From the very beginning, they operated like a true first-class shop--professional, organized, and clearly experienced. They didn't just handle the repair; they also walked me through how to deal with the insurance company, helped set up a rental car, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The communication was outstanding from start to finish. I always knew what was going on, and the work was completed in a timely manner without cutting corners. The final result exceeded my expectations--the truck looks great. Before choosing them, I asked a few local mechanic shops I trust here in San Rafael for recommendations, and more than one pointed me to D & K. Now I understand why.
