We came here for breakfast a couple days ago. Life got in the way from writing my review then. So here I am. I like Dennys for when I want a fast, budget friendly sit down meal. However the other locations (from my understanding they are all independently owned) have left a bad impression on me. Like Dennys as a whole is going thru an identity crisis and no longer wishes to serve it's customers. This one is different. When we walked in the host (didn't note his name) was with other customers but still welcomed us. When he was finished we were asked if we would like to wait for a booth or a table was ready now. We took the table. Julie came by our table letting us know she would be right with us. She took our order, brought our drinks, and later our food in a timely manner. Our food was hot and yummy. Julie offered refills and checked on us perfectly. She seemed to have a big section all to herself and handled it well. Food is sometimes just food (it's dennys not a Michelin star dining experience.) But service is everything. We will be back. read more

The host at around 12 am Monday March 15th was extremely rude and was not following safety guidelines . He served a homeless man who paid for a coffee then proceeded to laugh at him and make fun of him with the cook while I waited next in line . I also ordered a meal off Yelp for takeout and when i got to the register he said he had given it away to a "postmates driver" . I then asked what I could do and he ignored me and said to contract "grub hub " . All in all he gave my meal away to the wrong person and then proceeded to blame me the customer . Food was good, but I'm a little curious why we wouldn't be introduced during a switching of server's? Other tables did ?Even though who we thought was our server just moved to another section. I'm not a person who looks at their watch to see how long it takes for food to get there . But I don't remember ever waiting so long for our food.But when you see your server and 2 nd server laughing and running around but ignoring the fact that if you just communicate about the delay in wait time for food. Communication is key . Then I try to put in my Togo order , TWICE. You cared about my fries getting cold , but could careless about the service. And I'm told I should wait. Why ?? So I can wait longer ? As a fellow food server it bothers me . We are all going through something or a season in our lives . I pulled my husband to go to dinner even though he wanted to go home and rest , because I wanted to be served, since I just got out of my shift serving , to sit down, enjoy my food. I visited this location twice recently and it has been the best Denny's location I've been to! The couple of times I've been here the staff has been nothing but courteous and attentive. My food actually comes out nice and warm compared to other locations that give you barely lukewarm food. Whatever the management and staff are doing, keep up the good work! Me and my family goes to Dennys every once and a while to take out food but today was just so out of line me and my daughter walked in to a lady customer screaming at the cashier who takes our order everytime we come in very polite each and every time..... The cashier was not in the wrong she was just trying to explain what the customer didn't order on the receipt but ofcourse people trying to get extra food made a scene most of all we never have problems at this the location with anyone there the best read more

Service in this Denny's is ALWAYS mediocre at best. They hate to honor coupons and always have an attitude about it. My husband had a free breakfast for his birthday coupon this January and the guy didn't want to give to him and the slam seemed more like a kids slam version. Came for dinner tonight because they have the kids eat free sign every day and we only got 1 kid free because the waiter said that's all they are allowed to give. Staying with a friend. Can't sleep. So I go to Denny's alone about 1:00 a.m. I order the $6 French toast breakfast, which includes 2 eggs, sausage or bacon and hash browns. The server, a nice, attentive young guy, asks, "What kind of eggs do you want?" I say, "Chicken." He laughs. We're off to a good start. Anyway, the breakfast was pretty good for 6 bucks, or any price. My only complaint is that the hash browns were undercooked. The staff was friendly, the place was very clean, the booths were comfortable, and one employee mopped the floor more thoroughly than my house has ever been mopped. Actually, I returned to that Denny's that night because I had been there the day before for dinner, and had an excellent experience. I ordered the avocado chicken Caesar salad. Very good. Plenty of tender chicken and large, attractive slices of avocado. A smattering of bacon. The dressing and croutons were really flavorful. My friend ordered a double cheese burger and seasoned fries. Both were very good, and the hamburger was cooked perfectly. Surprisingly good for Denny's. Our server was perky and nice, and appropriately attentive. I realize this place has gotten some poor reviews -- dirty silverware and all. There's nothing more disgusting than dirty silverware, so I understand the low ratings. My experience, however, was good--better than expected from Denny's. 4 stars from me! read more

Just walked out of this place! Absolutely disgusting. The server brought the coffee cups to table and they not only had lipstick stains but cups were still rimmed with old coffee from a previous use. They really need to dig deep and clean their dishes. Will never visit this establishment again and recommend if you visit that you take a second look before you take a sip out of that cup! :) read more

Who has only one server. My family and I came here one night and all agreed we would never come back to this Denny's again. The place was half full, but yet they only had one server. It took about an hour to get our food. Which is very confusing because, I would argue, most of it is microwaved anyway. I almost felt bad for the server because she was obviously overwhelmed. No help from the manager. Did not even know where he/she was. If you are going to come here, just make sure there are multiple people working at that time. read more

We ordered a stack of pancakes and a everyday value slam. They brought out the orders at a different time each. They first brought out the value slam. 15 minutes later they brought out the stack of pancakes and cold. We asked the pancakes with the butter in the side and they did not do that. We spoke to the assistant manager and literally after waiting for 30 minutes or so for the stack of pancakes, we finally got them. Huge disappointment. Bad service. This is a wonderful and clean establishment. All of the servers are amazing and management is great! The servers go the extra mile every time I have been here. One time I left my wallet at home so I told management I had to leave so I could comeback and pay for my meal. They said okay no harm no foul. This location is usually less crowded. We arrived around noon and did not wait very long to get seated. The waitress took our drink order immediately. I ended up receiving my food before my kids. I of course could not start eating until they got theirs and that took about 10 minutes. I ordered the ultimate skillet. It was very hot and burnt. The cheese was crusty and hard to enjoy. I will not be ordering any skillets again. My kids got the Jr grand slam and I truly think the serving size is just right for them. We also ordered hot wings which not every Dennys serves anymore, they only had bone in and the sauce was bland. Will not order those again. At first we have always been reluctant to come to this Denny's despite being so close to our home. Glad we did. Upon entering we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness despite not being as spacious as other places. Our server was Samantha and she was very attentive and served us with a great attitude. I rarely get service I would deem better than 3.5. Speed is definately not their forte. But, but, but, they have stepped up their food game recently. Burgers are great, skillets, salads, etc. Menu is really good now. They still have deals and eve have kids eat free nights...It makes up for the slow service...and the servers are all friendly. Never met a rude one though sometimes you can tell they don't want to be at work that day. Through the bad, I am a repeat customer and usually find myself here at least once a month. I come here with my mom and niece about once a week to get bkf. Not my first choice let me tell you. For starters, the cups for coffee are always dirty. Two, the food is always so bland I end up dumping syrup or ketchup on it. And third, it takes forever for anything to get done, even when there isn't a soul in the restaurant. In my experience today, I walked in to take some pancakes to go. I stood at the register for ten mins until the waitress came by. Not because she saw me, but because a party was ready to pay. I told her I needed To place an order and she said ok, let me ring up these guys and I'll place it. I told I had been waiting for ten mins already. She said ok do you need a menu. I said no I've have time to know what I want. Needless to say, I never liked Denny's too much before and this just puts salt in that wound. So this place can barely be called a restaurant. -Upon arrival and being seated, the server said she would be with us next, but took the orders of two other tables first. -Then we noticed how dirty the silverware was. -It took forever to get a refill because it was impossible to flag down our server. She always went from point A to point B, not being aware of her surroundings. There's only 6 other tables, and another server doing nothing but be on her phone. -Another person from another table wanted a to-go box, the chef behind the counter didn't want to get it, so he ringed a doorbell type button to summon the server. The food is actually decent that it brought me back twice again. The service SUCKS! Food takes for ever and every waitress we've had is lacking the ability for decent service . My husband and I went last weekend and the service was awesome! A Hispanic man in maybe his mid-late 30's waited on us. I wish I could have gotten his name to give him credit. But he was so attentive and was on top of his game. He brought our condiments and filled out cups before we could even ask. I heard him speaking to other patrons and he was so sweet to the elderly people sitting behind us. This waiter/server should be working at a 5 star restaurant instead of our local Denny's but we sure are glad we got to witness such great customer service.
