So I went in here yesterday to go try one of their new wraps. I wish they had the old wraps and not the flatbread, but it is what it is as always. The service was great. The suggestions from the employees were also great, but I tried this chicken sandwich wasn't a sandwich. I'm sorry it was a wrap. I believe it was number 42. If you guys like chicken go try that sandwich or as a wrap however, you want it. It's amazing read more

The "Cookie King" of Subway Locations! This Subway branch deserves its own title: the "Cookie King Subway." Of all the Subways I've been to, this location stands head and shoulders above the rest in every way--service, food quality, and cleanliness. The team here takes pride in what they do, and it shows in every sandwich, salad, and yes, cookie. Speaking of cookies, I've been loyal to Subway's chocolate chip cookies for years, but this location just changed the game. I decided to try their oatmeal cookie for the first time, even though I've never been a fan of oatmeal cookies. To my surprise, it was absolutely incredible--soft, perfectly sweet, and full of flavor. Now, I can't decide between chocolate chip and oatmeal, so I'll have to get both every time! Beyond the cookies, the sandwiches are always fresh and made with care, and the restaurant is consistently spotless. Stephanie and Paul were AMAZING! They accentuated our experience we were cracking jokes. They were telling us stuff about their personal lives and vice versa. We made a very fun cheerful connection 10 out of 10 would absolutely go back went for my brother's birthday today. If I could give this store 100/5 stars I would! This is the only subway me and the fam will go to. We've been there three times and each time we have had the same experience. Just like the other reviews, the service is EXCEPTIONAL! Stephanie and Paul go above and beyond and you can tell they take pride in what they do and more importantly take pride in customer service. This Subway establishment is definitely much nicer than the one not far from it, down Wigwarm that shares CVS parking. The workers are attentively clean, very accommodating, and just down friendly, as well as hospitable. I look forward to visiting here more often. read more

I have never had such an amazing experience at a subway let alone any fast food service!! Stephanie was the most kind hearted woman from the moment I walked into the store she was just full of positive energy and light!! She let me know that she was finishing up an order and that she would be right with me all while asking me how my day has been! She just went above and beyond with her Service and it was also so amazingly clean in there! She washed her hands in-between customers and followed all health protocols! I dont usually take the time to leave reviews but the customer service at this particular location on Thursday August 29th at 11:15 is exceptional. The two gentlemen working were very nice and attentive. They both went above and beyond my expectations. Current they have the $6 ft long online sub app. I especially noticed their exceptional customer service with the elderly customer ahead of me. He had no idea what he was doing on his phone in the app and they employees were very kind and patient with him. What an outstanding crew! read more

I really can't complain. Service is fast, workers are great. It's a regular subway nothing really over the top. When you're craving a quick bite with convenience subway is my go to. Never had issues the last few times I've been here. Overall this location does it well. read more

I am at the subway on the corner of Eastern and Windmill by the Smith and I tell you they haven't got the most friendliest customer service ever. They keep you smiling they make your sandwich, correct and fast. And the family owned business with her mother and the son are working to help you with all your needs and wants. Awful subway ! I went go eat here after a recommendation from a family member. They told me the 2 guys that work there are great. Well today I had the unfortunate experience of being served by Maiya. First off, no hello, no greeting, no what can I get you, nothing!!! Just a dear in headlights look. So then I order, she proceeds to give me flat bread when I asked for Italian. She has no sense of time management as I told her I was in a hurry. I could not take her slowness anymore. When it was time for veggies,again Maiya said NOTHING ! she just looks at you with a blank stare and was more concerned on looking out the window. Sandwich ok ,not worth almost 13 bucks. Maiya also did not cut the sandwich all the way thru. Won't be back ever !!!! read more

Subway is always a safe bet for consistency and a quick healthy enough lunch. This location is convenient and it's employees have good, quick service. They're very friendly and i always see the owner behind the counter helping to serve as needed. They honor deals and coupons if you have them for this location. Being pregnant, I miss my cold cut combo but their meatball suffices in the meantime! Also don't forget that they do breakfast sandwiches too! P.s. I'll always choose this place over Jimmy Johns (because JJ is an avid trophy hunter in Africa- irrelevant but I'd rather give my profits to franchisees like subway over that guy). read more

This was literally the best subway experience I ever had! The service was far above wet I would expect at a subway, or any other fast food. The people working at the subway showed excellent customer service, which was very surprising. I ordered online to go. The sandwiches arrived smashed and they didn't include the cookies. I called the store. The male who answered was RUDE and chided me "oh, you didn't get your cookies?" as if I was a child. I told him with that attitude we would just want a refund. He said "Sure ma'am, whatever makes you happy." I sent my son back with the sandwich and receipt. HE KEPT THE SANDWICH AND did not provide a refund, after telling us to bring the food back for a refund, and he gave my son the cookies which I told him on the phone we did not want anything and wanted a refund since they did not include the cookies/smashed food. At this point, we consider it theft. Did NOT even offer to remake and is accusing my son of smashing the food. Why would we do that? read more

So I am guessing every employee at this location makes their sandwiches slightly different.. my 2nd day this week getting a tuna 6inch, 1st one was great!! Had lots of tuna that I could actually enjoy & taste, today not so much, They give u smallest ice cream scoops ever & when asked for more, the girl rudely said it's extra? I pulled into this parking lot because I saw MacDonalds and noticed Subway in the corner. I pull up and walk in and I was greeted immediately by 2 very friendly women. I ordered and they had such good spirits and great attitudes. Made me feel right at home. I sat down to eat and watched each customer come in and the service was amazing no matter who walked through that door. It was such a great experience. Will definitely be stopping by more when I am in the area. And my wrap was made with care and tasted amazing. The drink selection was mixed up as well. Something for everyone. read more

It's been a few months since my last review. I've been ordering pickup from this location fairly regularly. Never had any issues. The last time, I was an hour late picking up my order. The store called me about 30 min after my scheduled pickup time just to see if I was still planning on picking up my sandwiches. When I eventually got there, my sandwiches were in the microwave rather than just sitting on the pickup shelves. Excellent customer service and attention to details! read more

Stephanie is absolutely the rudest person I have ever dealt with contacting corporate to file a complaint. The app I always use to place orders switched to the wrong location so I called to cancel and get a refund. She hung up the phone and was being extremely aggressive and talking down to me. I can't believe this person is the owner wow who talks to their customers like that? And steals our money. Will be letting the company know how Stephanie treats their customers. read more

This is the greatest location they have, people are greeted with big smiles as they walk through the door, and tables are cleaned as soon as someone gets up. No matter what time of the week, day or hour this location knocks everywhere else out of the park with how clean and happy the place is.. I have a closer SBWAY to me and I rather take the extra 5 minutes to come to this one!! Great customer service makes the food taste so much more better!! read more

Established in 1965.

The story of Subway started over 50 years ago when Dr. Peter Buck, a nuclear physicist, changed the life of a student with a few simple words, "Let's open a submarine sandwich shop." It was Peter Buck that gave college freshman Fred DeLuca the idea to open a submarine sandwich shop to help pay his tuition. Peter provided an initial investment of $1K, and a business relationship was forged that changed the landscape of the fast food industry. The partners opened their first restaurant in Bridgeport, Connecticut, where they served fresh, affordable, made to order sandwiches. The cheese was actually melted when it gets to the table. All in all, this was such an impressive place for food. I cannot wait to come back and try their tacos, and their other happy hour. Thanks as it looked like there were so many good things to eat there. Bottom line? This is going to be one of my go-to burger joints. Now. Don't get me wrong.
