Unfortunately, my kids didn't get to experience the food. We didn't get seated. I know Sunday mornings are probably extremely busy, but we didn't see anyone taking names for a wait list. No organization in terms of a line. Nobody was stationed at the door to provide any information. Customers said they had been waiting for more than a few minutes. So, we left. We will try bringing the family on another day. I'll give four stars since last experience was great. Plus, this has no bearing on the quality of food.

While I appreciate the manager taking the time to address the situation and offering to make it right, my wife and I have decided not to return. Between the distance from our home in Perris and the initial experience with the food quality--specifically the stale biscuits and overly salty gravy--we've decided it's best to just move on. We'll be sticking to the Moreno Valley location in the future, but I do want to acknowledge that the Menifee management made a professional effort to resolve the issue.

My egg was cook just right, the bacon was fine, bacon doesn't have much of a taste for me and the one piece of toast was fine also. I spilled egg yolk on my sky blue colored blouse. The waitress was very accommodating, as she brought me a small glass of seltzer water and a few napkins to clean the spot before a stain set-in. It took out the spot immediately. I didn't remember to take photos, but not much to picture.
