I'm not ashamed to admit this: despite our love for great and new foods, my friends and I are Denny's regulars. I can't count how many times we debated where to go on Saturday night just to hang out & have a long talk at Denny's at the end. We would somehow end up at Denny's at least once in road trips even though we knew Yelp could show us better eateries in the area. Idk when our love for Denny's started, but it happened. O_o We also happened to be a big group, so we understand if it takes a bit longer to set up a long, The-Last-Supper-style table for us, but this particular location made us wait almost 30 mins, when they actually set the table up in under 5 mins. Not sure what the server is doing for the other 25 mins, seeing there were only 3 booth tables filled with people when we came. And it's not like they're understaffed either. I ordered a build-your-own skillet and decided to FILL OUT the build-your-own CARD, because I figured its easier to just give the server a card with list of ingredients I want, rather than telling the server the ingredients one by one because she's already confused enough taking orders for 10 people. I just wanted 5 things in my skillet: chicken fried steak, peppers and onions, hashbrown, chipotle sauce, and mushrooms. Yet they still got my order WRONG. Forget chipotle sauce.. I got the usual gravy instead. Those mushrooms? None. And instead of hashbrowns, I got seasoned fries smothered with even more gravy. In different occasion, I love their seasoned fries. But really, who eats them in their skillet?? And with gravy.. really?? I was too hungry to even send back the food, and since the kitchen service was pretty slow too I'd probably get my food long after my other friends finished eating. So I just ate the wrong order. We've been to other Denny's and while their food is not the greatest, the service has always been good. This one seems to have bad management. Avoid this place if you can. read more

I didn't have to ask for anything she was fast on refills and the food was great she was sweet and patient. I took my daughter here for breakfast this morning & the food was awful. Ordered Dulce de Leche pancakes with eggs, hash browns & bacon & I got a half inch piece of bacon, very under cooked eggs, burned hash browns & toast, no ice cream scoop on my pancakes & the cream or caramel didn't pour out because it was hard & curdled looking & didn't smell right. We took my mom there for brunch. They told us that it would be a fifteen minutes wait. That fifteen minutes turned into 40. After an additional 15 minutes after we were seated they took out order. We waited. And waited. And waited. After waiting 30 minutes for our order we were about to walk out when hallelujah they brought our food. Since we're seated by the kitchen we had an idea of what food was coming out. My son's played had actually been sitting there quite a while at least 10 minutes before they brought it out. I ordered the jalapeno bacon and paid $3.59 for it. I've attached a picture of it. Needless to say this was a very bad experience and we will not return. The place was dirty. The menus were sticky and the same trash was on the ground the whole time we were there. This place reminds me of a brothel. It's dirty, it smells, and the workers smell like drugs and alcohol. Since when has it been okay to hire people that don't present themselves properly and show up to work smelling like drugs and alcohol. Disgusted wouldn't even describe my experience here. I've been to this Denny's many times because it's close to my home and it's pretty okay. On weekend mornings it's so busy just like any other restaurant that sells breakfast. Most of the time the service is good and the food is good as well. It all depends on what day you go to be honest. The owner/manager definitely needs to hire more staff. My wife and I went to your restaurant this morning. My wife's breakfast was not what She ordered, a simple American cheese omelette, She got a omelette stuffed with onions, bell pepper and bacon. I got my order correct with a little extra, two long black hairs in the hash browns. They made me a new breakfast but didn't get that order right and had to make it all over again. We actually never ate breakfast together, we spent most of our time waiting for each to get our new breakfast. I went here last night with my boyfriend and his sister. This is the Denny's I always go to and always had an ok experience since I don't really order much breakfast food because I usually go later in the day. So last night I order the build your own sampler and a CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER milkshake, NOT chocolate peanut butter banana. They are two separate ones. The chocolate peanut butter is the milkshake I get literally every time I go and I've never had a problem until last night. I asked the server if my milkshake had banana in it and she said yes, I told her I asked for the chocolate peanut butter and she says "yes chocolate peanut butter banana" I told her no, there's the chocolate peanut butter and the chocolate peanut butter banana, they're two different ones but she insisted I was the one mistaken. She offered to remake it but when it came out it still wasn't good so I didn't even bother to drink a 1/4 of it. So now going on to my sampler, which is what I always get as well. I got the boneless wings with the mozzarella sticks, tenders and tater tots. The wings were SO cold and I can tell they had been sitting around for a while because I can see the sauce that had already dried and the new sauce they put on to serve them to me. Everything else was luke warm at best. Never really had a problem with this place since what I order is extremely simple. If you're looking for a Denny's that'll actually serve you decent warm food, and won't try to tell you you're in the wrong, when the menu literally says it and it's something you've personally been getting for years, this isn't it. read more

Today my morning started pretty rough as I ordered breakfast around 10:30am on the app however I paid and it said it would be ready around 11:16am perfect. I waited, received a confirmation that it was ready for pickup, when I get there a guy helps me and tells me there is nothing there under that name I was pretty upset because I ordered since 10:30 and I should him the confirmation so I just starred like ok well here's the confirmation. He then approached to get his manager a pretty girl with red hair (I didn't see her name ) but she was super awesome she told me she would put in my order and make sure it was done fast and that's exactly what she did! She was back there making sure everything came out perfect and that we had everything in our bag and it was pretty amazing! Worse experience ever. The waitress DELIA V made us feel so awkward. First off she didn't even I introduced herself, after I made my order of a side hash brown she asked if that was it and when I said yes she totally laughed. She kept looking at me weird even when my husband was ordering his food, then when she brought the food she would hand everything to me "weird", we asked for a straw and she said that they didn't handout straws anymore because it was a new law and they weren't allowed to do so, so I said okay no problem, but then we started to look around and notice everybody else had straws in their drinks . So we asked another waitress and she said she would bring it, but the one that came back with the straw was the waitress "DELIA V" that was helping us and she seemed annoyed that she had to bring a straw, that was the last time she came to our table. After that, she would just walked by and not even looked, we tried to get her attention so she could bring more coffee and she kept -completely- ignoring us. We decided to ask the cashier for our check and leave that place. Wasn't pleasant to be there. Oh and did I mention she kept on speaking Spanish to us, my husband don't even know Spanish. That woman needs to get fired and work on herself to be a "peoples person" before working at a place where communicating with costumers is top priority... it's bad for the business to have employees like her. The GM should take notes and start hiring more human people. I had to give a start only because otherwise my review wouldn't be publish but if I could give no starts I would have! I haven't been to Denny's in years and won't be going back after this visit. I want a full refund. I placed my order online. I asked for seasoned fries for both dishes. I got there and the lady says "We don't have seasoned fries. We GAVE you red skin potatoes instead." I was really irked given the many side options there were to choose from online. I then say, "well do you have the regular fries," the next closest option? She says, "no" we don't have that either. I'm further perplexed because it really seems like they just didn't want to cook much given the hour I arrived which was a little before midnight. The fact that she made that assumption about the side I wanted and didn't even call me when my number was on file to offer a different option was wrong. Bothered, I take the bag and leave. I then get home to find that she didn't even add the red skin potatoes to the order. For two sandwich meals to come up to over $30 and I didn't even get what I paid for or the side substitution, I want a full refund or I will get my bank involved. read more

The reviews here are spot on "awful"! I was welcomed by the sewer smell out in front. Then we had to wait 15 minutes when there was plenty of tables and not that many customers. Service is extremely slow the server was lost and didn't know up from down we arrived at 1210 and 45 minutes later we were able to be seated and waited again to place an order. Everything seems to run in slow motion here its like a time warp! No greeter at the front. The coffee tastes awful! Burnt and bitter. I have not visited this location in a long time so I stopped in to give it another shot and it has gotten worse. The cooks are slow, I noticed waiters waiting for the food to leave the kitchen they just stand there watching the cooks waiting for it to come out! What an incredible difference in service since the nightmare we experienced some time ago. But, thanks to a responsible hard working shift leader by the name of Daniel...things are much better now. This restaurant was lacking good leadership on the evening shift, when Daniel took the reins, it was a welcome change and a definite benefit for the customers and their business.
