Vlad and his team did a great job! Our move took much more time than we originally anticipated, but that's pretty standard for this type of thing. They arrived a few minutes late, but worked for almost 8 hours non stop. No hidden fees, or other issues. I would definitely use them again! read more

I didn't have the best experience with the move, but I reported the issue to customer service and they reached out, provided excellent customer service and made it right for me. The company is really trying to create a great customer experience and is willing to do what it takes to ensure the customer leaves satisfied. read more

This company has helped me moved my home from Colorado to Florida and did an outstanding job in loading my personal possessions without any problems! The movers where very polite and professional and I highly recommended them to everyone to use there service! There customer service Care was very professional and helpful in taking care of my needs! They were very professional and super fast! Amazing work guys! No marks on my walls and I appreciate you for that. Even at a rough spiral downstairs case you guys managed to get our futon without any marks on my wall. read more

Overall, the experience was fine. Most of all, their customer service was great. Very responsive and supportive and took time to address issues. As for the issues, the foreman showed up with an extra mover, tried to tell us that a fair amount for the tip was the equivalent of a full day move (we only had 1/2 day), and they broke a piece of furniture and damaged another. The foreman was not upfront about the pricing. read more

We hired them for a local move on 12/21/20. The movers were efficient and hard working. We helped with loading and unloading. We provided pizza and drinks for lunch, and we tipped $100. When we were finalizing paperwork at the end, they stated that they expected a larger tip because they had finished early. I didn't have more cash for them. After they left, we realized that my engagement ring that I had set on a dresser in the garage was missing. We contacted the company, but no one had seen it. It never turned up. Otherwise, they treated our belongings with care. read more

The movers were on time, efficient and fast! We had a great move and the three men who showed up were professional and friendly. I highly recommend Denver Professional Movers! They went above and beyond and had honest and fair pricing. I have been burned by movers in the past but these guys were top notch!!! read more

Bobby and his team did a fantastic job, super fast and friendly service from Denver to Colorado Springs!

We moved on May 26th to our new condo with Denver Prof Movers. The booking process was easy and they were willing to strike a deal for 3 hrs for 110/hr for 3 men and 20ft truck. This was the best offer I got after calling many movers. Especially since it was the Memorial day weekend. They were prompt in replying to my questions. They were excellent in handling the boxes, furniture and did not waste any time. They wrapped every furniture item individually with cling wrap and then with blankets. Everything was so very smooth. Hence in exactly 3 hrs we were completely moved! Which has not happened before as the movers always leave small boxes or our plants so we have to move them ourselves later. We once had terrible movers who would just waste time chit-chatting and hardly half the stuff was moved in the time-frame that was agreed. Denver Professional Movers as their name goes, these men are really professional. We were very happy with their service and would highly recommend them. Thanks for the great work! read more

My experience with this company was horrific! You get charged for the hour, which is fine. However, our movers took 9 breaks ranging from 15-25 minutes each, Left trash from their snacks and water in the parking lot of my new home, damaged my door with the furniture, got tired and left my belongings outside labeled "upstairs, downstairs, kitchen" etc. THAT WAS SUPER FUN! Hey at least when they left our belongings on the sidewalk, they left the company blankets and wrapping on my TV's and furniture. BEWARE of this "company" When I addressed my concerns after my experience, they suggested to refund $100- THAT'S INSANE! Way to value your customers! I will tell everyone I know not to use this company, BIG MISTAKE! read more

I used to be a mover, so I may be a little overcritical about this industry... And I've moved 7 times in the past 5 years, so I've seen it all. My main problem with hourly movers can be summed up in 2 words: misaligned incentives. The longer that take, the more they make. I'd rather just pay a flat rate that way everyone wants to get out of there, and if the jobs done well, it will come in the tip. Next: these guys didn't pack their truck well... I had a two bed apartment and they weren't able to fit it on a 20+ foot long truck. I ended up having to make a few trips back to pick up items which couldn't fit. I've seen 4 bedroom homes packed in the room they had. (I'll admit that some of our stuff wasn't prepared and I told them to leave it, but there were several items that could have and should have been taken). Lastly, I get that there's going to be some collateral damage in moving. But these guys just aren't that careful. I'm not going to be super critical because their price is very reasonable... but moral of the story: you get what you pay for. read more

Best moving experience I've ever had! Done in 1/2 the time predicted & nothing was damaged. Everyone was very nice and polite!

I've used this company twice now and I have no complaints. Between the price, their efficiency and their professionalism I would recommend them to anyone that needed movers. read more

Everything was great, timely and efficient. These movers are experienced and quickly, yet carefully moved my items. I appreciated that they worked within my time constraints. It is apparent they take their job seriously and do their best. They sent a team of 4 instead of 3, but didn't charge me. A drawback was that 2 of the movers did not wear masks. Thankfully, my family was outside or in other rooms for most of the reviews. read more

Did a great job! Moved everything quickly and carefully. Had zero issues and they even put felt pads on the bottom of EVERY piece of furniture in the new house! Thanks guys, for making my move care free! read more

I used DPM services today and could not be happier. Very prompt and professional help, stayed in touch before the process and during the move responded to all requests that I made. You can tell they're trained professionals that know their stuff. Nothing got damaged and they put all my furniture exactly where requested. The movers were also very polite and friendly! read more

Everything was great. They were on time and efficient. Made sure not to damage anything and were very professional. Would use them again!

I have some positives and negatives to report. First and most important is they set pricing and expectations through the entire process and were always within their quotes. For that they are 5 stars. The other major positive was that they worked extremely hard to get couch out of our basement without damage up a small and tight stair case. They were able to handle all the big items and did so while doing their absolute best to protect the items and the property. Now for the negative: When they were loading they took a long time to wrap everything and get it onto the truck. I had mixed emotions since it felt like it was taking an eternity to load the truck but I also knew they were taking time to protect our stuff. The other negative was a couple guys were chain smokers and since I didn't want smoke in the house it meant some extra breaks to smoke. In the end there was a few minor dings, dents and scratches on things but it was exactly what we expected for a big move. For the professionalism, pricing and overall experience this is a good moving company but I had to give four stars due to the couple negative items which may not be as big a deal for you. read more

Denver Professional Movers - They worked hard to get this couch out of the basement. Can't thank them enough for making this happen. - Movers Near Me - Denver, Colorado

We hired DPM to move out of our condo on the 27th of December. They sent 3 guys, Darren (the lead) was good, however there were 2 guys who seemed like they were new on the job who goofed around for 5 hours! We moved only a year ago from a 3rd story apartment and it took 2 guys 4 hours (8 man hours), this time it took 3 guys 5 hours (15 man hours). That's twice as long! The 2 guys were wrestling, joking, goofying off... not taking anything seriously. On top of that, they damaged our carpet. There was snow outside that was tracked in and left severe mud stains all over the carpet which we now have to hire cleaners to clean up. As soon as we saw how negligent they were, we went out and bought plastic covers to put around the carpet of our new home. I just can't believe how unprofessional these people were. The only good thing they did was cover up the furniture really well to protect it from damage... now if only they did that to the carpet too. We honestly could been done in 3 hours had we had 2 hard working guys and not 1 hard worker and 2 goofs. I am so utterly disappointed with this place. I can't believe we trusted the Yelp reviews, you failed me Yelp. read more

After getting quotes from various other moving service here in Denver, Denver Professional Movers was the most competitive pricing by far! Not only that I was recommended to them by a friend who also had an amazing experience. Not only were their rates amazing, they were so quick and full service! They broke down my bed and re-assembled it and treated everything with care and professionalism! I had a one bedroom moving to a two bedroom. I had most things packed, but they help me back the rest and finished roundtrip and re-assembled in 3 hours. Boxes were also available to purchase for super cheap. They also have wardrobe boxes included in your quote so you don't have to fold or box your nicer things and keep them on the hangers. read more

I called Denver Professional Movers when my original plans were cancelled. They were wonderful! They kept their time commitment, and even called me to keep me informed when the truck would arrive. The movers were great! I would highly recommend! read more

They did a great job. Very thorough job. They wrap furniture so it doesn't get dirty in the move. Provided a few wardrobe boxes that made stuffing last minute things very easy. Only 1 ding in the wall in the new house so I'd say they were careful too! read more

SCAM!!! DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER OR USE THIS "MOVING COMPANY". I should have known something was fishy when I called for Centennial Movers and was connected to a different company. But, I proceeded anyway. I was greeted by a nice enough women but the second clue should have been her thick accent coupled with the fact that I had to repeat my information multiple times in order for her to take it down. She took my credit card for the deposit which was normal enough but the last red flag was no confirmation number or promise of a follow-up email. Fast forward to move day. They were scheduled to arrive by 9am which came and went with no sign of any moving truck. I tried calling the phone number listed on yelp and their website at least 100 times with no answer and no way to get ahold of anyone. I finally gave up and hired another company who asked for no deposit and showed up promptly as scheduled. In short: trust your gut and don't be fooled by the professional looking website. If you really look at the pictures posted on here you can tell they're all fake. Save yourself the heart and headache. read more

These guys busted ass but treated our crappy Ikea furniture like it was antique solid gold. We have a massive couch and we did not think it was going to make it into the basement, but they did not give up. Really great company and reasonable for all the hard work they put in. read more

Was able to get this company to work my move late notice. They were super helpful and accommodating. After the whole move, I inspected all the boxes and items they moved, and NOTHING was broken. If anything, I watched them take amazing care of each item they moved. It took me almost a whole week to load up a 3 bedroom house and with them, they took less than a day to unload it. It was beyond amazing to see such professionals move items and be so friendly and make jokes along the way. Moving day is always stressful. Having these wonderful gentlemen that the company sent made it incredibly easier since they were able to put the items exactly where I needed them. Thank you all so much. I am beyond grateful. read more

Moving day...sucks. I dread it and no matter how many times I've done it, I still hate every single thing about it. Luckily, Denver Professional Movers made it SUCH a better experience. I don't have a single negative thing to say and definitely recommend them. Here's the breakdown: -they showed up on time -they wrapped EVERYTHING (so, if you are like me and have a lot of furniture, understand this takes time but really it makes a difference because not a single piece of furniture was damaged - including two flat screen tv's; what this did end up meaning though was that it took them 4 hours instead of 3 to get everything wrapped and loaded, but totally worth it) -it's $100/hour cash, $110/hour credit card with no travel or gas fees, no charge for wrapping (i was quoted for 2 men and a truck, but 3 showed up which was great) -you must put down a $50 deposit the day you make your reservation -I recommend getting the Yelp deal too (if it's still available) -the team was very professional, they just went about their work and were very efficient Overall, if you are looking for movers I definitely recommend them. Moving day is going to be a pain regardless, might as well make it less so by having a good moving company. read more

Highly satisfied with the move of three bedroom house. Planning and scheduling were easy. Five man crew arrived on time and got right to work. Everything was packed in boxes, but they had to wrap and move the furniture, including some disassembly. They were quick, but careful. The loading and unloading took less than the estimated time. Since it was billed on an hourly rate, the cost was less than the estimate. Reasonable price and transparency, no surprise charges. Furnishings were undamaged and re-assembly of beds and tables were good. Overall, crew and company were professional, efficient and friendly. I would use them again. read more

Very impressed. Denver Professional Movers moved me from my 2 bedroom in Baker to East Colfax. The guys were prompt and courteous. They took extra care of our stuff. I called numerous moving companies who quoted anywhere from $1500 to 900. Because they wasted no time we finished at $400. The advice I would give to save money is wrap your stuff yourself to save time. read more

I did not have a good experience with this company. They seemed to take FAR too long with breaking furniture down and espeically with unloading. They damaged my couch and tried to get me to sign something at the end that stated there was no damage to any items. Most of them I hadn't even had a chance to look at yet... Wrap job of dishes was incredibly bizarre, they taped up each item after wrapping in paper. There were random things put in with all my kitchen items too. A 1 bedroom 720sq ft apartment with minimal stuff cost me $900. read more

We has Dior and his colleague arrive exactly on time. They were very polite listened carefully to our instructions and were meticulous with moving our furniture and boxes. We will definitely be hiring DPM when we move and I highly recommend their services. read more

Art and Richard showed up today to empty out a moving truck we drove up from out of state. They were on time, kind and listened to all concerns we had with moving our furniture. I was very impressed with the way they handled our bulky couch, and the way they worked it thru the front door, then twisted and stood it up right to haul up the stairs. Unfortunately for them they did such a good job I will request them to move us back out!!! They worked at a fast pace, did not look at their cellphones other than for business purposes. I will hire them again and will recommend them to others. read more

Mike, dedos, & Vader were absolutely great. We moved to a historic house with truly narrow hallways. These guys seriously tried everything to get our furniture up narrow hallways and stairs. It would have been a really short move if it was for the crazy hallways. Very professional and friendly. Update- so we moved out of the historic house and hired and hired new movers. Now that I can compare, these guys were good (not great,). It turns out that my 21st couch did fitted through the 1800s narrow halls. It just requires some movers that do this 24/7 as a living. I now feel that these guys really didn't try and just took longer so that my 3hr moved turn to 5. read more

I received a quote on on 5/23 from Denver Professional Movers. They gave me a rate that is fair albeit high from others. However, the reputation and reviews made them attractive (as I am concerned about the handling of my stuff). I received confirmation that I got my new place and my closing is set for 7/7. So I called on 6/6 and requested to book for 7/8 (Friday). I was told by the individual on the phone that those rates are not valid as the rates have changed. the new rates are about 15% higher than the old rates and they cannot offer me the original rates quoted. Now, he went on to tell me that the rates changed on Saturday and the old rates were temporary. There is NOTHING in the email sent that indicated anything like this. Feels like a bait and switch and be forewarned if this is standard business practice for this company!! Update. Got an email from Paul (Manager) and they will honor the quote provided since the date did not change. They claim it was an honest mistake and I am inclined to believe them. read more

We were supposed to move on the Sunday of the Memorial day weekend but our movers cancelled on the move day itself. So I only had only the rest of that day and Monday(a holiday) to get another mover and was really worried because when I had called around 2 weeks back, most of the moving companies were packed this weekend. Plus, I didn't want to take any more chances on being cancelled on. I found Denver Professional on Yelp and the sheer number of positive reviews put my mind slightly at ease as I called them. From the moment they picked up the phone, I knew they were right for the job. Sam, whom I spoke to on the phone was really cordial and when I told him about our situation, he immediately let me know that they had an opening for Monday morning *phew*. He was prompt in sending me a quote (while we were on phone) with full details so that I could make my decision without having to call back again. I decided to book with them pronto as I didn't want to lose the opening, even though I was still in talks with the initial company to reschedule the same day. Sam wasn't fazed when I told him I might have to cancel in case that happen. He treated me all the same and was clear and concise on all the charges I might incur if I did cancel. I really appreciated that. Once the booking was confirmed over the phone. I immediately received emails with details of the confirmation. Having had a stressful day with the cancellation and with packing(still, I know!), a smooth booking with Denver Prof. was a welcome change. I decided to be straightforward and informed the initial company that we will go forward with the new company and informed Denver Prof. that we won't be cancelling. We were moving from one bedroom apartment to a 2 bedroom condo and I hadn't finished packing clothes yet. Thankfully, when the moving truck arrived they had wardrobe boxes where I could hang my unpacked clothes. Sam had mentioned it too but I hadn't realized they would be as big as they were. About the size of a box that would hold a washer. They had 4 of them for us. Akhmat, Mukhtar and Aslan were really great. They called us 30 mins prior to arrival and they kept a cheerful mood all day around and it really helped both, my husband and myself, to forget about the stressful day we had the day before and also helped eased the process of moving. They were all really careful with all of our stuff packing and sealing them with either plastic, tape or blankets to prevent damage. They even dismantled furniture and re-assembled them at the new location. They have a Yelp deal that's $20 for $50 value that saved us $30. Both Sam and moving team mentioned it to me before they invoiced us. All of our stuff reached the new place without hitch. If I ever have to move again, I will go with Denver Professional. read more

When I moved with DPM, my move was from Pods into a house. My move was very easy to set up, however when the day of the move came one of my pods was missing and I knew I wasn't going to come close to meeting a 3 hour minimum. Instead of working with me when half of my possessions were missing (very traumatic), they wouldn't listen and insisted that the 3 hour minimum was non-negotiable and would still charge me a cancellation fee. I also was not aware of the 3 hour minimum prior to day of move. Apparently I was told on the phone but I don't remember, especially since I remember saying on the phone I was only going to need 2 hours. The 3 hour minimum was listed on the confirmation email, but I only reviewed it for time and hourly rate. The movers were fine, but the whole experience was so incredibly frustrating that I would NOT recommend them to anyone. I paid for 3 hours of moving services when I used 1. I don't understand how you expect to run a business when you refuse to listen to your customers. I intended to pay in cash to take advantage of the discounted rate, but because they insisted on charging me for 3 hours, I did not have enough on me and had to pay the higher credit card rate. read more

Igor and mike helped me move today and they made the process quick and helpful. Would definitely call again. Update: it has come to my attention that they broke my couch and took advantage of my lack of knowledge on furniture to tell me they found it like that. I am very disappointed that they would lie and say that it was broken when they found it. Very overpriced for not taking great care of my things read more

I found this company on yelp and was extremely happy with the move! I booked 3 guys for 3hrs and their attention to detail was great! They wrapped all the pricy furniture with great care, as if i was 'family', like a sister or cousin. I felt at ease and completely comfortable knowing they would 'get the job done' for me. They actually needed 4 hours to move my stuff but they stayed until I was happy and comfortable! Do not hesitate calling this moving company! You will have a carefree move! read more
