Info; web has a "I'm Here" button, unfortunately it don't function it sends me to order again. Told counter staff it was pick up she went into the register. I had theeeeeee best experience today. The customer service was ridiculously unbelievable. Alyssa took my order and she was so nice and answered my questions on one of the burgers and had 0% attitude And Sofia handed me my order and asked me what sauces I wanted and was so polite and didn't get annoyed when I forgot to ask for ketchup. I frequent this Wendy's when in the area and always use the drive thru. The staff is friendly but I don't like ordering from the person taking orders opposed to ordering thru the speaker. The person that's at the drive thru has a menu card but it doesn't have all the food items and I not totally familiar with the entire menu. I stopped in for lunch at this particular location and was pleasantly surprised at how clean and well maintained this place was. It is located out at the end of a Walmart parking lot, so there is plenty of ample free parking. Another pleasant surprise was that this location had two Coke Freestyle machines, which I particularly enjoy. By far and away, I find the Biggie Bag to be an especially attractive deal for an inexpensive lunch. For only $6, you get a double hamburger, chicken nuggets, french fries and a soft drink. Came here at night and had one of those experiences that makes you pause mid-bite and question your loyalty. For context, I work in food quality complaints, so I try really hard to be patient and fair. I know how tough these jobs can be, and I don't go looking for problems. That said... this visit was rough. Ordering was already a bit of a struggle (I asked for items not as a combo and it still turned into one), but the bigger issue was with the drink. When my soda was handed to me, it didn't look like what I ordered. I asked the employee if it was the correct drink. She turned to the screen, paused, and said yes. It wasn't. At that point, it's less about getting the wrong drink and more about the lack of awareness or care. On a freestyle machine where you have to select the exact beverage, it's concerning that there was uncertainty about what was being served, or that it was sent out anyway. I'm usually very understanding, but this felt like a breakdown in basic attention to detail. If the in-store experience matched the sharpness of Wendy's online presence, this would've been a very different review. The person standing outside that was taking orders , told me just to pull up and talk through the speaker as she began to walk away. So, I did and ordered the meal but I didm not want the drink that cone w/the meal. wanted a Frosty. I gave my credit card at the first window, I didn't check my receipt . The food here is fresh and the service is quick. We don't really go inside often, but compared to some of the other areas of this shopping center, it tends to be pretty clean. My favorite item is their breakfast potatoes, they're the right amount of peppery and crispy. I recently tried the Cinnabon bites and they were sooooo much better and fresher than the last actual Cinnabon I had at the mall, which was surprising and they were cheaper than the mall Cinnabon too! The food and service are okay but be ware. I ate here and felt like I might be eating something bad the entire time do to the conditions of the place. DISAPPOINTED. I kept seeing the commercials on television about their new fries and how their crispy and hot and that they were chosen 3 to 1 over McDonald's. Well, I had to give them a try. I will say they were sort of hot but more like they were dunked in the oil again hot. They were not crispy but were soggy. The worst thing was that they were really SALTY. I mean I might as well took a salt shaker and chugged it. I keep saying that fast food places should just not salt their fries and give salt packets. I was in the area for work and wanted something fast and fresh. I have always enjoyed Wendy's as they make their burgers fresh for each order. Sometimes the result is a little messy but it has always been hot and 95% of the time, juicy. Years ago, they had really good French fries and, so you know, when I can get perfectly cooked McDonald's fries, those are my favorite (which rarely happens anymore but that's another story...). They fries they have now are okay but I really like that you can substitute other items, like a baked potato, for your fries. The location has one of those 100 in 1 soda machines. I guess they work pretty well and the good part is you can get a different flavor drink for the beginning, middle and end of your meal. As others have said, there is a transient / homeless issue in the area, there were two that wondering in while I was eating. Because of this, the bathroom as locked. So if you are coming in from the road to eat and want to wash your hands, you need to go up to the counter and get them to buzz you in. Also, like a lot of places, they have air dryers in the restroom so bring napkins or paper towels from your car to dry your hands. But, as far as my meal went, it was cooked to order, fresh, juicy and tasty. For me, the single Dave's burger is too small, the double is too big but...I don't get a burger everyday so I gladly suffer finishing the double. The dining are looks like it has been updated recently and it clean but not pristine. Most likely a byproduct of the recent lack of applicants situation. Parking is free and the area closest to the door is in the area of the drive-thru so you might get trapped getting into or out of a parking spot. But, you can park in the same lot, just across the aisle makes it easier to park and leave. But...on that note...if I'm in the area again and craving a burger, I'll be back. Wish I could remember the manager on duty's name the other day... Flashback. So in California, the kid's meals no longer come with a junior frosty. Ugh... I hate this because when my kid didn't want hers or couldn't finish it she gave it to ME! Fast-forward to last week. The manager reminded me of this unfortunate occurrence with the law, but he looked down at our daughter and said, "But you know what? I'm going to get for you just this one time anyway." Gotta be honest, though, there are some CONS to this Wendy's: - drive-thru is so long at all hours of the day - they forget to wipe the tables/chairs when they're busy - transients often come in with their dirty old cups to sneak free ice/drinks - the women's restrooms never have paper towels to dry your hands with... First they remodel the restaurant it looks very nice the interior feel like in a fine restaurant but you are in a fast restaurant. I try out the Jalapeño Frisco chicken sandwich they it's very spicy I need to try because they their food is spicy but it not. The sandwich looks good it was very cheesy it feel look like a gourmet chicken sandwich. One bite wow it's very spicy then I notice it have fresh chopped Jalapeño to make more hurtful it have habanero cheese sauce. My mouth was burning and sweating I have met my match.
