My daughter and I recently visited Denny's and had the absolute pleasure of being served by Suzan, and I truly hope management recognizes what an asset she is to your team. From the moment we sat down, Suzan went above and beyond to make sure both my daughter and I felt comfortable, welcomed, and cared for. As a mother of an autistic child, dining out can sometimes feel stressful, but Suzan handled everything with such patience, kindness, emotional intelligence, and professionalism. She thoughtfully accommodated us by seating us in a comfortable area where my daughter could feel at ease while also being considerate of other guests. So we didn't disrupt the environment and atmosphere for others. Yet we still had an enjoyable time ourselves. That level of awareness and compassion is rare and deserves to be acknowledged. Her food recommendations were excellent, her customer service was exceptional, and most importantly, she treated us with dignity and genuine kindness rather than inconvenience. Employees like Suzan are the reason families return to restaurants. Thank you again, Suzan, for making our experience such a positive one. We stopped quick at the Denny's on our way out of Vegas for a day trip and were pleasantly surprised at the amazing quick service and nice hot food that was filling and great. Our waitress was attentive and refilled our drinks without us having to ask. I am not usually a pancake person, but decided to get some and it was great. This Classic American breakfast place is definitely one of the nicest breakfast places. The decor is amazing, definitely on the upper end for Denny's standards. The store looks beautiful and very clean inside, super spacious and comfy with new updated furniture. All of the staff are really nice and courteous. Our server was amazing. She was so kind, attentive, and made our experience wonderful. We met the general manager Elizabeth and she is so welcoming and friendly , she has provided an excellent service for us. The food was really good--it came out hot, fresh, and tasted great. We have tried several different dishes and everything was delicious and the quality of the food was great too. Their burgers are amazing, Bourbon Bacon Burger is a must have!!! Yummy!!! We highly recommend their new menu items, especially Cinnamon apple crisp pancakes- so delicious ! - a must try. Well off the bat, things didn't start off well. Our table has a used napkin on it, we asked to get transferred to another table. The service was very attentive , but the food wasn't. I ordered something was sausage and they were less than 2 inches long, and looked like it has been sitting out. So I asked for bacon instead. But anywho, for 2 adults and 2 kids, it was almost $100. Should've went to McDonald's. Overall I wouldn't come here with the kids, it just didn't seem like an enough value. read more

Yeah, it's Denny's but I gotta give them five stars because it's exactly what I hoped for! Download the app they got some special deals in the app. Download it before you get there because it takes a while for them to "load" your deals. The birthday boy got his free grand slam and I got a couple of eggs with bacon and toast. They don't have sourdough toast that was disappointing, but the service was good and fast and the food was good. read more

I don't expect greatness when I go to Denny's. I expect decent service and a decent meal at a decent price; that's it. Unfortunately I was left wanting on everything but the price. They were understaffed with little hustle for a Friday night. I saw 3 employees the entire time I was there. The employees were friendly, just slow. I could forgive slow as the server was nice, but I cannot forgive the food. It was just bad. Hash browns were burnt, pancakes were burnt... even the Mac and Cheese was burnt (kind of impressive to be honest). We have never, as a family, left so much food on a table. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly (albeit sloth slow). I'll give two stars for that, but otherwise this Denny's somehow managed to disappoint. read more

Do not know why I bothered coming back with my partner. Probably to see if things have gotten better. It did not. When we came in, we were not greeted with a smile or a warm welcome. The service was not great at all. It felt rushed, and the waitress yelled things at the older customers from across the way while standing at our table. It felt impersonal. When the waitress set down our food, there was a large black hair in the middle of my country fried steak. No quality checks going on here before the food goes out? When she returned with our toast, she made a point to say that she did notice it, but she thought it was a crack in the gravy. She took it away and it was remade. Gravy this time was not smooth, but very chunky like rotten milk. It has me thinking that they do not make their items fresh in the back, like their sauces, and it is just reheated. I could only eat half of it. Felt horrible with immediate diarrhea. This honeslty should have been removed from my bill. Very empty these days, no matter what days you go. All in all, it would be best to avoid this Denny's. read more

Let's be honest. It's Denny's so I know what to expect going in: Not a 5-star dining experience but just decent food and decent service. And that's how it's been--until recently. My mom moved to this area a year ago and we've been eating here every 3-4 weeks since. It was what we expected. Decent food and decent service. I'm not sure what changed. The cook, the manager? But something definitely did. Three visits ago, we both did not feel well after eating breakfast. Not to be gross but I'm talking big-time diarrhea. Last time we went, it was for lunch. I felt ok but my mom's stomach was upset. We went again today for breakfast and yep, big time diarrhea again. So much for 'decent food.' What prompted this review, however, is the service. I recently had noticed the service had fallen off a bit but today, our waitress was downright rude. She didn't smile, didn't check on us once during the meal. When I politely asked if we could get some more coffee "when you have a chance, no hurry," she acted like I was bothering her. The worst part was the way she snapped at my mom. My mom ordered breakfast. The waitress asked, "What kinda toast you want? White, wheat, rye, sourdough?" My mom nicely asked, "Can I get an English Muffin?" The waitress scowled at my mom like she was a pile of dog s**t and snapped, "That's bread, isn't it?" It takes a LOT for me to NOT leave a tip but this waitress deserved what she got: nothing. The combination of awful food AND a waitress with a bad attitude is what prompted this review. No, I definitely will NOT return to this location. We went to this Dennys around 930 on evening on Monday evening. Waited to be seated, while waiting the hostess was sitting down talking on her cell phone. She finally came over and seated us. She took our drink order, brought the drinks then she took our order. We waited about 20 minutes to get our food,there were o ky one other customer. Our orders were wrong, it took them ten minutes to figure it out. Food wS sub par, service was even worse. These employees are constantly on their cellphones. Don't go to this Dennys. read more

Denny's "curbside service" isn't curbside at all--you have to go inside, check your order with the host, and grab it yourself. They don't trust their own system or customers to get it right. Worse, when I called to say I was parked, the host didn't bother mentioning this bizarre rule. Terrible service, misleading app, and a wasted Sunday morning. On average, the service here is just great but my favorite thing is they have some senior options. In general, the dinner choices are very good. I was a bit upset that they changed the menu. They got rid of the fish and chips dinner that we love but later on, they brought it back, so it wasn't that big a deal. read more

I wish I could give this place a zero and reported to their boss . First of all we waited with our 5 month baby for more than 15 minutes on the lobby and never got greeted by any front desk . It seems that they don't care about having people because after those 15 minutes we left and we went to griddle cakes across and people mentioned that the service at Denny's is the worst they've seen because themselves waited for more than 10 minutes and never got attended by anyone . When we were waiting on the lobby we over heard people arguing with their staff who by the way kept singing out loud and talking bad about the customers . It's a very very bad place please don't go . Ordered through Grub Hub for breakfast today. The order came incomplete, 2 meals missing toast and pancakes, the omelet I ordered was child sized. Bacon not cook all the way, hash browns were burnt and about 3 small bites. My pancakes which I was really looking forward to did not arrive. When the store was notified, their response was to blame the delivery person. Really? Not using this restaurant again. From now on we will be ordering from small family owned restaurants! Honestly this 2 star was for our server otherwise this place would have hit complete bottom. Our server was so sweet. Here's the issue. The cooks aren't doing a very good job with the food. One persons over easy eggs had so much brown on them, you know the burnt stuff when the grill is to hot?, she had to send em back. My moons over myhammy had a slice of cheese on one side of the halved sandwich. It was cold. The cheese that was on the one side was coagulated and no longer 'melty' so it clearly had sat out for however long. We voiced our concerns to the waitress and she was very kind about it. Fixed the eggs. I don't send food back bc I'm funny like that. I'd just rather not eat it. She said she'd send the manager (I never asked). The manager never came over. Not once. And then didn't even take the uneaten sandwich off the bill. We had to have another person speak to the manager again and take it off. Yet again the manager NEVER even spoke to us. She clearly knows her kitchen is trash as is her customer service and doesn't want to fix the problems. It's a shame bc this Denny's use to be a good reliable one. First time order from here. T-bone steak and egg. They really down size the steak. It's look like half the size from what they used to serve. For $25 meal. I was disappointed. My steak was over cooked. My eggs were over cooked my hash browns was very salty. Base on this meal, I can tell the chef hates his job. First and last. read more

I had a Santa Fe skillet, and my server was kind enough to let me swap out the red potatoes for hashbrowns. The food was fast and tasty, but the portion was a little smaller than I had hoped for. The menu was smaller than expected too, not the typical Denny's novella. Despite that, I fund exactly what I wanted and was taken care of. My girls went with thier dad one morning during the break--and the food was so good they wanted to take me to this restaurant--Dennys. I can't say how pleasantly surprised I was when arrived, the restaurant was clean and looked like it was newly remodel. Our server, Mahaliey, was very attentive, my coffee cup was never empty. No matter how many napkins we asked for, she delivered them with a smile :-D The food--we I was pleased tast that the food was a good as my daughters raved about.
