Let me tell you why I love Billy, and the team at Dent Busters. In 2021, we helped my daughter buy a car after graduating from college, and she was so excited. She'd never had a nice car to drive, and she'd been patient until we could afford to help her. Two months later, it was pummeled by hail and it looked awful. It broke her heart, and it broke my heart to see her sad. We took her car to Billy at Dent Busters and they got on it immediately. They did an amazing job, removing the dents and making the car look fantastic, possibly better than when we bought it! They have some amazingly high-tech, and some surprisingly low-tech ways to remove the dents cause by hail, accidents, or other mishaps and they worked it over like surgeons looking for every ding or dent. Their service was quick and thorough, and they worked with my insurance company and me to make the process easy. They do quality work, at fair prices, and work efficiently. What more could I ask for? I found out this month. Even though it's been two years since the repair, my daughter connected with Billy to address a problem with the hood, a minor holdover issue from the dent repair. He was all over it, helped diagnose the problem, and got it addressed. He worked with me to get it repaired, something far above and beyond what I would have expected him to do so willingly and immediately. I realized that he's not only great at dent removal, he's a truly decent, honest, and kindhearted person. Billy's been in the PDR ("paintless dent removal") business for 27 years and at this point is running a smaller shop so he can give each vehicle personal attention. He's skilled, a class act, and an honest business owner. Clearly, because it's so rare these days to find stand-up people who go far above and beyond what's required, I was surprised and touched by his kindness and responsiveness to our issue. I had two dent dings in my 09 Jaguar-aluminum body, nothing harder than working with aluminum. Work was done incredibly reasonably on time and no issue whatsoever. I went to three highly recommended repair shops and not one could confidently tell me that the dent in my fender was fixable. Dent Busters was my last hope and one look at the dent they said it could be done in a couple of hours. I made the appointment, dropped off the car and when I went back it looked like the dent was never there. I should have taken before and after photos to show how great of a job they did on my car. The price was reasonable, $200 and it included removing the scuff marks too. I hardly ever give out 5 stars but this place lives up to its namesake, they'll bust the the dent out! read more

A few yrs ago I had my dents repaired for my vehicle caused from hail. I have to say they did a very good job with the dents. No the bad news. There was a dent on the trim of my window on my driver door. I paid to have the trim replaced, instead I believed they hammered the dent out since it was exactly the same location where the dent was. They claim they replaced it but the Dealer gave them a bad trim although it happened to be located on the same spot where the dent originally was. They ultimately replaced it which is good. The main reason for the bad review is that a few days later after I brought my car home from Dent Busters I noticed several paint chips on the same door frame. I believe they damaged my door while working on my vehicle. I'm not sure how since they wouldn't let me see how they fix my dents but possibly when they over opened my door to work on my car it either hit their shop's wall or my door was in close contact with their wall and it rubbed against their wall while they were working on my car. read more

Billy (pretty sure that was his name) saved my bank account. I hit a pole a few weeks ago that left a minor dent on the back right quarter panel. 3 other body shops quoted me around $1400 for the small dent because it was on the body line. They all wanted to take apart the whole side to repair the dent and repaint the entire side too, even after I told them I didn't need it perfect and just wanted to fix the dent and buff out the scratches so it was less noticeable. Billy popped out the dent and buffed out the scratches (as best he could) in 3 or 4 hours and only charged me $200!! I found Dent Busters by going to a competitor's website, King of the Ding. They had listed Dent Busters as a friend of the "King" so I called them up after already getting a low quote from King of the Ding. I spoke to Ernest, super friendly. The door ding was smaller than a nickel and Dent Busters/ Ernest quoted me $30. I visited Dent Busters later that day, reminded Ernest of our phone call and quote, and he went to work. While waiting for the repair, I sat in their office that I believe they share with a used car lot. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes flat. Ernest even washed my car (exterior)! I inspected the door and could not even remember where the ding was. I am super impressed with Dent Busters' speediness and pricing so I will defiantly go back to them (even though I hope I don't HAVE to). They took me in with little notice and fixed my vehicle almost like new. It also helped that it was paid for by dent-insurance I'd purchased at a Dealer when I bought the car. Billy saves the day. Imagine my horror when I left Petco only to find four dents in the door of my brand new Audi. It had not even had an oil change yet! I was quoted $1000 by an auto-body shop to remove the dents and repaint the door and fender with it's tri-coat pearl paint. Billy fixed it for $250, in one day, and I cannot even see where the dents were. There is the tiniest chip about the size of a pinhead left from the initial damage. If you're considering another place to get your dents removed from your car, stop. Seriously, you will not find a better price or get better results. I took my Prius after the strong winds carried my door into a large bolder next to where I parked. It made 2 very large dents/dings in my door. I honestly was really mad at myself for not doing something so trivial like holding my door until I was completely out. This was on my new car of no more than 3 weeks. In any case, I took my car, he took a look at it, and said if I had 20 minutes, he could get it done and for cheap. I immediately agreed. Came back 15 minutes later with my car parked outside and amazing results. I couldn't be happier. Only thing left for me to do is get some matching touch up paint from my dealer as the rock made a small chip in the paint. I wouldn't expect them, especially for that price, to have the paint on hand to finish it off. I had called a couple of other places listed on Yelp that had 5 star reviews, I called them for quotes and they made my decision easy because they were all charging at least 2 times what Dent Busters charged me. I had several small dents that dent busters made disappear. Including one dent in the body crease of a Dodge Challenger that I assumed would be impossible to remove, but gladly I can't even tell where it was now. They were even able to touch up a small scratch that really bothered me. It was too deep to fully repair, but it is enough that I can't see it walking up to the car anymore. I recently purchased a used Toyota Tacoma that came with a pretty large dent/crease in the rear quarter panel. I had knocked something over in my garage and put about a 10" crease in my car door. I thought I was going to be facing a traditional repair with paint and figured I'd be lucky to escape with a $500 bill. Taking a friend's advice, I took it in and let Billy take a look at it. He told me he thought he could take care of it for $60. I was thrilled, but a bit skeptical. I brought the car in at my appointment time, went across the street and ate breakfast, and came back and took a look at my car. I literally could not find any evidence of the crease...not a ripple, and not even a scuff in the paint.
