My group ordered 4 of Tito's hot sandwiches: milanesa de res, lomo de res, and two ribeye. All large/full sizes. My group also ordered one of each of their empanades (beef, chicken and cheese) and a side order of fries. I had the lomo de res and was able to sneak a bite of each of the sandwiches. Although the sandwiches looked fairly identical, all the meats were noticeably unique. The lomo de res (filet mignon) was very tender, but I have to admit that the ribeye was my favorite from the 3. Fries breaded and a great addition to the meal. Empanadas were also very tasty. The meat was ground meat and are the doughy (rather than flakey) kind. Expect a cheese pull moment with their cheese empanada! The only quip that I have with the empanada was that they left a pretty gnarly oil stain in the bags they were packed it. I felt pretty guilty at the sight. Water is available if you ask for cups, but they also have a variety of imported drinks. As the name mentions, they have a small grocery store as well that takes up a third of their shop. Tito's market had plenty of seating when we came in. It seemed packed, but people did their due diligence, cleaned up and left after having their meal. Parking was fine although the spaces are on the smaller side (if you have a SUV or bigger.) There seemed to be plenty of parking when I visited, but there was curbside parking as well.

We came in to order a pizza but the instructions on how to place our order were not clearly explained to us. As first-time customers, we were simply trying to understand the ordering process. When my friend pointed toward a pizza in front of him as an example of what he wanted, he was not reaching toward the pizza or hovering over the employee. Instead of politely explaining any rules or correcting the misunderstanding verbally, the employee proceeded to touch my friend's arm, place his hand on my friend's chest, and "boop" him on the nose while telling him not to put his hands near the pizza. This behavior was completely unexpected, unnecessary, and inappropriate. My friend was not touching the food, and there was no reason for the employee to make unwanted physical contact with him. The individual appeared to be approximately 5'11" to 6 feet tall, had a large build, and had a beard. I did not obtain his name, so I cannot confirm his exact position at the establishment, but he may have been the owner or a manager. We were both shocked and confused by the interaction. As customers visiting for the first time, we expected clear communication, basic courtesy, and respectful treatment. If there was a rule regarding pointing or reaching near the pizzas, the employee could have simply explained it to us without touching my friend's body or face. Although the individual later gave us a discount, that did not change the fact that the interaction had already made us deeply uncomfortable. A discount does not address the underlying issue of inappropriate physical contact and the disregard for personal boundaries. We left feeling confused and disappointed by an experience that should have been a simple and pleasant transaction. No customer should have to feel uncomfortable or have their personal boundaries crossed when ordering food.
