When ever I'm perris we usually come here . The food overall was good like always. Today we had a lady her name was Nidia. From the beginning she rude and snappy. We has just cracked up the menu and the lady came over to our table. "What do you want to drink?" Before we could even answer she responded. "I'll come back." After she walked around. Some one from the other table had to flag her down to get service. Then finally she came to take our order. Everytime she would bring something she would give it to the wrong person. After we were done we requested a box and the check. It would taker forever for her bring anything. Guess her Cell was more of a priority than a customer since she would check it more. I noticed that the two tables that she was attending were treated with the same dry service. We asked for the check again and she disappeared. We could hear her complaining about people taking her silverware. After waiting for about 15mins and the place empty. We decided to just walk up the front and pay. This is quite possibly the fastest Denny's I've ever been to. Our food was out in less than ten minutes and the waiter was just wonderful. Definitely recommend this location overall! read more

So i went to breakfast this morning and ordered steak and eggs two of them with biscuits and gravy well my biscuits and gravy were cold so we sent them back. we can hear the chef telling the waitress off saying well what u want me to heat them up? Gosh, i really wanted to give them at least 4 stars based on my experiences before May 17, 2017. I walked in and wasnt acknowledge the place was empty only 4 patrons. Staff was sweeping and talking amongst each other. Food was okay, once i received assistance the guy was okay. It was my birthday and i was alone. Ordered free meal to go. They have terrific service with wonderful staff. From the front line staff and up to the management everyone was professional, curtious and polite. We were greeted with warm smiles throughout our entire visit. The food was awesome...hats off to the chefs. read more

I've been here a few times the food is good but the service sucks I'm not tipping a server I have to chase down for a refill when there's only three tables seated. Seriously those servers disappear then bring you the check like five minutes into your meal so your mouth is full and leave with out asking if you need anything. But at least this Denny's food doesn't leave me with a stomach ache like the one in Hemet so they get points for being edible. read more

I've been here a few times. Each time i dine, it seems as if they are under new management. However, the current management system they are using IS working. The service is friendly, and they work at a decent pace. The prices, as for most Denny's is fair. The location, is okay. Right off the freeway and next to a large hotel, so they tend to stay pretty packed on weekends. I would recommend this location. read more

By far the worst Denny's I've encountered so far. I ordered a super bird the other day and the tomato was thicker than the whole sandwich and almost no turkey at all. I've been here so many times and never really had a good experience, I don't think I'll ever give them a chance again. read more

Thank god I'm not from perris this place is unbelievable! I'm writing this review while I'm still in the in the restaurant that's how bothered i am right now! So I came in with my niece and a ordered a brownie alamode and a banana split.... Our waiter brings us our brownie and a sundae... Yes a sundae we told him we orderd a banana split but he said that he heard build your own sundae and that he even "repeated our order" okay let's say that was the issue if its a build your own sundae why did he bring a plain vanilla sundae with chocolate fudge? Worst place I've ever been to. Got a steak and eggs, I paid 17 bucks for it including the drink. The steak was nasty, and extremely tiny. They only cooked like one egg, and very few hashbrowns. And they took atleast an hour just to get us our food. I get it was around 4am when I had breakfast with my friends, but there's no need for us to see and hear how much you despise being there. Jamie and Michelle were both verbally attacking and picking on the cook all night. And when Michelle finally found something to do, Jamie insisted with her awful attitude. Slamming things, throwing things, kicking inventory boxes around. Continuously harassing and yelling at the cook as if he was an idiot, all while he was quietly doing his job. It was completely inappropriate and I will see to it that her nasty attitude in the workplace is dealt with. read more

The cook's are rude, and the food took to long to come out. It's a little unnerving when the table next across from me received their food before we received ours. Especially, when we ordered 2 plates of eggs whites and sides, and the 3rd plate with steak and eggs. Their order was breakfast and lunch which should take a lot longer to prepare. Was very busy for a late morning but the staff there was on top of the rush. Restaurant was clean. Our food was delicious and made exactly how we asked. Our server, Cecila was the most amazing server I've ever encountered at a Denny's. She was friendly, got our food out to us hot, joked with my kids, was there with drink refills before we even needed to ask and made the whole experience there so wonderful! This is one of the better Denny's. They are very busy, but worth the wait. Hint get the ranch dressing, the best I have ever had.

I personally love Denny's. They have very classic and quality tasting kids meal pizza although they don't offer french fries as a side which pisses me off. Wait time is always reasonable during breakfast time. The only thing I do not recommend is getting a table in the middle, always get the booths in the corner. Their service is reasonable and food is pretty good as well. The waiter we always seem to get is always attentive and very fast at getting you what you need. read more
