Brad was incredibly helpful taking time to look at a dent someone had put into the side of my brand new SUV (when someone backing out of or pulling into a parking spot next to me dragged their bumper across my driver side doors.) He explained some of the difficulties and referred me to a great detailer who ultimately made it look much better. Granted I didn't have the dent pulled, he will be my go-to should I need future work is done or I ultimately decide to pull this difficult dent. When I read the reviews, I figured, they must have paid people to write these amazing 5 stars reviews because no business gets these many positive reviews...boy was I wrong. I was speechless when I saw the amazing results on my own vehicle. I honestly didn't think they could fix it because it was on the bumper and not on a metal area. The damage was significant from leaving my vehicle parked against a pile of snow that was more solid that I realized and damaged the rear bumper significantly. Paul is as nice as someone can be and his assistant was even nicer. Very professional all the time, very well organized and a very clean shop. The estimate was quick the scheduling was easy and everything went as planned. I was told to prepare that it could take 1-2 hours but they were done in 30 minutes. Guys did a great job removing a very annoying dent from my Explorer. The dent was across a seam and difficult to access from inside the door because of the specific location, but they handled it like a pro. I was referred to them by a friend who owns used car lots (he uses them for his service) and I understand why...the results were like the dent never happened. Very pleased. It took a little longer than the estimate, but well worth it for the results. First off I would like to say that I highly recommend using Dentmasters. They offer immediate inquiry responses, which was perfect in my case as I had a lease ending at the end of the week. They were able to accommodate my situation and provide excellent work. I had a medium size dent on my trunk lip which had been made worse by a group of parking lot scammers who offered a "repair" service on the spot. I had two door dings on my 2016 Lexus IS 350. It cost me $250. JP and Paul did a great job and the dents were fixed within 50 minutes. Fast, easy, and simple. They even gave me a loaner car while I waited, which I was not expecting. Paul seems like he knows what he's doing. I like how he took the time to explain (in 2 minutes or less) exactly how he was going to approach the problem. He was worried about not being able to get access with his tools, but he explained 4 different options he would try to fix the problem. This gave me confidence that I came to the right place. JP was the one I dealt with to set up the appointment. Overall very friendly. This is an A+ shop. I'm not surprised they have perfect 5 star reviews across the board. The only slight hiccup was I initially came to the wrong location. Apparently, all calls to each of the Dentmasters locations initially get routed through the same #. Days before my appointment, I called back and rescheduled my appointment a couple times, and it apparently caused some confusion. I didn't realize I was making appointments at different locations. The 2 man crew that I encountered at Dent Masters of Tysons Corner were FANTASTIC! I should start by saying that my interaction has been positive all the way through, from the time that I first contacted them by phone. While it did take some time to connect via phone, exchanging voicemails, of which I take the responsibility for....they were always prompt in returning my phone call, I just typically wasn't available when they called right back. All 3 people that I encountered, were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable, providing me with answers that exemplified education & experience in dent repair! Additionally, they were honest in their description of how the process works. I really liked the consistency amongst the employees! Once I arrived at the shop, they explained the process, got me RIGHT IN (w/o an appointment), and about 60-90 minutes later, I was rolling back down the road. I'm in sales, driving approx 40,000 miles/year...It didn't make sense to replace the entire hood/panel that they were able to make look almost brand new, unless absolutely necessary. Thanks to their great work, I got out from under a dent (opposed to full replacement), for less than my deductible, with no claim against my insurance, and my car looking GREAT! Paul is a dent artist! I notice my M3 has about 1.5" sharp crease on passenger door from someone open the door into it (possibly my neighbor who I sometimes park next to her spot, but no way to prove it). The car already have less noticeable dings here and there (one on the same door panel), so it is time to try out Dentmaster in Tysons since it is only 5 minutes from where I live. I drove in and met with Paul and Brad, there were both accommodating my concerns and gave me the reasonable quote and took time to explain what he would do to fix the dings (and options to drill the door or not, I opted for not-drilling method). They also offer me a free loaner to use while the car is being worked on, how about that! The car was done in less than 3 hours and 3 out of 4 dings are 100% gone to my OCD eyes. The deepest one which is the hardest to do per Paul is 95-98% gone. I can only see faint "flick" of the paint at some angle/light combo. Remember he didn't drill the door, which could yield 100% result should I opted to do that for a little less money (glue pulling has surcharge). Finding a good PDR technician is as hard as to find an understanding and supporting wife who does not nag or a husband who does not make dirty mess around the house. Got a sharp dent with paint transfer from a nasty door ding by my neighbor's car. You can imagine how I felt when the door damage matches up to my neighbor's car door and even paint color but he denies it purely based on no proof that he did it. I notified my insurance and found out I have to eat the deductible myself and will need to take it to a body shop to repaint expecting a few days out of usage of my car Then I ran into my other neighbor and he highly recommends this place and promise if the clear coat didnt break it will look like new afterwards. So I came here with some reservation and talked to Pete and Paul. They are both very straight forward guys and easy to work with and most important of all, very knowledgeable. They assessed the damage and wipe away the paint transfer and found that the clear coat is intact. They say it will probably look like original after the work is done and because of the size of the dent, it will only cost $150 to fix. I figured its a small price to pay to avoid the full body work. I was completely blown away when I see my car after an hour wait. The dent and any hint of scratches and dings are completely gone after Paul works on it. And I cannot even tell where it was before and just like my neighbor said it looks like new and never had damages before. These guys are not technicians in my opinion, they are master sculptors! Paul told me as long as the paint is intact, they can work on really huge dents too. This is the first time I experienced Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) services and I was thoroughly impressed about the results and the skills of these guys. Paul said he has 15 years of experience and they work with all the reputable body shop in the area. I still look at the area where the dent was and try to spot the hint of a scratch every time I go up to my car now and wonder every single time how they did it. Not only did they help me save my insurance deductible, the car is now back to factory condition without having a body shop taken it apart and repaint it. It is priceless! My grandson hit a baseball that hit the front fender of my Tahoe. The baseball made a well defined dent. I asked my Chevy repairman where I could get the dent fixed. I took a family member's older minivan into Dentmasters to see if they could get a large dent out of the back left bumper. Paul helped me out and tackled this, even though the dent was more like a caved in back bumper than a simple "dent". He told me what the repair would entail, how long it would take, and what it would look like when he was finished. When I got the minivan back, the dent was gone with some minor touch up paint needed to complete the job -- exactly as Paul had described. I was so impressed by Paul's skill and professionalism that I decided to take my new M3 in shortly after as it had a small dent on the front passenger side door (looked like from someone opening a door into it). Again, he explained how he was going to fix it and what to expect afterwards. I swung by an hour or so early to see if my car was ready as I had an appointment to get to. Had very bad damage on the front corner of our SUV's bumper. So bad that it had smashed into our fog light and was affecting the beam angle of the fog light. Light still worked but it failed VA inspection because of the angle of the beam. Inspection shop suggested a body shop; body shop quoted us a LOT. I called Brad to get a 2nd opinion and in 3 hours he'd fixed it up - bumper had no dents and fog light was back in alignment, and at a FRACTION of the cost. Great service and nice folks! I wanted to get a dent repaired on my wife's car and used their web site to contact them. I scheduled an appointment where I would drop by and wait for the repair. Brad and Michelle made sure I had all of the information as they gave me an estimate, told me what they would do and how long it would take. And in the process were just really nice people to deal with. I had a good place to wait for the repair, and the repair was done in the time they said it would take. The repair looked great. What more could you ask for! Her car's paint is a pearl finish that would require 3 coats of paint for repair by a body shop. Brad and the entire team were great. He wrote up a quote for me in December and then waited patiently for me to work through coverage that I had as part of my car's lease. When I finally called him back a month later, he took my car in around noon and had it finished by close of business. I took my Acura after a finder bender to be repaired as I decided to skip the insurance claim. I met with gentleman by the name JP. After JP looked at the damage, he explained that he can fix it and gave me a quote, however, he told me that it would be better to take it to a body shop simply because the paint needs to be re-done. Then he called his co-worker over and consult with him and his co-worker agreed with him. Then they straightened the bent metal to help me close the door better and they recommended multiple body shops for me. Very honest and friendly place. Both gentlemen know their stuff as they gave an extremely detailed explanation regarding the damage and declined the job because they knew after fixing it, it won't be perfect because it my damage needs a body shop. Had the guy's at Dent Masters fix a bunch of small "whiskey" dents on a 23 year old car I recently purchased. JP did an amazing job, just about every dent was gone when we picked it up, he even touched up small chips in the paint. This is not a cheap process, but it's much less then repainting the car. Plus a classic car is more valuable with original paint. I took the car in for an estimate, brought it back about 6 weeks later for the work and the final bill was exactly what was estimated.
