Light, white toast, Extremely 'soft scrambled" eggs, Well done hashbrowns, etc. GUESS what, PERFECT!!! * We were in a different restaurant (one we frequent a lot) Light white toast on club? BURNT. Then they put the more burnt side in the middle so I didn't see it. I told our (favorite server) (I even said sorry, WHAAAT) and she had an attitude when she had to bring it back) Jennifer said she always checks her dishes BEFORE they go out. If it is wrong , she will correct it IMMEDIATELY Our kind of super star! Back to Jennifer she is also patient AND funny Mondays are usually slow so until another server comes in, She was by herself. Then 5, 6 then more customers came in at the SAME TIME Her humor was AWESOME Funny but caring comments to help her customers feel at ease when they have to wait. *NOW, the restaurant itself is clean, bright, and service was fast. Food is cheap but everything is an up charge... we got charged $2 because we wanted cheese on a cheeseburger. The server brought ranch that came with my sandwich and also charged us $4 for it. The server also seemed to very much dislike females and was only attempting to make the male guests happy. So yeah if you like spending $20 a person on food that's from the Walmart frozen aisle be my guest! read more

Stopped for a quick early lunch. Server was friendly and took our order quickly. We were waiting about 35 minutes for our food when we asked if they forgot about us. The server said no, the cook called off and the manager is the only one in the kitchen. This would have been nice to know when we were seated as we had a time restraint. Food finally came out and was hot and very good. Keep in mind they had at least 3 servers on. You would think one of them would've been in the kitchen to help out. read more

Food is okay for a breakfast, we ordered 2 American slam's. It's on the menu and we had dishes all over our small table. When our food was brought out everything was on a separate plate, and our bill showed we wasn't charged for a meal, everything was individually priced on our receipt. I requested no seasoning on fries. Served piping hot. I asked for a box. Making my mouth water thinking about repeating this experience when I get to the hotel. Service was slow.. she was very nice and friendly, but they were understaffed. They prices are ridiculous.. I know everything is going up, but $17 for 2eggs, potatoes, 2 pieces of sausage and toast. Waitress Jennifer was very friendly and apologetic for the long wait, 30 minutes. Also apologetic when I showed her my knife and fork were wrapped up for use dirty! Not even sent to the dishwasher, both pieces with food,grease and mouth smears. She said she would show the manager, manager should have come out to apologize. POOR POOR FOOD AND SERVICE. KRISTINA (BTW, also created an account just to send me a private message.. very rude one, just her style, because of this review, sure proves the point I'm making here) who cooked my food and proceeded to be argumentive when we complained and said she would eat it... soggy raw fries and sandwich so soggy that it was like a sponged that mopped up a bucket of grease. She thinks by calling us rude it deflects from HER ABSOLUTE rudeness. Need mention last week we ate here and both became ill for 3 days. Reluctantly we came back. Now this is the 10th or 12th back experience here and Joe the manager knows and always takes care of us due to all the poor experiences we have had. Why do we go back, late dining and location... but after being told "Get out of my restaurant" because criticism is now viewed as an outrage, at least by the class working here, we gladly left and won't return. Ordered Eggs Benedict and when I received it and tasted it I assumed one of the cooks wrongly added macaroni and cheese sauce instead of adding hollandaise sauce. When they remade it and brought it back it definitely was cheese sauce still.... where do they get using cheese sauce and calling it hollandaise sauce. read more

Denny's should considered this location to be their corporate training center. I have been patronizing this restaurant for years during race week. It's always consistent. They do everything right! No wait to be seated or order to be taken. The food comes out quick, faster than going through a drive thru, fresh and hot with all the condiments. The restaurant is very clean, professional, efficient and the food is excellent. A hats off to the entire staff-management, kitchen, and servers. I highly recommend this Denny's. cant say much about the food because yea, it didnt even get to that! there were some people at the 'bar' and ONE table taken by a family of four. besides that the restaurant was EMPTY, as in ghost town empty. we came in, waited to be seated. there was a lady with her kid waiting as well, she said she had been waiting for TEN MINUTES already. the restaurant had absolutely NO STAFF. there was one server behind the 'bar' running around by herself. we sat down and waited for about 5 min and nobody acknowledged us. i mean, there we were, besides the mother and the kid, four paying customers waiting to be seated at any of those empty tables and absolutely NO ONE to serve us. one member of the family that was sitting at the only table saw our disappointment and said '..yea i know, its not her fault but be ready ur foods gonna take forever too' so yea, not blaming the only girl i saw working for trying to handle it all by herself, but management for allowing this to happen at a big chain like this! read more

If there was one word that could describe this grimey, mold-rotten smelling establishment it would have to be "Welp". First off I just wanna say that our overly-excited waitress Katie didnt know when enough jokes were enough. She jeered our table on while all we were trying to do was have a normal conversation and all I could see in front of me was a pile of flapping skin in front of me practically breathing down my neck. Horrible service I waited over an hour to get servered cold food only seen my server twice when I ordered and when I got my cold and dirty food pancakes looked like they were cooked in bacon grease everything was cold I had to ask for a manager to get a drink absolutely ridiculous.
