This place is the worst. The host says me I say I'm ready to order. She takes my order and walks away. Five minutes later I look up to see the host standing talking to the cooks and I have no drinks in front of me. I ask to speak with the manager and they send order a shift sup. When my food comes the order was 2eggs order of pancakes and well done hashbrows. And the hash browns were not done well. They remade them, while they do that I eat my pancakes with the bottle of cold syrup. By the time they bring me my hash browns my eggs are cold so they had to remake them. And to top it off I looked up and saw the host grab another female servers butts. That really pissed me off because it that was two guys the guy would have been fired. DO NOT EAT HERE. read more

Worst Denny's EVER, called to order my food over the phone and waited ten minutes cause the server who answered the phone forgot about me, so I go in to order my food, when I ordered it the server said it would be about 15 minute wait, 20 minutes later still no food I asked the server how much longer and she says let me go check for you, comes back and says to be honest with u u have a lot of orders in front u, I wasted my lunch break waiting for food I never got. Not what I or my daughter expected!! We've been here many times before but never have we been so dissatisfied with the food as we have tonight. My daughter ordered the Turkey dinner; as you see in the first photo, it fills the plate and is appealing to the eye. The second is what she was served - no veggies, 3 pieces of Turkey for a kids plate and that's it! We didn't expect the photo to come to life but this is not what was expected either. When I asked the server if there were veggies with meal, her answer was, "No, she asked for salad so that was the one side." It was not explained that the meal came with only ONE side or other options. Most would think that to rectify the situation a new meal would be offered or something but the server just smiled and walked away. Needless to say, it ruined my daughter's appetite and any chance in the near future of a return visit. read more

Came in for a quick "Denny's" breakfast this morning, being from out of town, it's always a safe choice . Our meal was very good but we really got so much more than we expected in the way of our server, Jessica B. She's adorable, witty, and made sure we were well taken care of. After my last experience here I wasn't sure I would come back, but I decided to give it another try. When I walked in it wasn't busy at all and it took between 1-2 minutes to be seated which I then chose to sit at the bar. It was clean and orderly as was everything which was pleasant to see and my waitress Lucy was very attentive. She took my drink order and in less than 30 seconds I had it with everything I asked for. I then decided to order the Lumberjack Slam, which didn't take long to receive but I would've waited a little longer for a better version. The eggs looked rubbery like they were liquid eggs from a carton and not real eggs and there wasn't a whole lot of them. For the price, you would think you would get more. The bacon could've been crispier it was pretty limp and the hash browns weren't put together well at all. I then found a piece of lettuce on my toast plate which was not very pleasing. The pancakes were the best part of my meal, cooked very well and delicious and the coffee was decent. The reason I decided to give the 3 star review instead of less was because of the great service I received from Lucy. Thank you! read more

Took them a while to attend us. Food was cold and skillets suppose to be hot. My glass of water had a piece of cheese in the inside of the glass. Good thing is the server was good about taking my skillet back and remaking it. Food is so skimpy especially for the price we pay! read more

We were a party of 12 @ about 11pm on Saturday Aug 7, 2021 Just finished up our baseball games. Not much open that late @ night. Never have good experiences @ Denny's in the past & since we travel alot for baseball we eat @ Denny's since they are open late. Walked in & we were greeted right away. Sat us down immediately. It was pretty busy for being late. I noticed that they were fully staffed (which is unusual for Denny's). They had 3 cooks and @ least 5 servers & a manager who was actually on the floor & helping. It was an all female crew, cooks too. Stephanie was our server & she came right over to us. Took our beverage order & brought them out, then took our order. Now we were sitting in 2 different booths with 6 17/18 yr old boys, with 4 separate checks. Our food came out in about 15 minutes (which is fast especially for a party of 12). Every order was correct (picky teenage boys). Food was hot & good. Service was fantastic. Everyone helped each other & they were laughing & talking with every guest, even if it wasn't their table. We had several servers stop by to check on us & we never had to ask for refills or anything. We told her we wanted ranch when we ordered & it came with our food. She brought out our checks & they were all correct. I have been in the restaurant business for 30 years & I wish I had a crew like this one. Extremely friendly, team players who love their jobs. I had to speak to the manager ( sorry I didn't get your name). So many people complain on reviews, but you hardly ever get good reviews from anyone. This crew definatley deserves acknowledgement for their outstanding service. We are possibly coming out again for another tournament & we will definitely be going back. I had my sister call in an order this morning because we were on the go. My order was the French Toast meal. It was supposed to have eggs and sausage, however it didn't. We were already on the freeway in the next town when I opened my meal and it looked like this. **Update 8/20/18** I wanted to update my review to say that we just had dinner here and our server, Karah S was wonderful. She was very attentive and polite. Once again we left here very happy. Ever since Denny's opened in it's new location it has been wonderful! We went to the old one on the corner of 12th and Lacey once when we first moved here in 2007 and never went back. We gave the new one a try right after opening and we were very impressed. The service is always great and the food is always very good. They have really improved the quality of their food. My family and I come here at least once a week and have never been disappointed. read more

This is the 3rd and final time we will be eating at this restraunt. 1st visit shortly after opening, disorganized, but dismissed cause they had only been open 6 days. Visit 2 had poor service, but food was good. 2 days ago my husband & I had last visit to restraunt. Terrible!!! Poor service, terrible waitress, and food sucked!! She took her personal time to pipe in with outside of work conversation, and went the extra mile in recommendations of our orders. My friend boasted about how good Denny's was, so we stopped in for breakfast last Wednesday. Once we were seated and our order taken, we waited 35 minutes for our order to be brought to the table. By the time the plates were served, the food was cold, including a stone cold biscuit, which should have been served piping hot for the butter to melt. Ordinarily, I would have requested that the food be reheated, but we were starving by the time the food was served. My friend asked the server why the service was so slow. She stated that this was the day that they train new cooks and that the new kitchen staff were just learning. Because of the unbelievably slow service and cold food, I will never spend money or waste my time at this restaurant again. read more

This was the worst experience I've had at Denny's. The waitress Jessica didn't understand my order (a simple sandwich with no meat.) proceeded to order soup. My soup came luke warm, asked it to be warmed up, my soup returned the same luke warm temperature. Even the guests behind me were unhappy with their service, they were also served luke warm soup. I wish I could rate it a 0 just got my order to go and it was horrible . I got a sampler that I'm sure is suppose to have more than 3 boneless wings 2 cheese sticks and half a handful of chips . Really? Tasted bad as well , super salty chicken(with wrong sauce) . Queso dip was horrible wasn't even a spoon full, which would explain why I only got half a handful of chips . I love this place! The people are so nice and welcoming especially one of their waitresses, Eunice! She is amazing! She is kind, and if we ever need anything she is the one. Great Dennys, I came in with my boys yesterday morning and sat way back in a corner because my toddler was being a hand full, since i walked in a servers near door greeted me with a smile. It was my birthday, my church family decided to take me to Denny's for dinner after service. It took 30 minutes to get our drinks, 1 hr to get an appetizer, and 2 hrs and 30 minutes later our dinner was not even prepared. People came in after us and had their dinner first than us. Another table was experiencing the same issue. The waiters thought it was a joke and would be laughing. I felt completely disrespected in my mind thinking did your parents teach you any manners. Also, I don't believe that if it was them they would appreciate such treatment. If you don't like to give customer service then go find yourself another job. Best believe I'm taking this issue up the ladder and will be contacting corporate. This was completely unacceptable. And I will never stop by this place!!! read more

Well we came in and was seated and then the wait began. We were told that our server would be right with us but not on person come to our table to give us an update, a drink, or anything. Man, we were really looking forward to eating here too. It was full when we got there but cleared out pretty fast so the wait was unjustified. As we decided to leave, still having not been served, we saw multiple tables just like us that were still waiting for service. We're now on our way to IHOP. Bad business guys! read more

My dad and I try to come to Denny's every Saturday and we always get this amazing waitress named jasmine . She is amazing at what she does and she always tries to make sure our order is perfect. She is super fast and is very friendly . I can't speak for my dad but for myself I look forward to coming to Denny's and talking to her . The only complaint I would have about Denny's would be that the cooks need to be more careful about how they send their food out . I know it is a chain restaurant but you at least expect a decent overall standard of service and food quality. Both were very poor. The waitress was not very attentive and took ages to take our order albeit the restaurant was not busy at all. Other tables around us were also commenting on this service. The order was incorrect and the food was brought out at different times. One of the meals even made child ill. Adult meals we left most of as they were greasy and not cooked well.
