Late night meal after a night out! PERFECT! Finally get to dine in! Services was spot on! Out food arrived super fast! We hardly waited! Ambience well it's like any other Denny's so It's great! Kept clean and organized. Staff greeted us upon arrival! We're sated promptly! Out meals were bomb!

I ordered the Brisket Melt sandwich....the flavor was really good, especially the sauce -- it added a delicious and savory touch to the sandwich. Unfortunately, the brisket was burnt, which took away from the overall experience. It was tough and a bit unpleasant to eat because of that. On the bright side, the service was great. The staff was friendly, and my food was served quickly. Overall, it was a mixed experience. The sandwich had great potential with its flavor and sauce, but the burnt brisket was disappointing. The fast and friendly service, however, was a big plus.

Came here for my 21st birthday for my free breakfast and was helped by Ricardo! He was so incredibly sweet and even gave me a free cup of ice cream (a scoop of chocolate, vanilla, AND strawberry). I frequent this location for late night snacks but have never had service as good as this before! Thank you so much Ricardo!!

We all know Dennys has been around for many years and is a nice go to spot for a quick affordable meal. However, I wanted to specifically write a review for this location due to the outstanding service. The manager greeted us as soon as we walked in and advised us that the host will be with us shortly. The host was very pleasant and the waitress provided excellent service. Our food was the correct order and came out hot. This Dennys is very clean with a nice "Northridge" decor sign. The parking can get a bit crowded depending on the time of day with all the other businesses in the same center, but I've never had an issue with finding parking.

This was my second time at this Denny's and honestly still love it. Feels super cozy and has that classic diner vibe. Today I got the chicken sandwich and a berry waffle to share with my mom. The food came out quick and was really good. Service was friendly and the atmosphere was comforting. Definitely a solid spot. I'll be back again.

I came by myself the other day for breakfast while waiting on my car service and luckily there was no wait. I ate during breakfast and the place wasn't too loud, I guess because it wasn't the weekend. The food was good except my eggs are never over medium, they are always cooked sunny side up. Other than that everything else was good. The waffle was so yummy, a little over priced but it looked delicious on the menu. I drank about two cups of coffee. The service was fast. I enjoyed all my food and will be coming back again.

My twins cracking up over pancakes

We always come to this specific Dennys. The manager, Juan, always remembers my daughters and makes us feel comfortable. My daughters will specifically ask if we are going to "their" Dennys. It's the closest I've found to. Neighborhood diner where you feel like you know everyone. My kids love the pancakes and specifically-the bacon haha. I usually do an omelet and it's very very good. I recommend spinach and mushroom!

The food here is always fresh and hot! Very good and made to perfection. I always get their heathy grain pancakes with bacon, eggs, and fruit. Never disappoints me with this choice! The service is pretty good at this location! They are pretty busy so it seems it can be overwhelming for the servers at times. It's always a wait here but it is worth the wait for the price and quality of food. The ambiance is nice. They reopened it for remodeling I heard not long ago and it's pretty updated. I like that they do have a lot of seating as well. The managers are very nice and welcoming, which makes the experience really good as well. Overall I will definitely be back, it is not far from my house either. I just dislike the parking lot, it's hard to find parking and the spaces are somewhat tight.

Their new BLT with egg...egg cooked how you what..mine was sunny side up...perfection!!

This eatery provided excellent customer service, thanks to Margarita. Horseless Carriage Restaurant was busy and plenty of people dining. As soon as we walked in Margarita welcomed us and walked us to our booth. She made some suggestions and informed us of their famous plates on the menu. We decided to try our her recommendations. We ordered Carne Asada Skillet Special, Sunny Side Special Burger with Fries and 2 orders of Fish & Chips. Food was yummy. The Carne Asada Skillet Special was served on a sizzling plate. It's was more than enough for one person. The Sunny Side Burger with Fries is huge and plentiful. Patty was tender and not overcooked nor undercooked. It was the right temperature. Fish N' Chips was also on point. We can't wait to come back and try other food items on Horseless Carriage Restaurant's menu.

One of the best things about this place is how quickly we're seated - almost every visit, we're able to get a table right away. The food is always delicious, and the waffles are definitely a standout - crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and just overall satisfying. Another favorite of mine Country Fried Steak. The gravy sauce is tasty and the steak itself is very good. Coupled with hash browns and 2 eggs - it's a great dish. Service is another highlight here. The staff is friendly and attentive, coffee and water refills are constant, and the food comes out quickly without feeling rushed. Parking right next to the restaurant can be a bit limited, but there's usually plenty of street parking nearby, so it's manageable. One unique thing I really enjoy is that it's connected to Galpin Ford. It's actually pretty fun to walk through the showroom and check out the cars while waiting for a table or even after finishing your meal. Overall, it's a reliable and enjoyable brunch spot with great food, solid service, and a unique atmosphere. Definitely a place we'll keep coming back to.

The drinks looked good but I decided to save some calories and just had a glass of water. For food I started with clam chowder. I'm thinking it was a special since it was on a piece of paper on the table. It came in a bread bowl...it had lots or clams, bacon and potatoes. It was delicious. It could have been a meal with a small salad. So for my entree I had the lobster Mac and cheese. It was good as a well. Ooey gooey and seasoned nicely. I was almost full from the chowder so only at about 1/3 of it but would definitely recommend. It was my first time coming here and I'd definitely return.

Honest review…read more.... Beer options - 5/10 They were aiming for local brews but honestly, not the best options. Food - 7/10 For pub food, it's not bad but not great. Service - 5/10 I'm not sure if they were just so understaffed or what was going on. Food took forever to come out & it seemed as if there was only 1 waiter for the entire restaurant. She also had an ugly attitude. Price - 2/10 Honestly for pub food, it's way too overpriced. You're paying West Hollywood prices in the valley, probably more. I hate that each sandwich/burger is $15+ à la carte. Ridiculous! Cocktails - 2/10 Ordered an old fashioned multiple times & each time it was too heavy on the bitters. Gross! Ambiance - 6/10 It's a cool dive bar feel but the TV sound could've been on for the ball game. OVERALL - 6/10 It's way too overpriced to even want to come back. The food is mid, and just not worth the price. The beer options also are not it. Cocktails aren't great either. Probably wouldn't come back.

Corner Grill really does sit at the very corner of a well-worn plaza at the intersection of Roscoe…read moreand Sepulveda, looking just as simple and unassuming as the Donut Shop, 7/11 and other places filling up the crowded, L-shaped center. It's no wonder I've missed it all these years -- but since Yelp already named it their #1 Burger Spot all the way back in 2017, it's clear I'm exceptionally late to a party others have been enjoying quite some time. The differences are obvious the moment you walk in, with a modest but well-kept decor of good quality furnishings feeling far more homey than the usual corner stand. The clientele is a mix of blue collar workers, white collar workers, and retirees, all eating from the surprisingly varied menu. Burgers are the first star you notice, sporting a number of interesting preparations with both American and Korean flare. And it's that Korean flare that's highlighted on the rest of the menu, which features a range of BBQ meats and other specialties served on sizzling platters or in combination bowls. You order at the counter, which allows you a view of the burners with pans of seafood and beef simmering in homemade sauces and giving off an irresistible aroma. But resist them I did, as I'd come in to try their oft-lauded burger. I ordered the Spicy Jalapeño, built with a freshly grilled Angus patty, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, shredded cabbage, fresh (raw) slices of jalapeños, crispy onion rings, and a duet of special sauces: garlic aioli and Korean BBQ. It was a big bite of a burger, held together by a much-appreciated, tightly folded wrapper. But I've gotten slightly ahead of myself. It's important to first note that the burgers are truly made to order, and you wait about 10 minutes for your food to be ready. That's more than okay, because the quality is evident from the first bite. The beef is good; flavorful and cooked to a juicy medium, the cheese properly melted and gooey. The veggies are all fresh, and those sliced jalapeños really packed a punch -- raw is so much better than pickled. On to those special sauces, thankfully NOT another variation of the Russian dressing "burger and fry sauce" that seems relentlessly present everywhere nowadays. Here, they use a garlic aioli that keenly balanced between sweet and spicy (in that garlicky spicy way); they pair that with a sweet, Korean style BBQ, with Asian flavors that cleverly contrast the sweetness of the aioli. Yes, 2 different sweets hitting against the garlic and the jalapeños. In Van Nuys? Come on!! For a little over $5 you make it a combo, with a very generous portion of nicely crispy fries and a 20oz drink. At $16.50, this is a great deal. And all around me, folks were eating the Korean BBQ or chicken, and it all smelled exactly as good as it did when it was simmering on the stove. This place is a major find, even if everyone else found it before me. I'll be back very soon, and probably soon after that.

If you know, you know…read more We found Corner Grille years ago, and it has been amazing every single time. It's such a unique Korean-Mexican fusion spot -- flavors you truly won't find anywhere else. The combination sounds unexpected, but somehow it works perfectly. We've tried a few different items over the years, but the Chicken Korean Fries are our absolute favorite every time. Nothing like it exists. The flavors are bold, layered, slightly sweet, savory, and just combined so deliciously. It's one of those dishes you crave again and again. It's definitely a hole-in-the-wall spot in a small shopping center -- super unassuming -- but don't let that fool you. It's 100% a must-try. Some of the best, most unique food is always hiding in places like this. If you're looking for something different and seriously delicious, put this on your list. We'll keep coming back.

(At a rib joint, the nerve) but it wasn't my plate so oh well. First note this is a pick up spot only there is an ordering counter that no more than 4 people can be in at a time. The street is super dark and desolate looking it feels like an industrial area think City of Industry. There's no parking well there's one spot to park for pick up. The street parking is filled with what looked like broken down type cars the four I seen had chalk writing like tow yards do. To the food!!! Ordered 2 two meat meals that come with 2 sides. Not a piece of bread or muffin was included. Please notice the dry @$$ pulled pork? and I got 4 pieces of a rib tip that was the same as 1 maybe 2 real tips ANYWHERE else.the tips were chopped into 2-4 pieces from one full tip. So I really feel cheated and I was frigging hungry -hungry. The pork was dry and couldn't be swallowed without the bbq sauce and drink. She ordered a hot link with ribs and added a side of ribs for an additional $24. The sides came in a small container I had Mac n cheese and greens which every bite I was like wish I had cornbread to add to these greens. While she had greens and the sweet potato (which by the way was the best thing they had going on) the Mac was average I'm about to reheat and toast again before I hit send for this review. Reheated the side of ribs, greens and Mac and it's a bit better than the pulled pork, but this definitely isn't a bbq spot I'd advise anyone to go to nor would I dare try without bbq sauce and a lot of it. Dessert banana pudding last time I was here the desserts were pretty good. This tasted like the yoplait whips yogurts consistency and like knock of Nila wafers I was just sooo utterly disappointed.
