We recently visited Charter 75 Modern Kitchen for a family occasion and had an okay experience overall. It's located where TGI Fridays was, and the renovations are sleek. The restaurant feels modern, fresh, and much more updated than the previous. We arrived after the rest of our family had already been seated, and the host was very kind in helping us find our group. Our servers were friendly, introduced themselves, and did a great job throughout the meal. One thing we especially appreciated was how attentive they were in making sure our drinks were always refilled. While waiting for our food, my husband ordered the Dark Draft, which included Guinness Stout, Belching Beaver Peanut Butter Milk Stout, and he enjoyed it. I ordered the Espresso Velvet Martini, and it was surprisingly delicious. For our daughter, we ordered the cheese quesadilla and fries, and she gave it her approval. My husband ordered the Hot Honey Chicken. He thought it was okay overall, though the chicken could have been cooked a bit more and the bun wasn't his favorite. I ordered the Bahn Mi Sliders and was surprised they were served on Hawaiian rolls instead of the potato bun I was expecting. They weren't bad at all, but I've had better banh mi flavors elsewhere. That said, we were happy with both the food and the service overall. While it's probably not a place we'd make a special trip for, we'd definitely consider dining here again if we're at Gold Coast and looking for a casual meal. read more

First the service was very slow, place was empty The food was no big deal not bad. The biggest thing that happened, I drank the water and tasted like sawdust, and so did my family of 6 and after we went to Caesar palace and we all got sick to our stomachs. Came here recently as we had food credit we needed to use up before we leave. Without food credit, probably wouldn't have known about this place. We usually stay on the strip and my in-laws like to stay off the strip so they frequently play at the hotel where Charter 75 Modern Kitchen is located. We stopped by here for breakfast before we headed out home. We were seated right away and the restaurant definitely looks modern with TVs around the place which was nice. As the time went by, the restaurant started filling up. The service from our waiter for drinks was very nice. Probably one of the best customer service I've had in a while as he was very polite, friendly and helpful. Our main server was ok, really only coming up to us once after taking our order after we waited for a while. Besides that, service was overall good. Food wise wasn't that bad also. Ordered their Steak and Eggs with hash browns. Steak was cooked nicely and the food overall wasn't bad. Didn't come here with much expectations but came out with a good experience. read more

This place has solid pizza, I loved the venue because it is so new. We asked for a high top table and it faced many TVs and what looked like a mini stage for some live music. We were given menus and there were no listed beer prices. When we asked what they were, they did not even know until the rang it up. We each got the 22 oz beers, one was 10 dollars and my name brand IPA was 13...so not bad, but please let people know the price point. The pizza was pepperoni and very good. We will be back. The food and the service here make for a great experience. I ordered oatmeal and it was the best I have ever eaten. It was fluffy! I can't explain it. I've never had fluffy oatmeal before. Our waiter on several occasions was Miguel, and he must be the reason the rest of the employees have a positive energy. When he is working, the other employees are calling out happily to each other and to customers. He was not there one day and the mood was very different. The employees went about their jobs, heads down, without comments. I hope Miguel is appreciated for the positivity he gives to the customers and to the restaurant. read more

The service was warm and friendly, they definitely tried their best to be accommodating and show a little bit of who they are and trying to be. The former TGIFridays space was reinvented very well.It seemed very open and larger than the former space...and the restaurant looks very modern, fresh and comfortable. The ambiance thrilled me. The seats were large and comfortable too The menu is pretty straightforward.It didn't have too few items, and it didn't have too many items.The price point was very reasonable. Everything I ate was very tasty... And if it matters to you they have Waffle fries!. This is a solid cafe for the Gold Coast. It looked like they even had some late night specials too.... Great service and convenient location. I ordered the salmon dinner, with side salad, I would order this again. I was happy with my order. What I would change: 1. the menu is too large. I would get it stick with staple dishes. 2. Add daily weekly special in replace of a smaller menu, Highlight specialty beverages more and more non alcoholic beverages options! Charter 75 is a brand new restaurant that replaced TGIFridays. It's modern, spacious, and a warm interior highlight so different from it's predecessor. The food is fresh and delicious. The bar selection is vast and has a drink for any pallet. We tried a few different ones and they were all delicious. The desserts here are very good especially the Laparts ice cream. We definitely will be back to try more items from the menu. read more

The crappy coffee counter is gone! This cafe had a robust breakfast and lunch menu. We split the Deuces Wild breakfast and the fresh fruit platter. Plenty of food! The pancakes were fluffy and fresh. Was not planning to finish those, but we did. The fruit platter was enormous and had the best, sweetest fruit, including the best cantaloupe I've had in a while. Service was friendly, attentive and accurate. Hubs had the healthy omelette, which must have been good since the plate was clean. read more

OK, so far if you look at my past reviews, I'm not wanting to get negative reviews. But this was pretty bad. I also know that when you order a change on your menu that you have to expect a little bit of grace because it's not routine. But with that in mind, I ordered steak and eggs and I was offered potatoes and instead of the potatoes, I asked for some cottage cheese because I'm trying to keep my weight down so it was a bit of a weight even though the only bad, maybe six tables and it's pretty big in here. I don't think it was the leader's fault apologetic I don't think it was about 10 minutes later after he served my food. He tells me that they don't have cottage cheese. So I said that's OK. Can I get a side salad and he said OK well, I wanted to eat my food together, so I waited again and it took another 10 minutes. My eggs were cold. My steak was cold. I could've eaten it ahead of time, but I like to eat it altogether. I want to put my steak and vegetable together, so I win and then he comes and asked me after he gives me my salad or did you want salad dressing with that and I said yes I would like blue cheese so once again I took another 10 minutes so now I finally have my food and it is ice cold and to top it off the eggs were not medium. They're totally runny ...ew. So I'm finally enjoying my meal. 30 minutes after it's been sat down in front of me ice cold. I guess it's OK with the eggs are like yuck and this place is like empty right now so I don't get it. Oh well, my first bad review. read more

I'm very picky with salads as I usually make them with fresh vegetables from a farmers market, however, I have to say that The Charter 75 Chopped Salad tasted as such. The sliced radishes really brought out the flavor of the ingredients. Excellent job! My husband had fish and chips and said they were better than a spot we go to by the beach in CA. Also, I heard from someone in the elevator that the salmon was excellent! Also, meticulous presentation of the butter cake dessert was very carefully curated! I believe you have an excellent chef! I stopped by and had a really disappointing experience with the staff. I politely asked an employee if he worked there, and instead of answering normally, he responded with "what do I look like?" in a very rude tone while pointing at his uniform. I then asked a simple question about takeout, and he dismissed me and told me to ask the bartender. The confusing part was the inconsistency. The bartender initially told me they don't do takeout. When I asked again and clarified if I could dine in and take leftovers to go, suddenly the answer became yes. This could have been explained clearly from the start. Overall, the issue wasn't just the policy. And it was the attitude. I was respectful the entire time, but the interaction felt unnecessarily dismissive and unprofessional. read more

first time visit to Charter 75 and it was very impressive. The staff happily greeted us at the entrance, followed by a GREAT server whose name I asked her for....Aurora. She was a heartwarming person who made us feel comfortable and happy to be there. We give her a very warm thank you. The restaurant is very clean and inviting, and the prices are normal and regular for today's costs. Especially, the breakfast was served on large platters and the items were separated which presented a well planned meal which tasted great. The best thing was the bread pudding bites though a bit overcooked. Came with three sauces. Moderately priced. Charter 75 will struggle due to the fact that it is overpriced compared to the fine quality food offered in the Goldcoast steakhouse which is priced moderately. Has the most accessible location in the casino and the service was very good. It is the overall value in comparison to other proven food venues in this casino. It is a hit or miss.
