I live pretty close to this location so when I am with a group of people the group decision is often for Denny's which is fine although I think its pretty low on my preferences for quality of food. This review though is mostly due to the cleanliness and service here. It always smells like sewer when you walk in the door. Oh yum. On three different occasions it has taken over 2 hours from the time we walked in the door to the time the last person got their food. That's a little excessive in my opinion. I can honestly tell you that I would have not giving it a thought to go to Denny's, my first visit was a couple of months ago. The food is great, from breakfast meals to dinner meals. The customer service is awesome. The staff is very attentive to you especially during there busy hours. The best part about it is that the price is great as well. The worst service I have ever received. Employees don't seem to care at all. There were plenty of employees that could be seen around the restaurant, but most of them were just hanging out and sitting around on their phones. Took about 15 minutes to get our drinks, and another 40 to get our food. Group that came at the same time had already received their bill before we even got our food. Food was not great, you can tell it had been sitting out for a while. We could actually see it, along with many other plates of food sitting out under the heat lamps, waiting to be taken by the servers. Food quality flavor-wise didn't even live up to our usual Denny's experience. Not coming back to this location ever. Never again. I read the reviews beforehand but we went anyway because we were hungry and its right off the 60 freeway. So we went in with low expectations..after all, all we wanted was a hot meal, surely Dennys could do that right? Nope, that was too much to ask for it seems. Convenient location is the only pro here. I'm not a Dennys fan in the first place but this location makes all the others seem like 5 star restaurants. There was about 5 other tables already seated when we got there. There was no one at the front counter when we walked in so we had to wait about 5 minutes to be noticed and seated. The busboy who led us to our table took our drink orders and came back pretty quick with them. That was great but then there was a fly floating in one of our ice waters. We had to draw his attention to it and he brought us another one without issue but no one drank their water from then on. We waited another 20 minutes for our waitress to come take our orders and another 30 minutes to get the food. It was a stupid long wait time when there was not many other patrons there. By the time I got my burger the bread was soggy and my fries were cold, not my idea of a satisfying meal. My friend got a breakfast and his pancakes were burnt on one side and cold. My daughters biscuit and gravy was cold also. I don't know why so many things went wrong but I won't be going back to give them another chance. read more

The worst experience I have ever had at a Dennys. Food was so greasy it also took way to long when the place was empty. The waiter was so out of it, he didn't even really know the menu. We come here after church, and enjoy Denny's. This morning, I cant figure out if it's a software issue, or a cook issue, but we had a problem. We all (table of 5) ordered, and when they brought the food, they told me they were out of the item I ordered. When you bring the food to the table is not when you tell the customer you are out of the item they ordered. We told Marilu, our friendly server, and the cook never told her they were out of that item. Everyone else was pleased, I came home and cooked what I wanted myself. Great food and service most of the time. Sometimes it can be hectic because it could get busy during unusual hours. So it can get slow at times. Just make sure you know what you want and order quickly, it may take a while. But weekends when it really is busy. It's somewhat normal compared to other Dennys restaurants. It could be better. Poor excuse for a manager named JOE was a straight out asshole and overlooked all Hispanic customers that walked in. We have been going to this locations for a while now since we love the service that we have always received from everyone here, this place is a bit older than other locations but very clean. We are highly disappointed that the last few times we have gone at night we have had Luis as our server and I have to say the very first time we had him it just seemed as if he was kind of quiet no big deal however we started noticing he was just not too friendly. we honestly didn't care much we figured he may just be going through some tough things in life i dont know... well were we wrong! one time we saw him arguing with a costumer about a soup... mind you the customer was being very polite and just asked for his to go order to be corrected and Luis went ahead and made faces and argued with him and walked away saying i don't know what we couldn't hear, the customer did ask to speak to manager and she apologized. we went about our business whatever. so tonight we went in and we were so disappointed. After a long drive home my whole family was hungry but we didn't want to dine in we just wanted to take out and enjoy our food at home. We ordered 6 meals & 1 side of seasoned fries 2 of them which were kids breakfast. When we got home and opened our meal containers we noticed we were missing our side of fries & 1 of my kids meals pancakes were burnt. We called them back and said if we can bring out burnt pancakes to get them replaced with new ones and to get our missing seasoned fries & they wanted me to bring back my WHOLE order?! Really... only the pancakes needed to be replaced not everything else. My children were hungry and wanted to eat not have to wait because they wanted us to bring our WHOLE order back. Worst purchase from this location ever! Yes it's Christmas Day yes they may have been busy but if I dined there would they have served my child these burnt pancakes? The facility is nice and clean-looking, the staff seemed friendly enough. During a lunch meeting with my co-workers, my salad came. After two bites I found a long dark strand of hair wrapped around a piece of lettuce down at the bottom of the salad. I was disgusted and stopped eating. The waitress, Karina, came to the table. I showed her the hair, handed her the bowl, and told her I was done. She apolgized and said she would let the manager know. The manager came out, apologized, and stated "these are just things that happen sometimes." He said he would take care of the bill. My meal came and I managed to get through it without any further surprises. When my bill came, there was no discount of any kind. The manager had simply removed the salad from the charges. Every time I come here the staff is rude and very slow. I wait at least 20 minutes to be seated and the who know how long until we get a waiter to take a drink order. It never looks clean. They are always mopping with black dirty water that stinks. If you're not careful they will leave your food sitting waiting to be served to you and if you tell them it's been there to long they just don't care. This is probably the worst Denny's there is. I've been there about five times and there hasn't been a time where they didn't mess up my order. There has been multiple times where I have to send back pancakes because there either burnt, not cook thoroughly, and when asking for easy chocolate chips they mistaken it for white chocolate chips or they only have chocolate chips in the middle to the point where it's just chocolate and no pancake. Also customer service is horrible, the second we come in they try to avoid until they have to attend to you. Annette(waitress) has served us a couple of times and each time she has she either rolls her eyes or glares at us from a distance. I officially stopped coming here because of her messing up my pancakes twice in a row and just when they were going to make a new batch the right way, I decided to leave because they already took up 20 minutes of my time.
