Got a quote on the phone and told Richard I can stop by for a visual estimate in 30 minutes. I showed up as scheduled he took a look and gave me a more than reasonable price and did an outstanding job. Escalade looks like it just came off the showroom floor. read more

I had a good experience working with Dentmasters in Arlington and Richard in particular. He was very responsive to my needs and did great work. The only tough part was the allotted hours for scheduling (8am-4pm). I basically had to leave or take off work in order to get my repair done, which wasn't the most convenient for the price I was paying. That said, great work and a pleasure to work with if you need a minor dent repair. read more

Richard did a great job on my car. It looks like new. You can not tell there was any damage. I highly recommend. Would not hesitate to go back. I will tell my family and friends about the great service. Again Richard you are amazing! Very pleased! read more

Richard is AWESOME period..!! He repaired two dings on the hood of my Mercedes G63 while I waited. Back to perfection..!

Richard is professional, detail-oriented and provides excellent customer service.

Ouch, Twice Having discovered Dentmasters of Arlington earlier this year, it was only natural that when a bollard didn't get out of the way of the Tahoe's rear bumper, I'd call them again. Not only was the repair reasonably priced, it was a great job - better than original. Not used to quick turnaround for this type of repair, but, it took less than 90 minutes for Richard's expert work to be completed. I hope not to do business with them again (as that means another dent) but can assure everyone that if I am in need of a dent fix, I will return without hesitation. read more

Richard was great. From his honesty with the quote and whether he could do the job (due to the location of the dent) while also explaining what needed to be done to fix it. And fortunately he could fix it and did a wonderful job at a very reasonable rate. After he was done it looked was as if my door ding never happened. I'm extremely happy that I was referred to him and I recommend anyone who needs a dent fixed to first check out Dentmasters. read more

Fantastic service, reasonable rates and more importantly quote very accurately through the web site and the phone. Make sure you take a photo of your dent and send it in and they will give you a reasonable expectation. Great at making/keeping appointments and had me out of there within the time given to me. Strong recommendation. read more

These folks are professional. I had some difficult dents to my ford hybrid escape on the hood and on the side. Dentmasters Arlington was professional in every way. They responded to my inquiry through email within hours, and they were available at the soonest opportunity. I was able to get an appointment the next day. With only a few hours of hard work, all of the dents were removed without any intrusive work. The car was restored as new without any body work done. Thank you very much! read more

Outstanding workmanshio. Cannot tell thst nasty dolr ding was ever there!!! Really fast and prompt service and you can wait in comfort right at the biggest MB desler in the area while the work is completed. read more

Excellent service and experience from start to finish. Dent masters fixed bumper damage on my mother's Lexus. The result was better than expected. Fair price, amazing customer service, great work. Rare combination. read more

Just came back from Dentmasters for the second time so this review is well overdue! 1 year ago: Richard worked his magic on my 2 week old 2016 Challenger. It still had the temporary tags on it! And someone in my work parking lot tagged it with their car door. Richard fixed the dent flawlessly. I was almost able to forget about that trauma- that is, until I came out to my car and find the SAME dent on the opposite side a few months ago. I moved to DC and was finally able to get my car to him yesterday. Today, my car, once again, looks like the day I drove it off the lot 1 year ago. I am SO thankful for Richard- he is professional, easy to work with and a master at his craft! read more

Amazing customer service. My truck looked brand new after the dent removal. Couldn't be more pleased.

i had a new (to me - 3 years old in mint condition) Mini Cooper and a week after I got it a rock or something flew up off the beltway and put a wicked dent/scratch in my hood (and glanced off my windshield as well). I called a few places but Richard at DentMasters Arlington sounded like he knew what he was doing, the price was right, and he came out to my house. He performed magic - he made the dent invisible. Plus he was prompt and personable. I can highly recommend. read more

I had a fist-sized dent with cracked paint in my hood that Rich almost completely fixed in about an hour. I honestly don't know what a normal body shop would have charged for that fix, but his price seemed reasonable. He was upfront about what he would fix and what he wouldn't, and even suggested I go to a full body shop if I wanted to fix the paint, which I didn't. The hood depression wasn't completely fixed 100%, but it was close. And after reading on several sites, I get the impression that the hood is rather difficult to get perfect once its bent. You really have to look to see the imperfection now though, whereas it was easily noticeable before. He applied clear coat over the paint crack to prevent rust. He operates in the Mercedes dealership service center, so I had the nice customer lounge to wait and work in while he worked. He quoted about 90 minutes, but it ended up being closer to an hour. read more

Another review for phenomenal customer service. Richard was calm cool and collected despite my own problems with scheduling. My particular issue was so trivial he fixed it on the spot and for no charge. He even offered an opinion on an entirely unrelated issue to my dent! I found it odd I was to meet at the shop of another company but it appears this is common in the automotive industry. 100% would dent again read more

The dent on my car was complex and non one wanted to do it. Richard did the work as he advertised perfectly. There are still a couple of scratches left where the metal bent due to impact, but he told me ahead it was going to be like this. The other option was to pay $1,000+ more to get these out which did not make sense to me. I highly recommend him. read more

Simple and painless! That's exactly how Richard made getting the door ding out of my brand new Lexus NX. My car got a minor but noticeable door ding just days after I drove it off the lot, but Richard took care of it. He was able to squeeze me in for a same-day appointment, the estimate was very reasonable (just $150), and he was done in about an hour. A plus is getting to hang out in Mercedes lounge that offers chilly AC and speedy WiFi. I hope I don't get any more dings, but if I do, I know who to call. read more

Simply....WOW! So, I come out of a store to my car one day and there is this huge 2 inch dent/crease in my rear passenger door. Someone really hit it HARD! After I cooled down, I decided I could not live with this dent in my door so I went to Yelp and found Dentmasters of Arlington. Richard was totally awesome and easy to talk to. Very professional. I never had any trouble reaching him. I arrived for my appointment and he quickly gave me an estimate which I found to be quite reasonable. He took the car right then and there to fix! He gave me a timeframe of an hour and a half but had the car back to me in just about one hour! The quality in his work is superior!!! I cannot even tell anything happened. The repair looks absolutely perfect! I would recommend Richard and Dentmasters in a heartbeat to anyone needing PDR! read more

5/5 would recommend to anyone in need of dent repair in the Arlington area. Richard was flexible with my schedule and very professional. He got the dent out of my front bumper in under an hour and it's looks almost good as new, exactly as he said it would be. Hopefully I'll never need their services again, but if I do I won't hesitate to take my business to Dentmasters. read more

I took my new car in because it had several major dents that were caused by a random shovel on the highway. I took my car to Dentmasters after taking it to several other places that said that they would not be able to fix the dents without painting the entire passenger door. Dentmasters did an amazing job!! all the dents were gone within a few hours! my car looks brand new again!!! thank you Dentmasters! read more

Richard was very friendly and informative about the dent repair. He gave a reasonable price and time to fix it. I came in just for a quote looking to get my door ding taken cared of another day but he was able to squeeze me in the same day. If I need another fix I'll be coming back. read more

Brought in my 2015 Accord coupe to get a dent repaired and received service beyond my expectation. Richard did an amazing job, I will be referring all my friends and family to Dentmasters. read more

Richard was awesome! One hour $200 and it is like it never happened. I was going to live with my car's boo boo, when someone referred me to him. Truly impressive! Go see him! read more

Could not be more satisfied with the work done by Dentmasters Arlington. Richard exceeded my expectations. Not only can you not see any signs of a dent, you cannot feel that there was ever a dent. I thought they were going to use big machines to suck the dent out. However, this is a craft - using tools and techniques to remove the dent. Its called PDR or Paintless Dent Removal and there is a certification for it. With that said, this craft takes a lot of skill. You will want to go to someone with experience. This was well worth the money. If you are considering fixing a dent, chances are you are a perfectionist and you want the job done right. read more

Guess I'm not alone on having high regards for Richard and Dentmasters. Richard took the dents out of my S2000 and it looks awesome!!! Also, after my inspection I found a small dent, called Richard and he asked me to bring my car in then pulled out the small dent in a few minutes at no charge....awesome!! I will bring all my cars here when there are any dents. read more

Absolutely as good as it gets in paintless dent repair. Richard's taken care of several of our cars over the last five years. I've always come away pleased with his work, prices and professionalism. He's truly talented and a master of his craft. I just purchased another car which had a bent driver's door edge and three dings on the passenger door. Of course, I reached out to Richard once again. Just excellent work on both doors. I cannot tell that the bend and dings were ever there. In fact, the doors are both perfect, so now I love the car even more. I am completely satisfied and could not give Richard a higher recommendation! He really is the best! read more

My neighbor's Cherokee left seven small but sharp dents on my left side door. I found Dentsmater on Yelp with 5 star review. I gave a try and the result is great. Rick proposed and went through with me the ways to fix these debts. He is patient to answer all my questions. He also voluntarily suggest to buff a tiny scratch on my car for free. The total price is reasonable. More importantly, the perfect job was done in less than three hrs. Overall impression is very good and highly recommend to the readers of my post. read more

One word - amazing! Richard is extremely well versed at removing even the most challenging dents. His skillset to tackle jobs and his professionalism is what sets him apart from the rest. The vehicle looked like it had just come back from a body shop at a fraction of the cost. I would definitely recommend Dentmasters with Richard in a heartbeat. read more

Could not recommend Dentmasters more! I had a quote from A paint and body shop wanting to charge me double the Dentmasters quote. The body shop claimed that my whole roof needed to be repainted after dent removal. Richard removed the dents, and buffed my roof (no extra painting!) and it looks good as new for half the price! read more

The five star ratings really hold true. Richard did an awesome job on the golf ball sized dent with crease that I stupidly caused on my Jeep by leaving the front door unstrapped. It looks like it never even happened. The actual cost was on the lower spectrum of his initial quote. Combined with the available vouchers it wasn't as expensive as I first feared. read more

Richard repaired a small door ding on my new Tacoma. The work was done on time and at the estimated price. Highly recommend Dentmasters and Richard! read more

I had an excellent experience working with Richard on three small dents on the front fender of my 911. The process was quick and easy. I arranged an appointment with Richard a couple of days ahead of time. When I showed up, he quickly looked over the dents, quoted me a fair price, and got to work. Within 90 minutes, Richard had completely removed the dents. This was my first direct experience with PDR. I'll definitely be back! read more
