I used dentless touch the other day (Nov4) for my DC ding. You know, that ding you get in those small parking spaces in this area. I didn't know who Chris was before hand. I just felt he was honest and friendly and explained things the way I could understand them during the estimate. So I went with them. After the work was done I decided to watch the video. The service before, during, and after was excellent. I sent a photo via their website form and they gave me an estimate. I made an appt online and they were ready when I arrived. Unfortunately, they weren't able to pull out the dent, but they did buff off the red paint free of charge. It looks a lot better and I appreciate their honesty and courtesy. read more

I had my Range Rover repaired by this Company and I was extremely pleased. I started over at Land Rover of Alexandria getting my Truck Serviced and Asked the Dealership if they would Repair it while I had my Truck serviced. They looked at the door dents and told me that it would Need body work and they couldn't remove the dent without having to paint it. I contacted this Dentless Touch and he told me that he might having a opening that same day. I came out and he was in the Lobby waiting to start on my Truck. Very Professional , Excellent Work. Someone banged their door into my car at a parking lot, leaving a large dent and some of their yellow paint on the passenger side of my gray car. Looked at reviews on Yelp for ideas on a place that could fix it professionally at a decent cost. I was able to get an estimate by sending a picture through their web site and set up an appointment for the following week. They took my car as scheduled and made it look as good as new in about an hour. They even buffed out some scratches on the read door that was not part of the original problem at no extra cost. I am not big on writing reviews but would highly recommend this business if you find yourself in a similar situation. Dentless Touch did an amazing job. I stared at the fender for 5 minutes after it was done and I swear you couldn't ever tell there were dents there. I had low expectations going into this. The body shop I had gotten an estimate from to repair the dented front fender gave me nearly a $1,000 estimate. Dentless Touch did the same work for less than 1/3rd of that, and did it in an hour and a half. God forbid I am in another fender bender, but if I am I would certainly call Dentless Touch again. First of all Dentless Touch Website window tinting said using "Solar Guard" when I called to have my car tinting Chris said he used 3M and quote me for $365.00 and I'm ok with 3M. So, I drop off the car at 2:00pm and did not get it back until 3:00pm the next day. I know Tinting one car don't take 24 hours and I have to call back 3 times asking when can I pick up my car. They end up tint my car with Sun Guard (I asked the installer) bottom line these people are not knowledgeable about tinting(I asked Chris what type of 3M film are you using he reply I don't know). If, I know they're going to installed Sun Guard film for my car I would have gone somewhere cheaper and don't have to leaved my car over night. will not come back and would not recommended. read more

Chris of Dentless Touch worked on my 2002 Honda S2000. The rear quarter panels had buckled on the left and right sides. Each buckle/dent was about 4 inches wide and 6 inches in height (oblong shaped). Chris was able to go through the trunk to remove the dents in about an hour. I highly recommend. read more

I had a small dent in my car and went to a body shop. I am not knowledgeable about cars and learned that was the wrong move. The body shop gave me what I thought was a high quote for the amount of damage. The body shop admitted it was high, but explained how they would have to do the repair (sand down, repaint). I had a dent on my wife's new car. I went to a collision shop and they quoted me over $350 for a small ding the size of a quarter. I searched the area and found this shop. Chris had my car fixed in under 20min and the price was awesome. After he finished with the ding he even buffed out a scratch in the paint that ran almost halfway down the side of the car for me. An irresponsible driver dented the front passenger side bumper of my brand new car (purchased in August) while it was parked in an open lot. I was livid to say the least & didnt know where to go. My friend recommended Dentless Touch, so I give them a call for a free estimate. I spoke with Brian & he asked that i text him a picture of the dent. I did & he got back to me with an estimated price range. I told him i'd be in 1st thing in the morning to have it fixed. I get there & he took a look at the damage again & thankfully quoted me much much less than what he had originally told me. This was the second time I have used Dentless Touch. The first was in May 2014. On May 17, 2016 I had Dentless Touch remove a dent from the door on my Acura. The dent was small and I tried to live with it for about nine months but I could not. Every time I went to my car I could see the dent and finally gave up trying to accustom myself to a dented door and scheduled an appointment with Dentless Touch. I wish I had done this as soon as I got the dent. It would have saved me a lot of angst just to save $175. The repair took 90 minutes and now, magically, the door looks as it did when new as did my car after the first repair. read more

Chris at Dentless Touch did a quality job on my car. The car looks great. However, while a pleasant and presentable young man, his customer service needs work and his pricing game felt a bit unethical. I thought he was a no show for an early morning appt. but when I called, he said my appt. was actually a four-hour window and a technician was en-route, arriving in 30 minutes. And hour and a half later, he arrives. I could chalk all that up to a misunderstanding if he then didn't quote me 50% more than the high end of the original estimate, telling me the estimate was merely a "customer convenience" and they never really know till they see the car, meanwhile showing me a laminated card with very specific pricing as if it's the Holy Grail. If you're pricing is so specific re: starting price of $250 up to so many inches plus $25 for a crease and then $25 for dings on same panel - tell the customer up front. That would be appreciated and eliminate unwelcome surprises. Don't quote me $250-300 when I sent you pictures and then tell me it's $450, a classic bait and switch. I had the work done to get it done but left a sour taste to feel taken advantage of. There should be some accountability to what a business quotes customers and/or transparency in what guides the pricing. Unfortunately, for that reason, I cannot use this business for my other vehicle nor recommend to my friends and neighbors. read more
