He has done updates on my implants (I'm a terrible patient, crunching on nuts and grinding my teeth) as needed, and I'm so glad for all the support. Worse experience I've ever had at any dentist!…read more Office staff turnaround every time I had an appointment. Jeff Evers is very unprofessional. Jeff is very insulting and misdiagnosed me as having severe bone loss that was refuted by Dr. Baker (Senor dentist about to retire) and Dr. Barlow (surgeon). I was told by Evers I need bone grafts and implants due to having "extreme bone loss". The quote was $50,000 for implants or the next and only option he gave me was dentures. I asked 5 different times for a meeting with Evers and was denied every time! All I needed was 1 implant and a filling where a crown was not under margin. (gum line) that had small decay. I had a a 4 unit bridge already that was fine. I opted for the dentures. After 2.5 years I still did not have the bottom dentures. I went back for adjustments over 20 times! I never was rude and always kept my composer. After the 2.5 years I was told to find another dentist. He fired me as a patient! Evers has no empathy at all. I have a shirt that says "Trust Me I Do This All The Time". I wore it on a few occasions with a piece of tape that I wrote "To Many Times". Then Evers started being rude. insolent, and would mad dog me. Evers told me I needed surgery after he pulled all my teeth. This statement was refuted by Dr. Baker and Dr. Barlow. Dr. Baker and Dr. Barlow confirmed I did not have the "severe bone loss" Evers said I did. After my gums healed from the surgery, over a year went by , Evers peaks his head around the corner where a patient was and said "You know, you really didn't need the surgery. It would have gone down or gone away in a year or so." I still don't know what the heck that meant! I grew a moustache during the 2.5 years and Evers came in the room and said "What's that on your face?" I didn't realize what he meant until a few days later. He lied and I paid the price! I lost 30lbs due to his negligence and not having teeth to eat! An office staff named Ashley told me hatefully to get a Lawyer after I went to Mexico and got my bottom plate in 24 hours that fit perfectly! This was TLC Dental in Los Algodones. There is an office staff lady who is as sweet as pie named Dierdre. (spl?) Pronounce, Deardra. I call her Dear. She is a sweetheart. There are 2 dental assistants there that are compassionate here also. That doesn't make up for Evers!!!! I could write a larger narrative, but you get the idea! NEVER EVERS!!!!!

From the start, the office staff was very transparent about pricing and what my insurance would cover. They were able to give me estimates for both having the procedure with anesthesia and without, so I knew what my out-of-pocket cost would be before scheduling. I really appreciated that instead of wondering what the final bill would look like months later. Once I paid my portion, I was able to schedule my surgery right away. Dr. Grant had great availability, and I was even able to have my extraction the very next day after my consultation, which was super convenient. The procedure itself was quick, and I was sent home with clear post-op instructions and the appropriate medications. Overall, my recovery has been very smooth, and I had a great experience with Dr. Grant and his team.
