I had an unfortunate incident where a staff member damaged my truck bed while maneuvering some goods around with a forklift, and ended up scratching my tailgate and quarter panel on my '24 GMC Sierra. First and foremost, the service level, explanation of the repair process and timing was impeccable- major kudos to Sean, the owner of Pacific Auto Body!!! I had a 4-day work trip and Sean accommodated my schedule, fitting me in to have my truck repaired while I was away. I just picked up my truck today, the repair looked flawless and my truck what washed and spotless, better than when I dropped it off. The part that surprised me, was the value & quality of the repair was less than 4 other shops nearby. As a Gold Class I-Car repair shop, Sean has gained my trust and will refer him to my network for sure . Thank you again, Sean! My truck is back to new

They communicated every step of the way and our truck looks AMAZING! No more rust, hood not peeling anymore and an overall fresh paint job. They were communicative the whole time and took great care of our truck. Josie booked our appointment and we came in for an estimate. Matt was very knowledgeable and answered my many questions. We then went to two other places to get estimates and while the other places were SLIGHTLY less expensive, their work and customer service left a lot to be desired. It was a no brainer for us and we're happy with our choice! The fact we could support Anna and Matt, a family run business with ties to the community, was icing on the cake. I needed some major repair done and took my car in for estimates. Compared to other locations, Kee's staff were friendlier and more direct, as well as very realistic about available options to the fix I needed. Throughout this, Kee's staff sent updates on how everything was going. I'm genuinely so impressed how they got the paint to match so precisely. They even detailed my car while in the shop, which I did't even explicitly ask for (but was in desperate need of... ;u;). Really appreciated that additional touch! Would def be back!

We went to 2 other body shops and were given estimates of $1,000 and $1,900 to weld it. We knew that this was way too much! We called Jordan and he said that we could come right over. He looked at it and discussed how he could repair it and gave a quote of $400, which is a VERY FAIR price. Who does that??? Nogueras does! Jordan then offered to ride home with us instead of us having to leave, go back home, pick up my car, bring both vehicles back to his shop and then back home. Who does that? Jordan does! A few hours later, we got a call that the truck was ready. We picked it up and they did such a great job. The price was exactly what we were quoted. We definitely received fabulous service with a smile. 100% recommend them!

I used Yelp for a few businesses on repair estimates for my dented front bumper cover on my Rav4…read more Did you know that the car's frame is mostly steel or aluminum to protect drivers and passengers, sensors, electronics, etc. but in most cases the outside cover is bendable plastic for aerodynamic reasons? The bad news is that plastic deforms too much from a collision, you can't just massage it back to shape with a hair dryer. Also, who knows if anything else on the car behind the plastic is damaged or out of alignment. California Collision came to the rescue and was able to replace my bumper cover, have it painted, and then recalibration done for the various car sensors to eliminate fault codes. Even minor collisions can cause sensors to be faulty, so don't assume it's a cosmetic thing and try to cut corners and get your vehicle repaired properly. The job took a few hours one day to paint match, then a separate full day to install, recalibrate, and test drive the vehicle to ensure bo more fault codes. George was extremely friendly and transparent with the repair process. He even gave me a tour of his shop and explained the workflow. Its a family business as his son and daughter also work here. He obviously values work-life balance and is closed Friday-Sunday. Body Shops are not cheap but if you need a thorough repair and want things done right, I highly recommend California Collision. If paying out of pocket, use a debit card with a high spend limit to avoid credit card fees.
