Fast service, I like that they fill your coffee then bring a jug of coffee for the table, no waiting for refills. The fruit was so fresh and tasty, you could smell the bananas across the table. This was the best Waiter I had at this Denny's. Last two times I can in it took at least a half hour for the waitress to even realize there was somebody sitting in a table in her section. This time when they tried to set me in that section, I noticed it was the same lady. The "new" Denny's at Arizona Charlie's need a genuine personality. It seems to be operating in an automatic persona. Interaction with cashier seems remote. Your there but not really. Food was 1) not even close to what the picture looks like. 2) when I got my food to go and opened it up it looked like it was slapped together. The taste was not there. I order bourbon chicken skillet. It looked like you gave me sloppy vegetables with chicken thrown on top. 3) management was on point. When a cuto.er complained he handled it very politely, apologetic and professional. The restaurant in whole lacks character. Dont be just another Denny's. 1) coffee for breakfast is #1 for a restraint. Get a coffee that they will come back to. 2) Lunch is always a favorite gathering, especially with locals. Your not on the strip. Offer a bread of some sort to enhance a lunch menu. 3) Dinner in a casino is ok. But as you know the competitive game. They have a lot to choose from on the outside. I never thought I would eat at Denny's however when the bartender is pouring triples on Fremont Street, eating helps balance the stomach. This one is walking distance from the wild action. We arrived and was seated within 5 minutes. There was a short wait however that was all logistics of putting larger groups at tables. We ordered and the fod was out in 5 minutes. The staff was amazingly fast. Either they have a great microwave system or cooks on standby. The food was decent. Especially at 11pm after drinking. ONE STAR. Honestly one of the worst Denny's experiences I've had. Our server was extremely rude and acted like she was completely out of it. She threw the plates of food onto the table and didn't even bother figuring out which plate went to who. After that, she never came back to check on us. She also never brought us silverware -- we had to go get it ourselves. On top of that, she rushed us while ordering and got irritated when we asked simple questions about the menu. What really got me was watching another couple across from us get told to go grab their own silverware. The server literally said, "Yeah, it's over there." Seriously? The food didn't help either. We ordered toast and it came out burnt and nasty. When we went to pay at the counter, the woman there also had a full attitude. No apology, no care at all. This is Fremont Street -- you have plenty of options. Do yourself a favor and go to literally any other Denny's but this one. Open 24 hours, this Denny's located near the Neonpolis shopping mall at the SE end of the Fremont St Experience is a good place to stop-in for air-conditioned dining during unusual business hours. Our group of four was in downtown Las Vegas to attend a show at the nearby Neonpolis shopping mall, and couldn't get into the theater to get out of the heat until 5 minutes before the show start (at 8 pm). We decided to stop in at Denny's even though we had already eaten dinner, to kill a little time (30 minutes or so). It ended up being a pleasant experience. It was actually more crowded than a typical Denny's during normal hours. The hostess walked us to our seat. Our waitress was pleasant enough, and didn't have any negative energy even though we ordered so little. This Denny's serves alcohol so ended up getting a couple bottles of Bud Lite, and it came in a chilled, frosty mug...great on a hot day. My wife got a cold brew, and she really liked it. We also got some sugared pancake puppies along with a classic sampler (boneless buffalo wings, onion rings, mozzarella sticks and wavy cut fries ($12.29). Everything came out pretty quickly and we were able to finish using our table a couple minutes before showtime. In terms of taste, it's what we expected of Denny's, though I did think some of the boneless wings were incredibly dry. Like other Denny's, you take your delivered ticket to the front and pay at the register. They do accept an AARP ID for a 10% discount by scanning the ID's barcode. We did have to bring most of our food home, and just considered it a cost of using the facilities while we needed to wait. read more

I get it's Fremont st and I shouldn't expect much but the lady got mad we were a big party even though we said we would wait for however long, when they texted us they were ready we came in and they were unprepared. Fine, whatever maybe a miscommunication. Then the server made a big deal about separate checks per our separate tables, okay. She got our order all wrong and then never came back and checked on us. I never go to Denny's literally never, like it's been over 20 years but this is where the group wanted to go after a night out and I was honestly pleasantly surprised. The waitstaff were incredibly kind and patient for how late it was and how drunk the majority of their patrons were, the food came out fast and the order was correct, and they kept checking in on us throughout the night. The food wasn't anything to write home about and but was certainly good enough to soak up the liquor from the previous establishment. If I had to give one complaint, it would be that the lighting was so incredibly bright and harsh. read more

I would give a zero but I cannot! During our visit, the on-duty manager, Victor, accused my friend of being intoxicated solely because she accidentally knocked over a cup of water. This accusation was completely false. No one in our party was intoxicated, and we clearly stated this to the manager at the time. After the water was spilled, we asked multiple times for assistance and for napkins to clean it up. Despite our requests, no staff member provided napkins, help, or service of any kind. Instead, we were treated rudely and dismissed. Manager Victor refused to listen to us, continued to insist my friend was drunk without any justification, and ultimately refused service and asked us to leave the restaurant. We were calm, cooperative, and respectful throughout the interaction. Being accused, denied service, and removed from the restaurant over an accidental spill, especially after repeatedly requesting help, was humiliating and completely unprofessional. read more

My friend and I went souvenir shopping nearby, and we didn't want to risk spending more money in Vegas and to be disappointed lol! Denny's was not even a minute walk away, and we thought it was a pretty safe option. The Denny's really caught our eyes as the exterior was brightly lit with pretty lights. I'm not going to lie; most times my experience at Denny's isn't great because I'm always going too late at night or extremely early in the morning. But I found that I actually had a really good experience at this Denny's. I wish I remembered my waitress's name, but she seemed to be the host and the waitress and was doing a lot of the tables by herself. It wasn't full, and that was refreshing because it didn't take long to get a seat. My friend and I ordered our food, and we were both very satisfied with our meals. I think the highlight of my experience here was that I wasn't charged extra for my item changes. I asked for extra cheese on my omelet and wasn't charged extra. I switched out my toast, which was a side item that came with my omelet. I switched it out for French toast, and when I got the bill, I was like WOW! I wasn't charged? So yes, overall great experience; everything just went smoothly, and this was happening pretty late at night, so I'm grateful I had a great experience. read more

They only had a small portion of the seating available at the time so almost every table was filled. The hostess was so sweet, as was our waitress. This woman WORKED. She was the only one working the tables and she managed to keep her cool, was polite, friendly, and handled an uncharacteristically rude table of Canadians very kindly (we couldn't help but to overhear). We both got the build your own grand slam. 2 scrambled eggs, 2 turkey bacon, 2 sausage links and hashbrowns- darn good. Everything was flavorful, hot, and correctly made. 2 egg whites, 2 bacon, 2 sausage, hashbrowns- same, mo complaints. The omelette to veggie proportion was definitely off, as there was more egg then actual veggies inside. Our waitress wasn't that great either, as she had a difficult time accommodating my friend's order of no salt. They weren't able to do that I guess. We also ordered side meat, and it never came.
