Kudos to Kathy (Front Desk) for doing her best to keep me posted in the absence of a getting a call back from Todd Traxler (Service Rep) and/or Manager Ian. ***Lack of caring for high-end vehicles - My Black AMG GT 53 with Ceramic Pro has been sitting outside through high temperatures and rain for more than two months, to the point that carbon fiber parts had been affected. ***False expectations/time frame - Completion had been delayed two times already since June and have tried to excuse themselves by being understaffed and/or having busy schedules, being on vacation, or being sick. *** Price with service alignment - Given the high pricing in labor they charge, you would expect a top notch service; however, I did not see any of that. In conclusion, I have been without a vehicle for 3 months (since collision) and have been extremely patient with the process, but now I am deeply disappointed in how my vehicle has been handled by the shop. I do not have anything against Todd Traxler, as he maintained his professionalism throughout my frustration and "seems" to be doing everything in his power to help out. The reason was that I told him his quote more than doubled the amount three months ago and I would not accept it. The consequence is that one accident had two records in my Carfax history and the false one happened on the date when I asked Mike for a quote. To make things even worse, Carfax was stupid on the mistake and refused to correct it even I showed the photos of the damage were the exactly the same as before. So, my suggestion is to try your best to avoid Mike for a price quote and consult with other staff.

They gave me a repair estimate of $17,335.18 on October 15, which seemed reasonable, and I assumed work was being done. For over two months, I waited with no updates. Suddenly, on December 5, they emailed demanding the loaner back immediately and threatened a police report for "failure to return a rental vehicle." I called their rep (Alfonso), who said he would extend the loaner--he never followed up. That evening, the loaner was remotely disabled (Valet Mode) while I was driving, stranding me overnight in 20°F snowy/rainy weather on a busy DC street. I had to pay for towing myself to avoid freezing. The next morning (December 6), they called police (Rockville and Prince George's County), claiming I failed to return the rental. They also told officers my Florida license was "fake" or fraudulent. Police cleared me immediately. I repeatedly explained my disabilities (immune-compromised, OCD, ADHD, anxiety) and asked for accommodations to get my medication and belongings from the loaner (less than ¼ mile away at a friend's house). They refused and left me stranded without transportation or meds ever since. Now they demand over $14,000 in storage/rental fees--almost as much as the repair estimate--yet no work was ever done on my car. I have video, emails, bills, and records. This was unsafe, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Avoid if you value safety and clear communication.
