded since 4 years ago. They have created what I would call or they call Nova Destinations. When you arrive into the facility, the lights are very nice, 4 years ago, no lights. They have a tour guide and vehicle transportation via cart to the different locations. Winery is in the same location, Brew 32 is above, but now you can drive x amount feet away to visit the liquid fusion building, they have hard cider from Knocking Noggin, and a distillery that was recently opened up. The place is amazing and all I've ever wanted to do is come here during a nice day to drink outside. This was our 3rd visit to the area. As for the wine, we did a sample of the wine and I wasn't impressed with the wine. Maybe it was better previously, maybe this was just not a good batch. But it was so so..

We stopped by on a Saturday night and the place was really quite full which took us off guard. We were able to get a seat outside though and enjoyed the live music. The wine was really good! Loved that there was an area upstairs to get beer as well. We didn't try any of the food but it did look good. The scenery is really nice, with lots of seating around the pond on the property. Had we sat further away from the building, we likely would have bought a bottle because it's a bit of a hike from the furthest table to where you Order your drink. There were options for both the beer and wine to order a sampler which we loved. Overall we had a great experience here!

Cool little spot. The top floor is a brewery and the bottom floor is a winery. We sampled the wines and while they were tasty they were all on the sweet side. My wife ultimately decided on one of their wine slushees. She loved it! I am more of a beer drinker so we decided to head upstairs. I tried their World Klaus Kolsch followed by their #32 Sweetness Stout. While they both were drinkable I didn't have that blown out of my socks feeling. Not bad by no means but not great. Right in the middle. Now where it gets good is their flat bread pizzas. WOW!!! I had the Tomato Basil. Very tasty! We will be back!

Great service and great location. Great wines and brewery upstairs. Six free wine tastings additional or $.50 each. Very friendly staff and very reasonable priced food wine and beer. Came here on a Friday night and got a dollop your flight upstairs. Highly recommend

I first discovered this little charming cidery and winery from my partner who had tried the cider elsewhere. Returning from Erie, he found that we'd be passing Knocking Noggin so we swung by. We've made the trip three times now. We've only been disappointed once when my partner and I bought 4 growlers for a gathering we were having and none of them tasted good. Something happened where they were either mixed or went bad in a matter of two days. I reached out to management, and they quickly responded with apologies offering to provide us with complimentary refills. We brought our growlers back just as promised and they were refilled at no charge. Some of my favorite ciders have been the seasonal ones including Butter Beer, Pineapple, and Chocolate Strawberry. Pineapple is my top one hopefully coming back in the summertime. If you have the chance, visit this place during a town festival or even when nothing is happening to just have a wine slushy or glass of wine out on the patio. One of our last visits was during a Harry Potter Festival which was fun and interesting. Whatever you're doing, don't pass this place by, you won't be disappointed.

I loved -every- wine we tried. I ran through the gambit of their wines, and I was impressed by every one of them. The quality, clarity, and taste honestly outperformed places that you'd expect to be much better. Their wines have a smoothness, quality and drinkability that highly outperforms other places. This has quickly become one of my favorite wineries. It's a place where you can go to let your hair down, be COMFORTABLE, and still be IMPRESSED with extremely high quality wine! Highly suggest trying EVERYTHING. But, I will do a shout-out to their Vidal, their Niagara and their fruit wines. I will also add this. I normally HATE cabernet. It's just not my thing, honestly. But...this place is the ONLY cabernet that I've found that I can tolerate... and actually LIKE and ENJOY it! They truly run the place concerned with your experience, and how good their wines are. It's quite obvious they actually take the quality of their wine seriously. Highly recommend!

I had never been, so I asked the person behind the bar about the history of the winery and the space. It turns out he is the owner so he had a lot of information to give. I learned about the founding of the winery, the old space up the road, the renovations to the church space and their wine production (like where they get their grapes). I ended up sampling four different wines before I settled on the glass that I chose. There are a variety of seating options, including some with a more lounge feel (couches on what used to be the altar). I visited on a Thursday night and it was fairly quiet. They were offering a chicken parmesan meal that sounded (and looked) delicious, but I had already eaten. During Lent, they have seafood specials on Friday nights. In addition to wine, they also had beer, cider and mixed drinks as options. This would be a great place for a date night or a girls night out. I'll definitely be back!
