What a refreshing experience! We went through the drive through and Patricia took our order. She was pleasant, happy and her laugh was amazing! Great customer service! read more

I was feeling hungry and wanted something to eat, but I wanted something that was not super unhealthy. I opted for Arby's and to my surprise, they have a boxed meal deal for $7.99! There are three sandwiches to choose from, and I chose a fish sandwich. The meal comes with two mozzarella sticks, small fries, peach cobbler, and a small drink. My fish sandwich was really big and tasty. Perfectly seasoned and not too salty, which is a big plus because these places love their salt. I was able to eat everything in my box and I feel as though it is a little much, but to others, it might be the perfect amount of food. There were hardly any cars in the parking lot, and we received our food fairly quickly. The lady that took our order was kind and friendly. read more

I'm just surprised, as I was the only one in there other than employees. The service was good, but when I got home the sandwiches looked like they were sat on. On one the meat was in the center (frenchdip) and ON TOP of the bun, the other )Cheesesteak) was DISGUSTING. What the hell seriously. This place used to be great, not anymore. read more

Wanted a quick bite to eat so stopped at this Arby's. I was not impressed from what I saw outside looked a little bit dingy, and the drive-through was a bit unclean. The food itself was pretty standard however it was wobbly put together. There was no one in line so I got my food very fast. Might be a good choice if it's your last effort. read more

Other nearby Arby's meat is dry & not the thinly sliced roast beef it used to be. I gave up on Arby's for a while. However, this one had the thin sliced roast beef just like I remember & like on the commercials. Glad I stopped by today & I tried it out. read more

I ordered two beef and cheddar sandwiches but I asked for the cheese on the side. She said I would have to pay for a side of cheese or full price for the sandwiches. Apparently cause Arby's is so cheap they are worried about the 5 cents the cup costs...WOW! read more

The food here is pretty good - I'm not a fan of changing the cup size on the "premium" drinks or whatever - I ordered the peach lemonade - the large size was changed to a medium (you know it's a medium) but, that's business. However, you know it's going to be good when they go as far as changing the large cup to medium. It was good, very very good. Next time, I'm ordering 2! Oh, the food was good too! read more

Its only an Arbys. So this will only be a quick review. No matter where we live in Las Vegas we have an Arbys within a 10 minute drive. Years ago, Arbys left the New York City market. Now that they opened a store in Bellmore, NY; New Yorkers are driving a distance for the Arbys experience. The Arbys of today is a different restaurant than I remember in New York. They greatly eliminated their popular signature menu items for new market fresh items. Maybe the Wendy's merger had something to do with it. Delicious menu items like the super beacon roast beef and cheeseburger (they had delicious cheeseburgers) have been replaced by reubens, roast turkey, and other market sandwiches that remind me more of Wendys. Fortunately, they still serve the beacon cheddar roast beef sandwich. That is my Arby's sandwich of choice. My critique is that they not charge an extra dollar for more roast beef. This Arbys shares the parking lot with Pecos Legacy Car Wash. After scrubbing off presents from pigeons and the elements, eating here is a nice reward for hand washing my car. Thats all I have to say. Yelp Challenge: Review 41 of 100. read more

So mediocre the taste there is none so not worth it. I will not go back. It's not as they would advertise on TV at all

I was impressed with the fish sandwich. Loved the chocolate shake and the jalapeno poppers were really good.

This store has unfortunately been terrible for a very long time their employees are rude they often tell you when you go through drive-thru that you can't do multiple orders which I already know you can and directly from their corporate office it stated that they can. my last incident that I was there where they asked me to wait around the front while they prepared the meal they waited 15 minutes and then I had to go back inside to see my food sitting on the counter because they forgot that they had me drive around so I never got the food at all. So I called the corporate office on the complained about 6 months ago and never heard of him back but it was more just somebody being rude so I let it go, then that incident happened so I called the corporate office cuz that was beyond unacceptable how do you forget about the customer you told drive around and wait in front of your building. so I called the corporate office they said that they would contact the store and that store manager would be calling me didn't happen, I called back to the corporate office again they told me that escalated, nothing happened I called back to the corporate office again asked to speak to their supervisor and that supervisor was busy so they took down my name and number and said that supervisor would contact you back never happened, then I called again today and of course our supervisor is busy again and can't talk to me and he says he'll escalate it oh, but I have no hopes of that actually happening as it's been now over a month since I made the complaint and he goes oh they're still investigating it. what are you investigating other than that you are incompetent and that your company clearly does not care about their customers there's a reason why almost every Arby's in the area has 2 stars or less, this is the company that's going to go out of business because the people who are running out the top are just as moronic as a people who running at the bottom. all I can say is if you plan to go to Arby's don't expect fresh food, don't expect good customer service don't expect timely service and don't expect the corporate office to give a shit if you call them cuz they'll just give you the run-around hoping that they'll get you to stop calling, I've been doing it for a month and this is not the first time I've called them it's asking the third time I've called them and I've gotten absolutely nowhere and never gotten a call back from their store manager, so clearly Arby's does not care about its customers. read more

Just had a very unfortunate situation with a drive thru employee named Kelly. She didn't like the fact that I was a couple of inches away from the small window waiting for my food. She had the nerve to say to her co-worker "look how far the f*** she parked" thinking I didn't hear her. She then looks at me and says "I don't know how you're going to get this" referring to the food. I called her out on it and told her I was going to complain and she said " Well thank God I can't hear you". She must have been referring to the fact that I had my mask on. She has a nasty attitude and I'm appalled she thinks it's ok to talk to customers that way. read more

How do you repeat you order 5 times and still get it wrong. Unfortunately I was hungry. I just said yes, to something I didn't want. The Incompetence of these employees, is the highest level I've ever seen. Obviously the wait was long. The food I didn't want was made ok. read more

Soooo slow!! I've been waiting for 25 minutes. There were only 3 cars in front of me. Crazy! It's like this every time

Being that I live so close this is my go to Arby's. Well needless to say by the 2 stars the food is what you expect but minus 3 stars for the rude employees! If you don't like your job please quit and let someone that would appreciate a paycheck take your position! Drive thru is literally at a snails pace and then you get up to the window to rude employees so it makes for a really crappy experience. Based upon all the other reviews maybe corporate should step in and look at the bad reviews about the employees. read more

Came here for dinner tonight. Not 1 person here inside except employees.. There should be excuse to have trash on tables. Went here Friday night. Lights were turned off at 7;00 in evening. Place was pitch black. The opinion I got is they were trying to make people think they were closed. I told the girl about it and she replied "they are on a timer and we can't do anything about it. 2 minutes later the lights came on. Took 27 minutes to get thru drive thru. 2 cars in front of me. I asked for manager. He tried to avoid me. When I finally demonstrated that I was not leaving, the manager came out. His attitude was "why are you disturbing me". Advised him if wait time He could have cared less Real shame. Like Arby's, but never again. read more

About 18 years ago I worked at Arby's and quickly climbed the ranks to assistant manager. I worked with a dedicated, goal oriented crew who strived to meet company values. We always had a clean restaurant, kitchen, dining room, even the parking lot. Above all customer service was the number one priority. What I have seen at this location is not what Arby's corporate would like to see. Filthy restaurant, the drink station specifically is disgusting, the floor is always sticky and gross, and the staff really don't give a shit. I've seen buns that are not toasted fully, wrappers not folded correctly, wilted lettuce, and just sandwiches slopped together. Y'all either need to fire the manager or just replace the entire staff. read more

I would have to give this place 3 stars. The food was not the worst, and the service was pretty good. I just felt that for the price I was paying it could have been much better quality.
