Richard did an amazing job! I cannot even tell where the dent had been! And he buffed the scratches out too. Was done in an hour like promised. Convenient location in Ballston. read more

Fantastic work, great price, and amazing service. I had four small dents on one of the passenger side doors of my Mini Cooper Clubman that had been bugging me for months. Contacted Dentmasters for a quote on a Thursday and was in the next day to get the door fixed. Richard was great and did an amazing job in less than an hour. Wish I would have called sooner. Hopefully I can avoid future dents but if they happen I'll have the piece of mind knowing Dentmasters will get it fixed the right way. Thanks Richard and Dentmasters! read more

Fixed a dent in my passenger door. Professional service and very quick! Same day! Reasonable price. Thanks!

I am blown away ! Richard is amazing ! My 2018 Subaru Forester sustained a deer bouncing off the back door. Needless to say I was besides myself as I have owned the car for a month buying it brand new. I looked up PDR and found Dentmastets Arlington which was 2 miles away from my office. I dropped my vehicle off and I picked it up later in the day only to find the dent completely gone like it never happened. I can't express how happy I am with the terrific Job Richard performed on my car. Richard is truely a master of his craft and I will never go to anyone else. read more

Richard was great - service as good as it gets! I took my daughters car in for an estimate because I am visiting and so difficult for her to take time off. He met me outside and took a look at the problem - told me he could fix it there and then - and at a very reasonable price! He did great work - we will definately go back to him if we need this type of work done. Thanks Richard! read more

Richard is your man! Went to see him about a dent in my car. He gave me some really great advice, a great quote, was very flexible and good at following up. I can not recommend this place enough! 5 stars! read more

Made an appointment for an estimate for my door ding. Went for the estimate and then done in under 1.5 hours. Richard was friendly and professional. Cost estimate was good. Repair time ETA was spot on. Results were excellent. Not much to say. Would definitely come back if I ever run into another dent problem. read more

Richard was friendly, efficient, and did an excellent job removing the door dings from my BMW. I would absolutely bring my car to him again in the future, which is likely, because people in the parking lot where I work are complete animals. read more

I am a repeat customer and, as always, Richard does a great job, professional and quick. You can't even tell there was a dent. As others have said, fantastic work. I highly recommend going to Richard. read more

I returned this week for Richard at DentMasters to work his magic on new set of dings and dents. I don't mind a dirty exterior but the dings and dents drive me insane! In less than an hour, Richard made his way around my car with his bag of mystery tools and good karma. The results are amazing, the body panels are now as smooth as the day I bought the car. Thanks, Richard! read more

Very fast, friendly service. The quality of the work is excellent and much less expensive than a full service autobody or detailer. For dents and buffing, this is the place you want to go. read more

I highly recommend Richard at Dentmasters of Arlington. He is very meticulous and does amazing work! He removed multiple dents from my 2017 TRD pro 4Runner and did an incredible job. Thank you! read more

Totally thrilled with the work Richard did after a contractor's debris fell on the hood of my car at my building. He did such a good job you'd never know anything happened. Took me right on time and finished in even less time than he estimated. Fair price and great service. Would come back to him again anytime! read more

Richard repaired a door ding in my brand new car. It was done very quickly at a reasonable price. It looks brand new again. This is my second time with Richards work and he is an expert. Highly Recommend. read more

Richard was perfect from start to finish - estimate, email follow-up, scheduling, execution, and delivery. Couldn't ask for more. I'll be returning every couple of years, just to keep our nice car in top shape. Strongly recommended. read more

Richard is truly a master of his craft. He repaired a small dent on the hood of my almost brand new BMW 435i. The dent was located along a ridge, yet Richard was able to smooth it out perfectly. I can't tell where the dent was from any angle, which is exactly the outcome you want when dealing with paintless dent repair. I'll feel a bit better when I get my next dent or ding knowing that he is just a phone call away. read more

Richard is the da Vinci of small dent repair. He took my Miata that dings all over from 14 years parked on the street and had most of the panels looking as good as new in just one day. The cost was far below conventional body shop work. He was very prompt in scheduling and completing the work. read more

I'm very picky about who touches or performs maintaintance on my car. After noticing that I had a few door dings on my new bmw I decided to research the best and most economical approach to fixing it. I came across dentmasters. Richard was very helpful and did a superb job on my car with having to paint or remove panels or other car parts. Prices were very reasonable esp considering what body shops were asking for. Also the shop is actually in the Mercedes Benz dealership so I was able to comfortably relax and work on my laptop while he was working on my car. Highly recommend this place. read more

Called at 7:00 left a message. They called me as soon as they opened. Made an appointment for the same day. I was in and out and he was really great. Thanks! read more

Richard is amazing! He squeezed me in order to repair a ding to my new vehicle. Took an hour to repair the damage at a great price. He's professional, very knowledge, and does quality work! read more

AMAZING WORK! My car was damaged by hail so it had over a hundred little dents all over it, Richard's work is the best I've ever seen. You literally can't tell it was ever damaged by hail. I'm a Foreman in the auto industry so I see good and bad work all the time, Richards work is far above and beyond what's normally seen in this industry. I can't recommend him enough. read more

I bought a used car that came equipped with 4 pretty serious dents in the rear driver side door. Richard with Dent Masters (whom I discovered thru yelp) was able to get 95% of them out, despite 3 of them being located on a body panel that had a hard-to-access reinforced steel backing. The 4th one he wasn't able to completely remove (although he did get 95% of it out), but it's a shadow of its former self and only I would ever notice it. The other three you would never even know were there. I stopped looking for signs he had worked on it because I couldn't find any He also buffed off some black marks he saw on the door free of charge, which was a nice touch. As an added bonus, you get to wait in the Mercedes-Benz service center customer lounge, which is nice. they have danish, fruit, water and coffee. It was all-in-all a good experience and I would recommend Dent Masters to anyone! read more

Very happy with the results, the price, and the end-to-end process working with Richard. From the beginning, I sent him a picture of the dent for an estimate. He responded very quickly. I made a decision to schedule an appointment. On the day of the appointment, Richard got me in, held to his estimate, did a great job fixing the dent, and got me out within his estimated time. Richard is a nice guy, has a great work location, has a seamless appointment and payment process. I give him 5-stars. read more

Richard removed 2 dents in my car. Absolutely no sign that they were ever there. I can't say how happy I am. It cost me less to fix both dents than the quotes I got to fix just one of them (2 quotes from top rated body shops on Washington Checkbook). Richard saved me over $300. Also, the body shops wanted to keep my car for a few days... Richard had me in and out in an hour. read more

I am a PDR convert now - and that's all due to Richard and his skills. He got right back to me from an online inquiry, worked me into his schedule quickly, and I couldn't believe how quick he was. The work itself is PERFECT - looks great. But more than that, Richard is a true professional. He was upfront about how the process would work, why it might not (it DID!), and how much it would cost. He has a good set up with a customer lounge area, and before I knew it, my Honda Fit was back in prime shape and Richard was done. Really nice, really skilled technician. Any other dings, I'll be back at once! Thank you! read more

I am extremely pleased with the dent repair completed by Richard. My dent was in a difficult spot and although Richard indicated he would take a look and see if it could be completed, he worked wonders. I cannot even tell where the dent was previously. He was very professional and reasonably priced. If I needed any additional work done, he would definitely be the only one I would go to. I cannot express how pleased I am with the outcome. read more

Richard fixed the dent in the bumper on my 2015 RAV4. I was able to make an appointment and wait for it, it was completed on time, within 1.5 hours. This was a great alternative to having the whole bumper replaced at a body shop. He did a fabulous job, I highly recommend him! read more

Richard is a lifesaver. A tire fell off the rack in my garage and left an 8" dent on the rear fender of my 2008 911 4S as well as three smaller dents when it bounced around. I got estimates from several body shops, including one that specializes in German cars before I found Dentmasters. All the body shops wanted to do a conventional bump and paint which I wanted to avoid at all costs. Richard took a look and thought the repair was at the limit of a dent repair capability but agreed to give it a shot at no obligation. The result was amazing and at about the same cost as the other body shops. What a relief! read more

Working with Richard was a pleasure. I had three dents in the trunk lid of my Jetta. The dents were near the corner and I was doubtful there would be much he could do about it. Boy, was I wrong. He did a wonderful job removing the dents. He is a patient professional and performs quick and complete work. He had my car ready in about 90 minutes. Being able to drop the car at the Mercedes Benz repair facility in Arlington for the work gave me an extra measure of confidence. . . I figured the Benz folks wouldn't have him around if he didn't provide exquisite service. . . looks like I was right. read more

Richard did a wonderful job. Setting up the appointment and getting an estimate was easy. I took several pictures of the dent with my iPhone and then emailed them to Dentmasters. Within 24 hours, I had an estimate and an appointment. The service only took 3 hours. I dropped my car off with Richard in Arlington and walked/metro'd to the mall. When he was done, he called me, and I came back to pick it up. Besides fixing the dent, he buffed out some discoloration on the hood for free. I am extremely happy with the quality of his work. read more

Richard repaired four dents on my BMW this morning. Everything about the experience was outstanding: he was punctual, polite, knowledgable, and detail-oriented. The price was right and the repairs were perfect. What more could you ask? I wish everything in the USA worked this well!!! read more

Richard always comes through for me...had a really tough dent along a tough spot on the car. He was honest and said he may not be able to fix it....later that afternoon, he pulled up my car and showed me his work...flawless as ever. read more

Just WOW!!! Richard did an amazing job on repairing my door ding. I was so upset when I noticed a door ding on my new BMW. I foolishly thought I could use the dealer touch up paint kit to "fix" the ding. I actually made it look worse and was upset every time I looked at the ding. Did some online research and found Richard. He's professional, responsive and extremely skilled. His prices are reasonable and appointments are easy. I wasn't sure what to expect when I picked up my car. My car is restored to the factory finish! I didn't think it was possible. Do not hesitate to contact Richard today! Thank you Richard! read more

Went to Dentmasters Arlington after reading the reviews and I was not disappointed. I had two dents in my Chevy truck which would have cost much more had I gone to a body repair shop. The results were amazing, dents are gone and Richard even buffed out the scraped paint on one of the dings. Good as new. The shop is in a convenient location in the Mercedes Benz dealership and Richard kept everything on time. Outstanding work and experience. read more

Richard Routson is probably the best paintless dent technician on the east coast. He removed a 2 inch dent in the quarter panel of my new 2015 Chevrolet Camaro. The dent was caused by a falling tree branch, and what made it challenging is that the body line was involved. Richard was able to remove the passenger side tail light and completely remove the dent from the quarter panel and restore the body line. The car is perfect again, like the damage never happened. Outstanding communication and price as well. Located at the American Service Center in Arlington, the customer lounge is first rate as well. I'm 100 percent satisfied with this repair experience. read more

Had a 5" diameter dent along the edge of the left rear quarter panel. Had two choices, first was to have it fixed normally which would have required removing the dent, repainting the panel that runs from the rear quarter panel, along the roof to around the windshield. The second was PDR. Obviously I opted for the second. The problem was the dent was right along the seam between two body pieces. Richard said it would be difficult because of the seam, but he would do his best. Lo and behold, in a couple of hours, the car looked like new. nothing was visible along the seam to give any indication there was ever a dent. A great job, I would recommend him in a heartbeat. read more

Like others, had a few dings in a car that bugged me and that I wanted gone before trading it in for a new car. It's a ritual. I found the Dentmasters location at the Mercedes Benz in Arlington and met Richard there to check out the car. Their rates are more than what I'd paid in the past, but Richard gave me a fair price even though the dings were on more than one panel of the car. They were all accessible and small. Richard was very professional and pleasant to work with. Managed to take care of the dings without having to drill through anything. And it's also not too shabby waiting in the MB customer lounge. Very posh! read more

Richard conducts business they way it should be.I sent a picture of the dent on the hood of my car and he responded within 24hrs with a resonable quote. I set up an appointment which was on time and smooth. I wound up getting 3 other smaller dents fixed on the side panel during the same for a reasonable additional charge. He estimated 1.5hr and was done on time and the dents are gone. I also have to say Mercedes of Arlington is a great venue if you have to wait for a car repair!. Well done Richard! read more

Richard is a great guy. While parked, someone put a nasty dent in the side of my almost brand new car. It was a very complex hit the dent the metal around two re-inforcement pieces in two panels. Richard made it look as good as new without the evasiveness or cost of body work. His charge was less then my hit and run deductible. He also fixed it on my schedule and offered rides to/from metro. It was fixed wihin one work day. I highly recommend letting him take a look before taking it to a body shop. read more
