I had given up on going to Denny's because they all pretty much suck . After years of not going to one , I was "dragged" into this one . The food is actually decent that it brought me back twice again. The service SUCKS! Food takes for ever and every waitress we've had is lacking the ability for decent service . My husband and I went last weekend and the service was awesome! A Hispanic man in maybe his mid-late 30's waited on us. I wish I could have gotten his name to give him credit. But he was so attentive and was on top of his game. He brought our condiments and filled out cups before we could even ask. I heard him speaking to other patrons and he was so sweet to the elderly people sitting behind us. This waiter/server should be working at a 5 star restaurant instead of our local Denny's but we sure are glad we got to witness such great customer service. foods always good... but today service was the best ever! our server samantha p. was super sweet and very knowledgeable about the menu. she was able to recommend diffrent combinations based on what i told her i was craving. i realize this sounds easy, however i come here often and i always get the same thing, today i wanted something diffrent... i've done this before and because the server isn't berry knowledgeable of the menu i just stick to what im used to..... but today im leaving berry happy! she's getting a good tip! if you come here ask for her! read more

I like that I have a local place to take my mom because this is her favorite place to eat. Service has always been great during our visits. Food is fair, but my only complaint is the glasses that they serve the drinks in. If you check the rim they are chip or very ruff. This is why I give them two stars. These glasses need to be changed one of these days someone will get a cut on their lip. read more

The food I eat most in Denny's is ultimate skillet. But I don't see that in the menu so I ordered supreme skillet. I do a lot of customization while ordering skillets. I don't eat pork so I substitute it with chicken, no cheese, extra mushroom, over hard egg etc. The waitress, I forgot her name was very calm with me while I was explaining her the way I wanted my food. She noted all my requests and brought me the food exactly the way I wanted. just the extra mushroom was missing :). Even the manager came to me to verify if the food was as per my order. This place isn't my go-to Denny's, but it's right in front of the movie theater I was at last night. I usually don't give this place a second thought, but my experience last night was SOOOO GREAT! Our waitress, Desiree, went above and beyond to make the experience amazing. Poor service. Super greasy. Denny's is always convenient, quick, with plenty of options whether you eat junk or healthy. Got the build your own grand slam with eggs over easy, egg whites, turkey bacon and a chicken sausage patty. The eggs were drenched in oil. The egg whites were super watery. The bacon was only really cooked on one side. I think the chicken sauage was the only thing that was cooked properly. Service was quite terrible. We sat for over 10 plus mins before someone came to get our drink order. She came by and said, "I guess i'll take your order to start you off". We were ready so we just went ahead and ordered all at once because who knew if we even had a waitress assigned to our table. I like this dennys only because I can use EBT! When I first came here, I ordered myself a salad.. I asked it to be tossed with my dressing.. but when I ate it, my salad leafs were warm (they are suppose to be refrigerated, as in cold!!!) And it was sooooo sour, the only thing I ate were my chicken, the walnuts, and cranberries. What a waste of $9! Secondly, my husband kept sipping his empty cup of soda and the waitress kept walking by ignoring his empty cup. I was raising my hand like a little kid at school and I was being ignored. They kept continuing with their conversations with coworkers instead of playing attention to use customers. In my husbands burger, we asked for no onions and no pickles. Was there Sunday 3/5/2016 around 1pm restaurant was empty and the service was so slow. They had alot of tables open but didnt attempt to sit us down i guess they forgot we where standing there waiting to be seated. Finally got seated it took a good 15mins for them to come take our drink order. The waitress was really nice. Got our order wrong thought. Great place to come late or night especially for breakfast because you can't go wrong with breakfasts anytime of the day and especially there 2468deal which is just right for the price and different varieties they have. Went in for breakfast on a Wednesday morning. Not too busy and as previous reviews have mentioned the manager stands behind the register and makes no attempt to sit or greet you. The waitress only served me coffee once! The sugar tray did not have regular sugar and flagging her down was an odyssey. I had to take the sugar from another table. I asked for well cooked bacon and was given what looked like a piece of cardboard. Did I mention she only served me coffee once! I do not recommend this place at all and don't think I'll ever come back. Yuk! Waste of money. read more

the host made me wait for 45 minutes to seat me even though the place was completely empty & she sat to take her lunch break even though she saw the place starting to get packed. The customers were not being seated and many people began to leave. On Monday, December 11, 2017, I had to have my morning meal. It was a toss up between fast food or a sit down restaurant. Although this is the closest Location to my house it's Always my Go-To for the best Service. I've had Eddie, Richard, and Yvette as my servers and they exceed all my expectations. While working in a restaurant you look for the same qualities of service you would normally give your guest. They anticipated my needs and were each very attentive. I was raised to treat people the way you want to be treated, to always be kind, courteous and to always provide the best customer service you can offer. My mom, brother and I refuse to go to a different location and that is because the exceptional customer service Veronica gives is a reason to travel a bit farther. So we highly recommend asking for Veronica to be your waitress I guarantee you won't regret it. Came in for breakfast Tuesday morning Yvette our server was great fast friendly food came out quick and tasted good. The four stars is really because of the host, not welcoming pointed to our table which was in the back so we kind of were confused of where she wanted us to sit . Brought menus after not rude but not nice if that makes sense kind of an uncaring/whatever attitude. Enjoyed the good food and great service from our server . When it was time to pay upfront she was literally staring for a long time with out saying anything or cashing us out . we told her we're ready and she finally said "I'm waiting for the system to refresh" which is cool, but she could have said that 4min ago as she just stared. Didn't apologize obviously it's not her fault but when you work in CS. It's common knowledge to let the guest know what's going on . So after all was done. I have to say this place has poor service. It took forever to get our food and when we did, the waiter dropped my toast. That is understandable. He was the only one on the floor hustling. Went back after 6 months to give this location a second chance. What a mistake! I ordered a quesadilla burger that came with corn chips. The burger was good but the chips were so badly burned they were uneatable. I tried several times to get my waiters attention because he was busy flirting with a female coworker. The manager gave me 50% discount but I will not be back. This Denny's is the worst I have ever been to. read more
