Not too long ago some careless hack decided that my 4-month old car should have a deep ding on the side. I could see the mark a mile away as I approached my car in the grocery store parking lot and was sooo disappointed. I found DentMasters in an online search and thought that I would give it a try. To be honest, my expectations were pretty low since the "puncture wound" in my car looked as if someone had tried to put a nail into the side of the car. The technician (Richard Routson) met me right on time at the Mercedes dealership in Arlington and provided an estimate within minutes. About 45 minutes later I drove out of the dealership - no dents, no marks, no sign whatsoever that someone had even touched the car. I looked and looked but couldn't find the slightest indication that the dent was ever there (I was also afraid of some residual marks from the work to remove the dent, but couldn't see a sign of that either.) The repair was completed quickly, efficiently and exceptionally well, not to mention a very reasonable price. No hesitations, if this happens again, I know where to turn. Amazing job, DentMasters, thank you! read more

I had a few dings in my new Mini Cooper S that were bugging me. Took it to a couple of paintless dent removal places. Their quotes seemed reasonable but both places said they could not get out one of the dings that was too close to an edge. I did a little more research via car forums and found out Richard was one of the most recommended PDR guys. I sent him a few photos and got a reasonable quote. Richard was able to fit me in the very next day. He is located in the Mercedes of Arlington service department. I waited in the MB of Arlington customer lounge (free coffee and donuts!) and the car was done in about 2 hours. The Mini Cooper has an enormous amount of bracing and stiffeners in the body which made the job more difficult than usual. Richard ended up using the "glue and pull" method and even got out the ding that was really close to an edge. It came out absolutely perfect and I couldn't be any happier. You can tell by talking with Richard that he really knows what he is doing as opposed to some of the fly-by-night places. Very highly recommended to even the most discerning car owner such as myself! read more

I definitely recommend Dent Masters!! I have a 2013 Hyundai Elantra, and 6 weeks after purchasing it, I came out of a super market to discover someone had slammed a cart in the passenger side door and left a huge, very noticeable indentation. I took it to several body shops to get an estimate on repairs and was quoted between $900 and $1500 - they would have to essentially replace the entire door panel because of the design of the door (it has a raised leading edge). Then I got online and found Dent Masters. They had good reviews so I scheduled an appointment for an estimate and then for the actual repair. Richard was so helpful! He was responsive, polite, professional, and for the considerably lower price I was quoted/paid made the door look brand new! He even pointed out and fixed another minor dent I hadn't even noticed. Now you can't even tell a dent was on the passenger side door, and it definitely didn't require replacing the entire door panel. Hopefully, my car won't need anymore dent repair work in its future, but if it does I am definitely taking it back to Dent Masters!!! read more

My Subaru WRX had a couple of dents on the driver door side in a somewhat straight line. Richard said the dents could or maybe because of a support brace from the inside structure that was bonded to the door. He said he was confident he could fix it.I was a bit worried that he won't be able to bypass the said brace if it was from that. Since he has a lot of good reviews I decided to go ahead and have it fixed. Took about an hour and a half, Called me and said my car is ready, I checked his work from every angle and it was flawless. Richard was very professional, courteous and efficient. He did an excellent job repairing those dents. Also I hate it when my car comes back with the Mirrors/seat/radio/ac adjusted. My car came back clean, nothing touched or adjusted, everything was the way I left it. I also paid cash and Richard said he would email me my receipt, before I got home he had already done that. This is the place to go to especially if you are a car enthusiast and baby your car! read more

Fantastic! That is what I have to say about Richard at Dentmasters. I walked outside one morning to find an ugly dent on the hood of my car. No idea what happened, but since my car is new, I was really upset. I took it to an auto-body shop and had to wait at least half an hour for a quote. The quote was unbelievably high and I was told I would have to leave my car for 3 days (3 days!) and I would have to call several days in advance to get it scheduled. They also told me it would probably be better to just live with the dent. That is when I called Richard. He was very positive and said he should be able to take care of the problem and I made an appointment for that Friday. When I met Richard, he looked at the dent and said it would cost exactly what he had quoted me on the phone. Within less than an hour and for a lot less money, I was driving away dent free. I don't know exactly how the process works but I would have to say that Richard is an artist. I could not be happier. read more

I was looking to get rid of a couple of dents on my left door and right rear panels and a friend recommended Dentmasters as an alternative to the body shop. What a great recommendation it was!!! The entire process couldn't have been easier, I made my appointment through email, brought my car into the Mercedes-Benz dealer in Ballston (which is right around the corner from my apartment), got a quick estimate and they removed both dents in under 2 hours. When I got my car back, I couldn't even tell where the dents had been. If I had brought my car into a body shop, it probably would have cost me over a grand. A big thanks to Richard R for taking care of me, dude was a consummate professional and we actually ended up talking football after I got my car back, turns out he's a die hard Hokie and Skins fan. I have been telling all of my friends about Dentmasters and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. read more

After reading all these rave reviews on yelp, I wondered if Richard could really be as good as everyone claimed. And, he is! I had a big, nasty dent on the trunk of my hatchback that was interfering with the latch mechanism and wasn't allowing me to even open the trunk. Richard did an amazing job fixing the dent in a few hours at his estimated price of $400. I dropped the car off on my way to work and a few hours later he called to tell me it was ready and he sentme a video of the fix. I was stunned at how good it looks, and he did the job in the time and at the price he quoted me. You can't tell anything was ever wrong with it. The guy is a miracle worker! If I have any other dents (hopefully not!) I will just take the car back to Richard. read more

Someone backed into my car and left a medium sized dent in my front bumper. After getting quotes from auto body repair shops, I emailed Richard along with some other places that offer the same quick dent repair service without extensive body work. Not only did he respond promptly, he was the only one to respond (and his quote was 50% less than the auto body shops' quote). When I dropped the car off, Richard expressed some doubt about being able to work on my plastic bumper and said that he would not be able to repair the broken emblem, which I didn't anticipate he could and did not ask him to repair. The repair took about 1.5 hours, as Richard estimated, and now my car looks brand new except for the emblem, which I knew he couldn't repair. read more

We dented a new 2013 Honda CRV bringing it home from the dealership. That's got to be a record. Anyway, one quote was $450. But my wife remembered reading something about PDR, found DentMasters online, and I took it over there. Richard was great and quoted us $350 for the job. It was done in two hours, and absolutely flawlessly. You literally could not tell there had ever been a dent. He made a video of the before-and-after as a momento. Gee, just what we always wanted. But at least my wife is happy again. Happy wife, happy life. Anyway, strongest possible recommendation for Richard. Superb service, great results AND lowest price? Can't beat that with a stick. He's my go to guy from now on for all dent repair. read more

Can't add much to what others have said. Richard's repair to my car was expert, timely, priced as expected (half or better of what the body shop would have charged) and worth every penny. Hope not to go back but definitely will if I need to. A great resource to know about. Should probably add that the damage repaired was a MAJOR ding down the whole side of my front passenger door when a Hurricane Matthew wind took a neighboring parked car door out of control. I ALMOST want to say Thanks to that anonymous parker, in that the damage lead me to such an excellent source of repair (via a trusted body shop!). I never expected that the scratches that resulted would be paintlessly fixable, too, but they are totally gone. WOW. read more

Skeptical at first especially since the dent was in an unusual place (right above the door handle on my truck). The technician, Richard explained the details of the fix, I left hoping that the resulting fix will be timely and professional. I was gone for only 40 minutes, only to return to see my truck outside the dealership in the receiving lane. I wondered "did he go to lunch?" To my surprise the truck was done! Not one blemish, wrinkle or wave! It's as almost if the dent never existed--I was floored! Excellent work and a fair price, what can't you love about that! I highly recommend this company, specifically, Richard, if you want your vehicle done right. Kudos DentMaster! read more

Richard repaired in one day over fifty dents in the hood and roof of a months old, black Chevy Colorado; dents from a tall oak that dropped acorns on the truck for about two days. Magic wouldn't have done any better. Seriously, you just can't see where the dents were and that's on a black vehicle that shows every imperfection in the clear coat. I was honestly worried about some of them since they weren't perfectly round dents; some having a more or less crease in the middle of the dent(s). It is also an aluminum body which Richard and others said are tougher to repair. Fast, professional, courteous. Truck and peace of mind are good as new. Highly, highly recommend. read more

I can't say enough good things about DentMasters and Richard Routson! When my Infiniti FX 35 was hit in a parking lot (driver side door and back door damaged), I was anxious to get it fixed right away. My car had a pretty serious dent running across the side, and the person who hit my car was uninsured. I was immediately comfortable working with DentMasters- Richard R. not only quoted me the best price, but he was able to get my car in right away at his Arlington location. My car was turned around same-day, and when I picked it up, it looked perfect! I would absolutely recommend DentMasters to anybody who is looking for repairs. read more

My experience with Dent Masters was absolutely fabulous. I had a pretty nasty dent in my car that the insurance company estimated would cost me around $900.00. When I went to the Mercedes dealership, they told me Dent Masters was the best. Boy were they right. Richard at Dent Masters of Arlington was wonderful. He had already left the dealership, but came back to the shop to give me a quick estimate. Before noon the next day, my car looked as good as the first day that I bought it. When Richard was done, I couldn't even tell where the dent was...he did an amazing job and was more than reasonable. Thank you Dent Masters! read more

Richard was terrific - the world would be a much better place if everyone in the automotive industry was a professional as he was. He thoroughly explained the process. Provided an estimate and completed the work on time. The dent was in a really difficult area on the truck (an upright support next to a widow) where the metal was thicker than other places and the dent harder to get too. It came out flawless, much better than I thought it ever could. I have no hesitation in recommending him because I believe if he can't do the job well he'll tell you. But if he can do it - he will and you'll be happy. read more

I "had" a dent from running over a ratchet strap attached to my roof rack. It "had" created a crease in my back left passenger door. I sent Richard a photo via text before the appointment. He said that it is a good candidate for PDR. We scheduled an appointment for 2 days later. The repair took 2 hours as estimated. I walked around the area and had an early lunch nearby while waiting. The repair looked perfect. I could not even tell where the damage had been. I highly recommend Richard, Dent Hero-- "saving the day one dent at a time". ps my car is a dark blue 2019 Grand Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. read more

Richard was most professional, proficient, and polite. The two dents on my Audi are now invisible. After reading some of the posts on Yelp, none seemed to have been as costly as my two little dents, $600. But truth to tell, Richard was upfront with me from the start and told me that $600 was the price and I agreed. The Mercedes waiting room would not get more than two stars from me. Mercedes should visit the Audi of Arlington waiting room to see what a more comfortable waiting area looks like. Also, is it necessary to have the TV locked on to FOX news all day? read more

Dentmasters of Arlington did a great job removing a seven inch dent from my 2002 Honda S2000. The dent was caused by a falling tree branch and spanned a body line on the rear quarter panel. The dent was removed in about two hours while I did some Christmas shopping at the nearby Ballston Commons mall. There is no sign of the dent and no discoloration or anything. It was about half of what the body shop quoted me to repair the quarterpanel. Not super cheap but definitely worth the price. Good workmanship, good customer service and delivered super fast. read more

Richard at Dentmasters Arlington was great! I had a bad dent right on a body line (very difficult spot) and Richard got it out in less than two hours! I have very good vision and am very picky and I can honestly say that Richard did a great job and I would go back again. The best part - Richard did it for less than half of what an auto body shop quoted me. The auto body shop also told me it would take 4-5 days to repair (sand, fill, paint, clear coat). Richard didn't have to do any of this. Car looks great! Would go back if needed in a heartbeat! read more
