It was super busy when I visited around 9:45am on a Monday, so you know they're good. I was greeted immediately and placed my order quickly. The girl working the register was super helpful and friendly. I wanted to try the seasonal banana bread cold brew, but I can't have caffeinated drinks so I asked if it could be made decaf. She said she can do it as a decaf latte instead and I agreed. It is SO good! It's sweet, but not overwhelmingly so. You can taste banana and cinnamon, perfectly balanced. I was worried the banana flavor would be fake tasting but it's not, it tastes like real bananas. I also got the Sasquatch sushi because I had to know what it was and it was amazing. It's a pbj with banana, in sushi form! It's such a cool idea and tasted fantastic. My partner was also super entertained by it and he loved it too. I got the Sunbreak breakfast sandwich and it was delicious. Everything I had here today was fantastic! I love this little cafe and will absolutely be back. I already recommended them to two of my friends as well. Go here, you won't regret it!

We sat outside on the charming patio and enjoyed a beautiful day. The eggs were poached absolutely perfectly, and everything on the plate was excellent. But the bite of bread, running poached egg, and tomato/peppers sauce with a little of that lamb sausage added may genuinely be the best bite of brunch I've ever had. Not hyperbole. I engineered every remaining bite to recreate it. The sausage itself is worth ordering on its own. It was light but rich, beautifully seasoned, and an absurdly good addition to the Spanish eggs. We're not from the area, which is unfortunate, because Mimosas would immediately enter the regular brunch rotation. Truly phenomenal. Server Jasmine took care of us with great service, and owner Tamara made us feel so welcome.

Nevertheless, the mascarpone and the fresh fruit gives a delightful flavor, like does peanut butter and jelly. It's sad when you are looking to have "French toast," you are substituted with something that perhaps was not prepared right or basically skimped to shortcut the preparation. I will go back at another time and re-evaluate this place. It is such a nice place and the staff is very friendly.

Sept 2026 Parking:…read more we came on a Thursday evening and there was ample parking in the lot and the street. Menu: Selection was similar to fancier bar food. Expect to pay $20+/person. Fancy cocktails available too. Food: I ordered the steak sandwich and was okay. Very small amount of hangar steak. Fries were crispy. Wife ordered chicken Cesar salad. Nothing to write home about. Kid ordered the steak frites and this was the biggest disappointment of the night. VERY small serving....about 4 slices of perhaps rib eye? Under seasoned and very thin slices. Fries were crunchy though. My kid isn't a big eater and he was still hungry after eating this. Chicken nachos were delicious plentiful, but it came with huge cherry tomatoes on it. More tomatoes than cheese! And the cheese was grated cheese. Not a creamy bechamel cheese sauce. They barely put any cheese on this. Mostly tomatoes and sour cream. Pass on this. This was something you can get at Chilis! Service: Servers were nice. Only came around once to refill out drinks. The food came out really slow! We waited for over an hour and it wasn't that busy. Lot of empty seats! I was appreciative of the server letting us know service/tip already included on our bill. Don't think we'd come back here again.

All of the staff are amazing and I've never had a bad experience with customer service. Many staff are high school students. My son worked there and absolutely loved working for Addi. I have yet to have a dish that didn't taste good. Fresh and made to order. Very flavorful food. The pancake is huge as well as the cinnamon roll. 4 people could eat it and each would have a belly full. The vibe is cute inside and very cozy. I love to sit and look at the decor. First of all who gave them permission to make it this good? I'm from Los Angeles, I've had my fair share of legit Mexican food, and this burrito? Absolutely ridiculous (in the best way). Really great fresh food with some interesting combinations. We came here on a whim (no…read morereservations) while visiting my wife's niece at UofO at around noon on a Saturday. Busy but they had a table for us. Very nice decor, rotating menu. We had the buckwheat pancakes with caramelized bananas, dates, and pineapple syrup which was sweet but not overly so since the pancakes underneath were not touched by the syrup ended up being a really nice balance. Bacon was like a cross between pork belly and bacon (very thick) but really tasty. Breakfast Sando was good with in-house ground pork and a nice aioli. We also tried the savory macarons (Brie and truffle) which are delicious. Creamy and a tad sweet. Not too much truffle. Coffee was a bright tangy pour over-not my favorite type but some people really like that style. Oh, and we had a blood orange mimosa which was really good Overall an excellent experience! Our visit to Cascade Biscuit Kitchen was really disappointing…read more The restaurant is kinda fast casual I guess, because you order at the counter and then sit at your table for your food to come out. My mom ordered a waffle a la carte and it was honestly stunned to see that it was a pre-made waffle (I saw her put it in the oven when I was getting some water). Liege style they may be, but Eggo liege? I mean I clearly don't know they use Eggo waffles specifically, but I just cannot believe they charge over $5 for a frozen waffle they stick in the oven for a couple minutes. We ordered some beignets for the table, and beignets came with the meal; we assumed they'd come first. It was a lot of food, especially all at once, so the beignets didn't quite get the full attention they deserved. But they were just ok, and if you're looking for beignets I wouldn't come here just for that; Oh My Mini Donuts in Eugene makes them better. Probably the best part of the meal in my opinion was the breakfast casserole thing they have--their potatoes. It reminds me of a breakfast thing that my mom used to make and now I need to find a recipe for it so I can make it soon. The biscuits were not bad, though the butter was cold so it couldn't really spread very well and that made the biscuit a bit dry. And on an 80 degree day they couldn't put any ice in their water container (water is self-serve) so it was room temperature. I'm glad that we came because now I don't have to wonder about it anymore. And I mean, it's in Springfield just on the other side of Glenwood, and the Eugene/Springfield area isn't huge so it took all of 15 minutes to get her. But everything I had here--except for the potato casserole--is something I can get a better version of elsewhere, and closer.

The waffles are liege waffles, the yummy kind with the sugar crust! And it was all really delicious! The beignets were hot and flaky and came with this light lemony creamy stuff that was very good. We ended up taking home boxes--I feel like I've got enough food leftover for 1.5 meals! They have Coke Products & juice in a case, along with unlimited coffee and water. The staff was friendly, considerate, and gave some great recommendations.
