These guys are as good as it gets! They've been helping me with hail damage (Saab 9-3), door dings (Porsche Boxster, 911 and Macan) and everything in between for years. Their service is always spot on and they treat their customers with respect. From the moment I found them, I knew they were quality upstanding people. Thank Brad and Steve for taking such good care of me and my Macan today! read more

Brad and team did a great job repairing a dent in my 2014 at an extremely reasonable price. The car looks like new and I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for reasonably priced body repair. read more

I had a small dent in my front fender. I called ahead and Joe suggested I drive in and he would take a look. The quote was reasonable and luckily, he was able to fix it that same day. I was even given a loaner car. Super easy! Great service! read more

Brad was incredibly helpful taking time to look at a dent someone had put into the side of my brand new SUV (when someone backing out of or pulling into a parking spot next to me dragged their bumper across my driver side doors.) He explained some of the difficulties and referred me to a great detailer who ultimately made it look much better. Granted I didn't have the dent pulled, he will be my go-to should I need future work is done or I ultimately decide to pull this difficult dent. Side note: Please be kind to other parked cars in our busy metro parking lots...take your time and if you hit someone, let them know and allow insurance to pay for it. I'll be installing motion-activated dash cameras to catch you if I get another hit-and-run and I'll get the Police to visit you...;) read more

Today I went to Dent Masters for the first time and I have to be honest...best experience ever. The team was super professional and super friendly. They gave me the warmest welcome and did such an amazing job restoring my car as if it was never ever touched! I highly recommend Dent Masters! Super affordable, super quality and very quick! read more

When I read the reviews, I figured, they must have paid people to write these amazing 5 stars reviews because no business gets these many positive reviews...boy was I wrong. I was speechless when I saw the amazing results on my own vehicle. I honestly didn't think they could fix it because it was on the bumper and not on a metal area. The damage was significant from leaving my vehicle parked against a pile of snow that was more solid that I realized and damaged the rear bumper significantly. Paul is as nice as someone can be and his assistant was even nicer. Very professional all the time, very well organized and a very clean shop. The estimate was quick the scheduling was easy and everything went as planned. I was told to prepare that it could take 1-2 hours but they were done in 30 minutes. They let me wait in their office and use their wifi. I only wish I could give them more stars!!!!!! Thanks again Paul for using your amazing skills and fixing my car. I will definitely come back with my 2016 Mustang to get the minor hood damage fixed. You are an artist!!!!! read more

We had two sharp creases in the driver's side front door, each around 2 inches long. Dentmasters was able to repair the dents the same day we brought the car in for an estimate. The door looks brand new. There's no sign the dents were ever there. read more

Guys did a great job removing a very annoying dent from my Explorer. The dent was across a seam and difficult to access from inside the door because of the specific location, but they handled it like a pro. I was referred to them by a friend who owns used car lots (he uses them for his service) and I understand why...the results were like the dent never happened. Very pleased. It took a little longer than the estimate, but well worth it for the results. Price was reasonable; going to the dealer would have been 3x the price (and the dealer might have subcontracted the work to dentmasters!) read more

Terrific performance by Brad and Steve taking care of my car. I couldn't be more pleased with the results.

The 2 man crew that I encountered at Dent Masters of Tysons Corner were FANTASTIC! I should start by saying that my interaction has been positive all the way through, from the time that I first contacted them by phone. While it did take some time to connect via phone, exchanging voicemails, of which I take the responsibility for....they were always prompt in returning my phone call, I just typically wasn't available when they called right back. All 3 people that I encountered, were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable, providing me with answers that exemplified education & experience in dent repair! Additionally, they were honest in their description of how the process works. I really liked the consistency amongst the employees! Once I arrived at the shop, they explained the process, got me RIGHT IN (w/o an appointment), and about 60-90 minutes later, I was rolling back down the road. I'm in sales, driving approx 40,000 miles/year...It didn't make sense to replace the entire hood/panel that they were able to make look almost brand new, unless absolutely necessary. Thanks to their great work, I got out from under a dent (opposed to full replacement), for less than my deductible, with no claim against my insurance, and my car looking GREAT! Thanks DentMasters of Tysons Corner!!! read more

Paul is a dent artist! I notice my M3 has about 1.5" sharp crease on passenger door from someone open the door into it (possibly my neighbor who I sometimes park next to her spot, but no way to prove it). The car already have less noticeable dings here and there (one on the same door panel), so it is time to try out Dentmaster in Tysons since it is only 5 minutes from where I live. I drove in and met with Paul and Brad, there were both accommodating my concerns and gave me the reasonable quote and took time to explain what he would do to fix the dings (and options to drill the door or not, I opted for not-drilling method). They also offer me a free loaner to use while the car is being worked on, how about that! The car was done in less than 3 hours and 3 out of 4 dings are 100% gone to my OCD eyes. The deepest one which is the hardest to do per Paul is 95-98% gone. I can only see faint "flick" of the paint at some angle/light combo. Remember he didn't drill the door, which could yield 100% result should I opted to do that for a little less money (glue pulling has surcharge). Finding a good PDR technician is as hard as to find an understanding and supporting wife who does not nag or a husband who does not make dirty mess around the house. You stick with that for as long as you can. Highly recommend Paul at Dentmaster Tysons Corner from one car clean freak. read more

I met with Don this morning I had a annoying ding in my door and Dent Master took care of me. Very good work !!!! I appreciate the craftsmanship!!! read more

First off I would like to say that I highly recommend using Dentmasters. They offer immediate inquiry responses, which was perfect in my case as I had a lease ending at the end of the week. They were able to accommodate my situation and provide excellent work. I had a medium size dent on my trunk lip which had been made worse by a group of parking lot scammers who offered a "repair" service on the spot. Dentmasters was able to quickly repair (next day) my dent and provided me with a very reasonable price for this repair. They are professional group of workers who provide an excellent service for those looking for these kinds of repairs. Once again, I highly recommend them and will be referring all of my potential clients to them for future use. Thanks again and I will be sure to come back if I have any future incidents. read more

Got a sharp dent with paint transfer from a nasty door ding by my neighbor's car. You can imagine how I felt when the door damage matches up to my neighbor's car door and even paint color but he denies it purely based on no proof that he did it. I notified my insurance and found out I have to eat the deductible myself and will need to take it to a body shop to repaint expecting a few days out of usage of my car Then I ran into my other neighbor and he highly recommends this place and promise if the clear coat didnt break it will look like new afterwards. So I came here with some reservation and talked to Pete and Paul. They are both very straight forward guys and easy to work with and most important of all, very knowledgeable. They assessed the damage and wipe away the paint transfer and found that the clear coat is intact. They say it will probably look like original after the work is done and because of the size of the dent, it will only cost $150 to fix. I figured its a small price to pay to avoid the full body work. I was completely blown away when I see my car after an hour wait. The dent and any hint of scratches and dings are completely gone after Paul works on it. And I cannot even tell where it was before and just like my neighbor said it looks like new and never had damages before. These guys are not technicians in my opinion, they are master sculptors! Paul told me as long as the paint is intact, they can work on really huge dents too. This is the first time I experienced Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) services and I was thoroughly impressed about the results and the skills of these guys. Paul said he has 15 years of experience and they work with all the reputable body shop in the area. I still look at the area where the dent was and try to spot the hint of a scratch every time I go up to my car now and wonder every single time how they did it. Not only did they help me save my insurance deductible, the car is now back to factory condition without having a body shop taken it apart and repaint it. It is priceless! I highly recommend everyone to come to this place first when they have dings and dents on their car. It saves you money and time and the frustration! read more

I took a family member's older minivan into Dentmasters to see if they could get a large dent out of the back left bumper. Paul helped me out and tackled this, even though the dent was more like a caved in back bumper than a simple "dent". He told me what the repair would entail, how long it would take, and what it would look like when he was finished. When I got the minivan back, the dent was gone with some minor touch up paint needed to complete the job -- exactly as Paul had described. I was so impressed by Paul's skill and professionalism that I decided to take my new M3 in shortly after as it had a small dent on the front passenger side door (looked like from someone opening a door into it). Again, he explained how he was going to fix it and what to expect afterwards. I swung by an hour or so early to see if my car was ready as I had an appointment to get to. Thankfully, Paul had completed the repair already and had my M3 ready. It looked GREAT... and the dent was gone! Both times, Dentmasters and Paul demonstrated incredible professionalism and dent repair expertise. Paul performed the repairs on time (or before his estimated finish time), with HIGH QUALITY and at a fantastic price. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Paul and the Dentmasters team. Make sure you ask for Paul by name! read more

I searched online and found Dent Masters Tysons to fix a small dent on the rear quarter panel from some low life who has no regard for other people's stuff. I called in close to mid morning and spoke with JP. JP's customer service skills are unrivaled. The car finished sooner than I expected and the quality of the work is flawless. Paul is definitely a master of his craft. I couldn't even tell where the dent use to be! Plus, they provided me with a loaner car since the work itself was a little more extensive. I took a few minutes after the repair to chat with Paul and I must say he is very passionate about his work and goes the extra mile for his customers. To Paul and JP, you guys made this awful experience better. And to the low life who dented my car, karma will come back around! read more

I had two door dings on my 2016 Lexus IS 350. It cost me $250. JP and Paul did a great job and the dents were fixed within 50 minutes. Fast, easy, and simple. They even gave me a loaner car while I waited, which I was not expecting. Paul seems like he knows what he's doing. I like how he took the time to explain (in 2 minutes or less) exactly how he was going to approach the problem. He was worried about not being able to get access with his tools, but he explained 4 different options he would try to fix the problem. This gave me confidence that I came to the right place. JP was the one I dealt with to set up the appointment. Overall very friendly. This is an A+ shop. I'm not surprised they have perfect 5 star reviews across the board. The only slight hiccup was I initially came to the wrong location. Apparently, all calls to each of the Dentmasters locations initially get routed through the same #. Days before my appointment, I called back and rescheduled my appointment a couple times, and it apparently caused some confusion. I didn't realize I was making appointments at different locations. Just make sure you confirm the location. I don't hold this against them though. Minor hiccup. read more

10 year old, 9/10, black, Porsche suffered smooth, passenger door, dent damage in three separate areas. Body shop estimate $1100+, shop wants car for one week, SIX weeks in the future. Brad's DentMaster team repaired the damage, to my satisfaction, in four hours for $350. Unbelievable. Even provided transportation to get me to and from a previously scheduled business lunch. Was surprised and delighted. Staff could not be more accommodating. Highly recommended. read more

Rarely does a business set high expectations, then exceed those high expectations. Dentmasters of Tysons is one of those businesses. I have used them twice this year, and both times performed excellent work, on-time and at a reasonable price. On each occasion the vehicle had a dent or crease in a difficult location. And I assumed they could make it better, but it may still be visible. And both times they made them absolutely disappear. Outstanding craftsmanship and service. I will continue to use and recommend Dentmasters if Tysons. PS they offer loaner vehicles for those who need them. read more

I saw a small dent on the hood of my new MINI Cooper. The next morning, I called Brad to see when I could bring the car in to have the dent removed. Brad and team are the absolute BEST at removing dents/dings for a fair price and with the highest customer service! I highly recommend them. read more

I was a new driver who recently bought my first car. On the 4th day, I dinged the front trying to parallel park on a really narrow residential road in DC. The next morning I called DentMasters, and they told me to bring in my car. I got an estimate immediately, and although a bit expensive, I decided to go through with it. And I'm so glad I did because they did such an incredible job in such a short amount of time. It's as if the dent was never there! They even provided me with a loaner car for the day, which was so nice of them. Everything about this business is professional and beyond courteous! The guys who work here also seem like they're really good people who genuinely want to help. Thank you Dentmasters for making my car new again :) read more

Had very bad damage on the front corner of our SUV's bumper. So bad that it had smashed into our fog light and was affecting the beam angle of the fog light. Light still worked but it failed VA inspection because of the angle of the beam. Inspection shop suggested a body shop; body shop quoted us a LOT. I called Brad to get a 2nd opinion and in 3 hours he'd fixed it up - bumper had no dents and fog light was back in alignment, and at a FRACTION of the cost. Drove straight back to the inspection place and it passed. Brad is my first call for anything from now on. read more

Great customer service when you meet the folks here. The damage to my vehicle fixed itself, but they offered to do some minor cleanup for free. They even provided me the chance to have a rental if needed. Very easy to set up an appointment and they will be very quick to look at your car over the internet where you can have them see the damage and follow up with you without having to go in first. Highly recommend Dentmasters! read more

I went to Dentmasters in Tysons to ask about a dent I have in my leased VW Jetta. I spoke with the gentleman at the shop and asked how much the dent would be to take out. He gave me a quote and then proceeded to explain that he thought I should go ahead and turn the car in and see if they would charge me for the dent, instead of having them perform the work. I thought that was very honest and he was very honest to give me that information. I would recommend Dentmasters to everyone. read more

I went here about a month ago, I could not believe how fast and professional this company is! I called brad for an estimate for my 2018 camaro for a ding in the right door, estimate was provided to me, didn't take me long to accept such a great deal that they have! And for the time they got me out of there all I had to do was go on my lunch hour and they got me out of there in less than 10 min! Definitely would recommend to anyone! Thank you guys so much for your hard work! See you around! read more

Great service and nice folks! I wanted to get a dent repaired on my wife's car and used their web site to contact them. I scheduled an appointment where I would drop by and wait for the repair. Brad and Michelle made sure I had all of the information as they gave me an estimate, told me what they would do and how long it would take. And in the process were just really nice people to deal with. I had a good place to wait for the repair, and the repair was done in the time they said it would take. The repair looked great. What more could you ask for! Her car's paint is a pearl finish that would require 3 coats of paint for repair by a body shop. So the saving were really large, and no matching of the paint required! read more

Brad clearly explained how each dent would be repaired and how that factored into the cost. I felt the total price was reasonable. Excellent work and very friendly staff. read more

Daughter got her first car and everything was perfect except this ding on the door. Wanted to surprise her and get it fixed but wasn't sure where to go. Anyway, read some reviews on Dentmaster and Brad so figure to give it a try and went for an appraisal. Got there and met Brad who was awesome and was able to accommodate me in their schedule. He was honest and let me know they may get about 90-95% etc which was reasonable to me. When I got the car back, I was blown away by the result. It was perfect, I cannot even tell where the ding was. It was amazing! Great work, great people, great place. This time all those positive reviews were true, they totally deserve it. read more

Brad and the entire team were great. He wrote up a quote for me in December and then waited patiently for me to work through coverage that I had as part of my car's lease. When I finally called him back a month later, he took my car in around noon and had it finished by close of business. I even got a loaner car to get me through the few hours I had to be without my car. When my car was done, all of the dents and dings were gone. I can't even remember where they were because everything looks perfect. Top job! read more

No other way to put it, experts at what they do. I took in a barely six month old BMW SUV for a repair. While I was on business travel, someone had backed into my rear tailgate and left a significant dent. I took it in, and they took a quick look; they weren't sure they could repair it given the steel reinforced area, but said they'd give it a shot. Four hours later, I could no even see where the dent occurred. And the price frankly was far better than expected. I would use them again, and have referred them to multiple friends who have dents. Keep up the good work. read more

I had accidentally swung my drivers side door open in a garage column and made a nice ding. I found Dentmasters on yelp, requested a quote online and made an appointment to drop of my car a few days later. I took my Acura after a finder bender to be repaired as I decided to skip the insurance claim. I met with gentleman by the name JP. After JP looked at the damage, he explained that he can fix it and gave me a quote, however, he told me that it would be better to take it to a body shop simply because the paint needs to be re-done. Then he called his co-worker over and consult with him and his co-worker agreed with him. Then they straightened the bent metal to help me close the door better and they recommended multiple body shops for me. Very honest and friendly place. Both gentlemen know their stuff as they gave an extremely detailed explanation regarding the damage and declined the job because they knew after fixing it, it won't be perfect because it my damage needs a body shop. Highly recommended if you have a dent in your car. read more

Had the guy's at Dent Masters fix a bunch of small "whiskey" dents on a 23 year old car I recently purchased. JP did an amazing job, just about every dent was gone when we picked it up, he even touched up small chips in the paint. This is not a cheap process, but it's much less then repainting the car. Plus a classic car is more valuable with original paint. I took the car in for an estimate, brought it back about 6 weeks later for the work and the final bill was exactly what was estimated. They completed the work in one day and provided a free loaner car! Outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this shop. read more

I'm so glad I trusted the good reviews about Dentmasters. Brad and the team exceeded my expectations. Not only does my car look great, they were so pleasant to work with. Brad and Joe explained the work they did, and when I drove off their lot and noticed something still wasn't quite right, they told me to come back and took care of it, no questions asked. It could have been a big, ugly, costly deal, but they respected me and believed me and took care of my car. No voices were raised. No one got defensive. I'm not exaggerating when I say that Brad restores my faith in humanity. There are still decent people out there who are willing to work with you and listen to you and trust you.
