I had two crowns and a bridge, the so called butcher did nothing but injections, the dental assistant did the setting, got choked on cement when I got home.. now I can't eat anything that's not soft, it been two months now. do not use this place.. Worse experience I've ever had at any dentist! Office staff turnaround every time I had an appointment. Jeff Evers is very unprofessional. Jeff is very insulting and misdiagnosed me as having severe bone loss that was refuted by Dr. Baker (Senor dentist about to retire) and Dr. Barlow (surgeon). I was told by Evers I need bone grafts and implants due to having "extreme bone loss". The quote was $50,000 for implants or the next and only option he gave me was dentures. I asked 5 different times for a meeting with Evers and was denied every time! All I needed was 1 implant and a filling where a crown was not under margin. (gum line) that had small decay. I had a a 4 unit bridge already that was fine. I opted for the dentures. After 2.5 years I still did not have the bottom dentures. I went back for adjustments over 20 times! I never was rude and always kept my composer. After the 2.5 years I was told to find another dentist. He fired me as a patient! Evers has no empathy at all. I have a shirt that says "Trust Me I Do This All The Time". I wore it on a few occasions with a piece of tape that I wrote "To Many Times". Then Evers started being rude. insolent, and would mad dog me. Evers told me I needed surgery after he pulled all my teeth. This statement was refuted by Dr. Baker and Dr. Barlow. Dr. Baker and Dr. Barlow confirmed I did not have the "severe bone loss" Evers said I did. After my gums healed from the surgery, over a year went by , Evers peaks his head around the corner where a patient was and said "You know, you really didn't need the surgery. It would have gone down or gone away in a year or so." I still don't know what the heck that meant! I grew a moustache during the 2.5 years and Evers came in the room and said "What's that on your face?" I didn't realize what he meant until a few days later. He lied and I paid the price! I lost 30lbs due to his negligence and not having teeth to eat! An office staff named Ashley told me hatefully to get a Lawyer after I went to Mexico and got my bottom plate in 24 hours that fit perfectly! This was TLC Dental in Los Algodones. There is an office staff lady who is as sweet as pie named Dierdre. (spl?) Pronounce, Deardra. I call her Dear. She is a sweetheart. There are 2 dental assistants there that are compassionate here also. That doesn't make up for Evers!!!! I could write a larger narrative, but you get the idea! NEVER EVERS!!!!! read more

Wife had a cleaning done here and Inquired about using her insurance and they said "yeah its fine". After the cleaning is done now stuck with a $268 bill since they overbill so that insurance would not cover. Not very ethical in my opinion. Luckily it was only a cleaning and not a major service. Will certainly NOT coming back here. For a measly $268 dollars they have lost a customer and the more to come that would of been from this family. If you are looking for a Dentistry that is ETHICAL and UPFRONT before any procedure....DO NOT COME HERE, RUN! read more

I have been coming to this office for 18 years now and I was always very happy with their services. As a loyal customer I did not switch offices when a new dentist took over a wonderful Dr.Baker. In return I got today to interact with their extremely rude office manager ( I believe her name is Ashley) who treated me with much unkindness instead of keeping it professional and informative. I am seriously considering to change dental office as I really do not need this kind of treatment after being a customer for so long and bringing this office at least 8 new patience. I truly hope they change a Menager soon bcs their dental staff have always been wonderful but I do not want to deal with unhappy and very rude Menager upfront. read more

I would like to start by saying, I live in a retirement community not too far from your office. I would have liked to be a new patient but after all of the horrible stories I've heard regarding your front office help, I was astonished. I'm not sure of her national origin, norAre we bias, but she has to have the worst attitude I've ever heard of. Sorry to say you may lose a lot of my current patient's because of her personality. I do hear fabulous things about the other young lady they have said she is friendly, polite, and knows exactly what her job entails. I do wish your dental office the best of luck!! We spend a lot of money on dental work and it is nice to be an established patient. If you don't rave about your dentist then you're obviously not going to dental innovations! I've been a client for almost 10 years and recommend everyone switch! Who else can pull off a root canal in 30 minutes, and be in no pain? I'm a new patient at Dental Innovations and today was my first appointment. I am absolutely blown away with this office! The office itself is VERY nice and the staff are so friendly. They really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and that all my questions were answered. I was also able to get two fillings done the same day!
