Came here to have some breakfast with my family restaurant was pretty empty. Had to wait 30 mins to be seated when there was plenty of seats open. Once we were seated we had to wait another 30 mins to have our drinks and food ordered. Once we received our food there was a hair on mine. Worse Denny's ever. Server was very rude, we had this server twice when we went to go eat and both times were bad service. Took a long time to get orders in and waiter didn't even come by to ask us if we needed refills. To top it off we got pancakes and when I asked for some sugar for my coffee and syrup our rude waiter told me "cant you wait I'm busy". The manager was even ruder when we ordered food to go and got mad because we said we didn't order hot tea we ordered ice tea and he had to go change it. This is the last time I'm eating there. I have been to this Denny's a few times and it's hit and miss on their service. But this last time tipped the scale to prove I will not come here in the future. Usually the host is friendly and again it's hit and miss on the servers. This past time I visited with family, our waitress (V.) wasn't friendly at all to us. However the table behind us, was a different story. She was so attentive to them and seemed be more friendly to them. My family and I are always very friendly to our servers and as much as I tried to give our server a chance she was still rude to us. She wouldn't check on us even though she checked on our neighbors constantly, she wouldn't stop to hear what we were asking for just said "ok" while walking away. I wanted to talk to the manager but my Dad didn't want me to so I bit my tongue. I get you have bad days but don't take it out on people who are trying to enjoy breakfast. I will never come here again. If your not happy working as a server there are plenty of other people who will gladly take your job and value it. This place was terrible our waitress named Jessica was acting really weird and honestly pretty creepy every time she served my food she would slowly put it down slowly and tell how she "specially prepared it just for us" then she would come back and ask in a very sketchy if everything tastes ok and was overall creepy, me and both of my friends were all really creeped out and lost our appetite. I am usually a fan of Denny's however this must be the sh*ttiest Denny's I had ever been to!! I saw the reviews on Yelp before I went, and regretfully decided to go anyways because my husband and I were going to watch Maleficent at the Krikorian theater down the road. We ordered our food to-go but arrived 15 minutes before the movie was to start. Deciding since it wasn't that busy ( a total of 6 people in the store eating) we would eat here we asked to sit. I could see my food sitting in the to-go bags as I walked through the dining room to sit down. After being ignored by the hostess for 5 minutes we got up and just asked for our food. The food was disgustingly greasy and cold, and they forgot my side completely. My strawberry lemonade tasted rotten my husbands steak was burnt and overcook when he asked for medium-rare. Sub-par food to say the least. Never going back, would never recommended it. read more

Did a phone order ,the guy was rude and very un helpful .. Clearly didn't know his menu and gave me attitude when I questioned his directions .. He gave me the wrong cross st where they were located. Getting there to pick up my food , several guys walked passed the register and didn't even acknowledge I was standing there , when the guy from the registered came up he didn't say anything to me, when I stated I had made a phone order the guy looked confused and left . Came back with my food and my order was incorrect, still I paid and asked for a ranch. Took him literally 10 min ( not exaggerating ) to get me a little packet of ranch, he was putting it in my bag when I noticed he hadn't even closed it , I took it out of his hands placed it on the counter dripping of ranch on the sides and closed the lid .
