Worst Denny's I've ever been to. I placed a to go order. Walked in, the manager told someone "front desk" and it still took someone a good 10 minutes to walk up and acknowledge I was there. Finally the manager brought my food. I had been craving a bacon burger with no pickles & seasoned fries....the burger HAD pickles and NO bacon! We came here to eat and everything started out fine. We ordered our food then when it came the told us they ran out of the Swiss cheese and instead of telling us when the order was put in they didn't have swiss they brought us the food with nasty american cheese on it and said try it. Then when he asked if I wanted something else I said no which should have been a clue someone wasn't happy dont you think you would have brought the manager over to apologize also or at least say for the inconvenience we will give you 10 percent off or something. Denny's is normally one of my favorite places to have Breakfast, but this is the worst one yet. My veggie omelet was burnt tasted like cooking oil. Home fried potatoes between burnt and hard. Pan cakes was okay between warm & cold. Very disappointed :_( read more

I literally made a yelp account just so I could write about this experience in dennys. Our servers name was jesse on tuesday dec 2nd at midnight and he was phenomenal. Me and my brother came in famished from a long drive and were greeted with superb service and excellent food. This guy and also the cook who accomidated our modified order to perfection sincerely deserve a raise. This is the only Denny's where I couldn't eat the food (Keep in mind it was like 10 am and I was starving). The pancakes where trash they tasted uncooked like they gave me pancake batter on a plate. We went to eat at this location for my husband birthday. Yes I know bad choice. So we waited about 5 min to be seated. I asked for a booth so we were sat by the restrooms. That section had a couple of tables. After we waited for about 10 min no one came to our table. So we decided to get up and leave. It was busy but not crazy busy. That they can not acknowledge the guess. This is not an employee problem this is a management problem. Manager was cooking mean while the dining room is being ran by a ghost cause those employee had no direction or coaching. Denny's is the best. The food is always good, service is great. The only time you have to wait is Sunday morning and after church. If you aren't a patient person, stay home or go thru a drive thru fast food. It is family oriented and you can relax and you can always find something you like on the menu. The worst experience ever... When we got seated it took 15min for the waitress to come over and no one came by to ask if we would like anything to drink and when the waitress (kara) came over she was very rude . We waited 40min still haven't got our food and the waitress never came by to see how we were doing or to even just say sorry for the wait or if we would like a refill.. there was a customer across from us who was seated after us and he got his food and finished and we were still waiting. I was fed up with this horrible service so I went up to counter to ask th o speak with the manager. When I went up there all the waitresses and even the shift manager were all there standing around talking. I explained to the manager (Michael) what was going on and the waitress was like oh your food is right here.. At this point I was very upset at how we were treated and I asked the shift manager for the store manager name and he was very hesitant to give me that information. He then tells me I can call back in the morning if I want to talk to the store manager. Michael was also very rude and did not try to resolve the issue. So I called the corporate office because nobody should be treated this way when they try to go out to have a nice breakfast. The whole experience was unacceptable especially the attitude of that waitress and manager.. if you want to wait a long time and watch other people eat that got there after you and like to deal with people with bad attitudes then this the dennys for you read more

Breakfast is good , you can't really mess up scrambled eggs. I always get extra crispy hash browns. The wait staff is efficient and not too talkative with a more stern diner feel. The only complaint was from the front desk management. Everytime there are two workers and the manager standing around 'busy' and have no sense of urgency to greet and sit customers. They're either very disorganized on busy days or they just don't have good service overall. They even took long to get to our drink order. We were already ready to order way before the waitress came to our table. By the time we get our order there's three things wrong. I got regular fries instead of seasoned like I ordered so I would've gotten charged more for less, my boyfriend didn't get BBQ sauce on his burger so we wait, he gets it, prepares to eat it but the whole burger falls apart in his hands. Really poor service. I felt really discriminated on Friday by a server. We were next to a family that where all cocasian and the server spent the whole time with them. We spent over 15 min waiting for the waiter to attend them and get all their needs before he even brought out our drinks. People that got in after us had gotten their food and we where still on our 1st round of drinks which i had to get up to look for the manager and asked her if i could get a refill on my mom's cup of coffee. It was a late night and I was looking for somewhere to eat and I thought why not Denys. I didn't know how bad of an experience I would first thing my coffee cup was dirty and as well my husband his was a lot worst. We order our appetizer and it was great . Next we order our food I order the new blaster fire burger but the my burger was cold and soggy from the bottom that I didn't want to eat it also it come with bacon cheese tots and they had a weird taste to them. As the time went by my husband was looking around then he see a cockroach on the floor going down on of tables at that point I was done with the place. We told our server and she was surprised then she went to go tell an other employee and he said "again" like if had happen before.
