Let's say Highlights of the trip was being hassled by teenagers Yelled at some guy who was so high, after yelling , he puked loud enough for the entire park to hear End that with fresh spray paint and marijuana so strong you think your at a Amsterdam coffee shop Mooing to be a hard pass

This skate park must be the biggest one I've seen and that to be mid city is impressive, bravo Denver. A little low wall separates from the sidewalk where I could admire all ages practice. Across the street there's commons park on one side rail yard dog park on the other. Walking distance to Lodo shops on platte street and plenty of street parking

When asked things that make you excited that are not sexual my answer has always been skateboarding. When I was in my 20s I had my own skate shop. I've always been a cheerleader for skateboarders. I love the drive that comes with skateboarding ! Doing a trick over and over and over until you land it . Even if no one's there to see it. When growing up all my friends looked for cars I was always looking for skateboards. Forever a special place in my heart. Denver Colorado going hard with the skate park. Five star skate park and you can tell by all the people over there! Sk8 or die bra! Sidewalk surfing forever!

Skate or Die, Dude!! Right on, right on. The Denver Skate Park is a cool, little spot. You can come to skate, watch, or do both. There's nothing too extreme going on with the ramps, so it can be a fun, safe experience for multiple ages. There are a couple of stinky portable toilets on site if you ever find yourself in a bind. Have a blast!!

Excellent skate park for our 6 year old to venture out on and perform his mad learning skills! So many new obstacles for him at this park. He just watches videos, remembers and attempts it, wherever we take him to a skate park. We wanted to bring him to a bigger skate park because he's definitely eager to learn and loves trying new equipment out. He keeps going until he gets it! Not sure if I have this trick down the correct way based on what he did but I believe it was an "Ollie" off of a long ledge that he ended up mastering within the hour to two hours we stayed. Only downfall is the massive hits you can get just from passing through certain areas of the park. Weed is totally legal so it's not a shocker people were doing this, not to mention the contraption I noticed one chick with but goodness, it's extreme!!! Glad my two younger sons weren't in that area. Hence the 4 stars.

This place is great! It's located in beautiful downtown Denver. Free and open to the public from 5am-10pm. There are rails and bowls for people of all riding abilities, not just the really great riders. There are a few people who were there just to show off but, overall it was a great atmosphere. I felt almost on the older side being mid-twenties and I'm not a good skater by any means but, everyone seemed to be there just to have fun. Skating has come a long way and this is a huge progression from the days when police chased you down for trying to ride your board on public streets. Overall, it was great. Outdoors, free, active athletic, legal, and fun!

The bright lights also make it easy for any skater to show off their moves around the night time, so that's a huge plus.
