I never thought my car would ever be the same. When I began searching for a dent pulling companies, I thought that I would find a group of people who might try to upsell and overcharge me. Instead, I found Arlington dent masters. Richard was super upfront about the possibilities and prices, prompt, and courteous. At first, he thought that the dent, on the rear 1/4 panel of my BMW, might not turn out perfectly. It was in a difficult area to repair. Between the time that I got the estimate (that was very well priced, by the way) and the time I brought my car back, he had collaborated with a colleague of his in Atlanta. He was able to remove the dent without trace. Super awesome. I would recommend them anytime. I'm sure that I will be back. read more

Had a fairly small but ANNOYING ding on my front driver side door and I couldn't be any happier of the result! In and out after 20-30 mins or so, well--- because my work building is located literally next door so that's a HUGE plus as I didn't need to take off work = ) .. Ding disappeared and she's good as NEW! Highly recommend to see Richard @ Dent Hero.. dude does MAGIC!.. Thanks again, Richard! Awesome job! read more

New car, first ding (worse, self-created). I didn't even realize there was such a thing as dent removal. Richard to the rescue. He answered my emails and follow-up emails promptly, accommodating my scheduling, re-scheduling, and re-re-scheduling without complaint, and did a PERFECT job fixing the ding. I can't even see where it used to be. Bottom line: highly recommend this service. read more

Richard did a great job on the dent I had in my car. It looks good as new! He was professional and fast, it only took him around an hour. And the price was very reasonable. If I'd taken it to a body shop it would have cost a lot more. read more

Can't say enough about Richard at Dent Hero! My car was fixed and under 2 1/2 hours, it looks great and it was very reasonably priced! First, professional. Richard was waiting outside when I arrived. Reasonable, did several areas for a great price. Worth not having to involve my insurance. Efficient, had everything done in a matter of hours. One of the best services I've received. No wonder he's headquartered in a Mercedes dealership! Thanks and I will recommend and use again! read more

I had two dents on two separate doors of my car because some jerk was walking down the street kicking random cars. One of them was more than 12 inches in diameter. A body shop quoted almost 2,000$ to essentially replace the door, but Richard performed PDR magic and got the dents completely out for less than half the price! He did a fantastic job and if I ever have to get another dent fixed, I will go back to him in a heartbeat! read more

Richard did a great job, charged a fair price, and finished the job quickly. Highly recommended!

I called Richard on a Monday and my wife brought our car in on Wednesday and he did an amazing job! The cost was far less than a body shop would have charged and just as good (if not better) workmanship. Thank you Richard! read more

I am very particular about my car so whenever I get even the smallest dent, I want it repaired. I have tried a number of services that do this work but LOVE the work the DenMaster's and particularly, Richard Rouston, has done on my car. Recently, I brought in the car fearing that Richard may have met his match with this particular dent. After examining it carefully and acknowledging that this may be difficult even for him, Richard did it again. He always delivers. Does excellent work and does it in the time he says he is going to and does it all for a very reasonable price. Can't ask for any more than that. Highly recommend Richard and his work read more

I brought my BMW M235i here after someone tapped my fender flare in the snowstorm. The car is my baby and I am extremely particular about anything and everything done to it. Rich was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and put my mind at ease. He even managed a change in my schedule and made the whole process extremely convenient. The result was extraordinary and I'm very pleased. read more

Professional operation. They work magic! Fixed my dented bumper in a timely fashion at a very reasonable price. The whole process from submitting a quote to picking up my car was seamless. Absolutely recommend Dentmasters!!!! Five Stars! A++++ read more

Sent Richard a picture of my dent and he responded within 10 minutes with a price, estimated amount of time to fix, and available appointment times for the same week! Actual price was on the cheaper end of the quote and actual work time was on the shorter end! Because of the location of the dent, a light was loosened, but Richard tested the light to make sure it still worked for me! You would never even know there was a dent, I highly recommend! read more

My new BMW was recently hit by a shopping cart which left two pretty sizable dents. Didn't know what to expect with paintless dent repair, but decided to give it a try. And WOW! I can't even tell where the car was ever damaged. Richard is the truth. While I hope that I don't have to deal with this situation again, I'm happy to now know who to call right away if I do. Will definitely refer others to Dentmasters of Arlington. Smooth, quick, and friendly service - amazing work and results. read more

Second time using Dentmasters of Arlington. The first time was on a minor dent on the fender of my Porsche. Richard did a great job. Could never tell where the dent was ... even under high intensity light. After that, decided that my wife's older Mercedes wagon needed to go in for his special touch. Her car is the workhorse of the family so it had door dings and minor dents up and down both sides of the vehicle. Richard completed the work in 1 day. I looked it over this morning in the daylight and his work is truly excellent. Another job well done! Thanks Richard. -John read more

Richard fixed a small dent but in a very difficult place to fix. He did an excellent job. Service was quick (under two hours) and the price very reasonable. Definitely, I will be back with another car. I highly recommend him. read more

Outstanding work - Richard met me in Arlington to look at a 6 inch dent just above my right tire. He took a look at it, gave me the estimate on the spot, and explained what he anticipated as a possible difficulty, given the location of the dent. When he told me how long it would take, we scheduled a time the following week for the actual work. I dropped the vehicle off in the morning and it was ready for me to pick up by the early afternoon, looking like brand new. Spectacular work all around. read more

Richard does excellent work. He has worked on both of my MINIs that suffered from dent damage. You can't even tell the damage occurred. He took his time and it shows! I would 100% recommend him for any dent damage to your Vehicle. Not only does he do excellent work, he was very polite, professional, and on time with his services. read more

Fast, inexpensive, perfectly executed. I was not aware of this type of service until I did a bit of searching. Based on what I read, I feel Richard gave me a fair price for his expert level services. This is a much cheaper option than filler and paint blending with the same results. Perhaps there may be cheaper pricing out there, but as I read online, you will undoubtedly get what you pay for. I had over 5 dings spanning 3 doors and the front panel. In under 3 hours, it was like new. read more

Had two weird dents at a bad angle in the middle of a body contour on my aluminum bodied Tesla. Fixing it was a tall order but Richard did a great job quickly and for a fair price. Two thumbs up read more

Richard did an amazing job you can't tell there was a dent on my jeep saved us over $700 in deductible costs had I gone through my insurance claims. I'm very satisfied overall. Quick response, quick work, excellent customer service, and can't beat the prices. Thank you read more

My experience with Richard at Dentmasters was exceptional! My car had two dents on the driver side door that needed repair. I gathered quotes from other auto repair places around the area and Richard was definitely the cheapest and the most timely. He was able to assess the damage and give me a quote in under 10 minutes! All details/quotes/reciepts were emailed to me directly to review. His quote was half the price of the area competitors and he was able to repair the damage within a day of the estimate. The repair itself was complete in less than 3 hours!! Other places estimated I would be without my car for 3-4 days! When I picked my car the door looked good as new! I highly recommend Dentmasters ! This will definitely be my go-to place for repairs! read more

Walked out of a bar to find that someone sat on the hood of our brand new car that was only two weeks old. Looking for the best option in the area (and to save some money) we stumbled upon Richard's reviews on Yelp. Called at 8am, stopped by the shop at 11, and the car was looking brand new again by noon. Richard was able to remove 4 good size dents and for much less than half of what the average body shop wanted. Richard did an awesome job and for a very reasonable price. read more

Richard is the ultimate professional. Honest, kind and efficient. Another guy tried to take advantage of me. Richard fixed it with no hassle in under one hour for fraction of the cost. Try him, you will not be disappointed. My car came out brand new. read more

I had a 3" dent in my driver's side fender caused by a stray shopping cart. I requested a quote based on the positive reviews (see below!), and Richard responded promptly and courteously. Had an appointment to get a dent that someone was nice enough to leave me at Dulles. The dent was in a difficult location, so I knew it was not something I could even master. I read Yelp for reviews, and as others said, they hit the mark on Dentmasters. I submitted a form online and Richard gave a call back quickly with a range within 2 hours. I arrived today and within an hour, my Durango was back to new. And the price charged was at the low end of the range. Richard was professional. If I get any more gifts to my vehicle, I will be back to Dentmasters and Richard to get it corrected. read more

Outstanding service and speed. Your car will look like it was never dented. Richard rocks!!! The repair is worth the cost. Dent masters will likely be cheaper than your insurance deductible. I fully and whole heartedly recommend this phenomenal company!!! read more

I was quoted $600 by two body shops to fix a small dent no bigger than a penny. Here I was able to have the dent pulled out and two other scratches repaired for a quarter of the price. Looks like the dent never happened, which I'm thrilled about. Very fast and friendly service. I was in and out within an hour. If I have the need I'll be returning. read more

I was shocked to find that a bicycle had fallen off the wall in my garage and landed on my 2013 Boxster S. The impact left 5 small dents on the (aluminum) trunk and rear quarter panel. I never imagined that these dents could be removed without major bodywork requiring painting. Based on the stellar reviews of Dentmasters Arlington I stopped by and got a quote from Richard. Richard seemed pretty confident that he could get the dents out and he didn't disappoint. It's so nice to do business with someone that provides a reasonable price and does exactly what they promise. The dents are completely gone and I couldn't be happier. Incidentally I also requested a quote from Dentmasters Tysons that was over 50% higher so not only did Richard do a great job....he also provided a great price. read more

Richard did an amazing job! Our Beetle was parked on the street and I guess someone turned around in the neighbors driveway on the other side of the street and backed into our car. They left a 12" square bumper rub down the door. To make it worse the structural bar inside the door put a nice ripple in the middle of the dent. Picked up the car in the afternoon and you wouldn't be able to tell it was ever dented! It's not just door dings that they can handle, larger dents take finesse, like Richard has, but you'd be amazed how large a dent can be removed with Paintless Dent Removal techniques (and a skilled hand). Richard is a true craftsman! read more

Richard at Dentmasters is a rock star. They are very professional, easy location in Arlington (Benz Dealership so has a lobby to wait in), and true to their website, you call ahead, pick a time, and w/i the hour I was on my way...dent free. Would definitely return albeit I hope I don't need too! read more

Richard was very good about communicating with me from the moment I sent an inquiry to him through YELP. I was able to land an appointment within two days time of contacting him. Upon arrival at the Mercedes dealership for where he works out of (very nice and convenient location), he was timely, professional and his prices were reasonable. He quoted me about 1.5 - 2 hours to get the dent on the hood of our CRV out...and he was able to finish it up just under 1.5 hours. The car looks great, like it never even had a dent. He walked me through exactly what he did and how he resolved the issue. I would highly recommend Richard to anyway seeking a fair price and a great outcome. read more

Fantastic. Some jerk in my garage smashed a dimple into the hood of my bimmer. Found out about Richard at Dent Masters by searching for "paintless dent repair"; saw all these positive reviews and decided to give him a call. Called early this morning, made a same day appointment, and he had the dimple near-invisible by 1130a for a very reasonable price. No paint-work necessary. Highly recommended. read more

This review is past due but I want to thank Richard for the great work he did on my car. Richard is competent, courteous and honest about what he can and can't do. He is also quick with returning emails and I really appreciated that he sent me photos of the work once it was completed, especially the hard to see spots. While I hope I never get another dent, if I do, I will be back to see him. read more

After reading the great reviews and seeing videos of Richard in action, I trusted him with my 1992 Acura NSX. There was a big dent on the door (almost a foot in size), multiple dings here and there, as well as a tough looking dent at the fender along a big bend on the metal, which I thought wouldn't be possible to fix. He worked his magic and 2 hours later, the car was done. It looks like new! I was amazed by his professionalism, speed, and of course, magic, which is why I give him perfect 5 stars. There is a reason why he's one of the top rated paint-less dent removers in the country. read more

Richard runs a tight shop. Very timely and efficient. Had a dent on the crease of my door. After a quick inspection, I was given a great quote of $150. There were a few smaller dings on the passenger door that were only an additional $75. Total was $225 and now my Nissan 350Z is dent free and looks fantastic. Highly recommend his services. read more
