The last owner of this Denny's location really let it run down before it was acquired by corporate. The place looks great now... newly remodeled, clean and super fast service. I work in customer service and I know that we all have days that aren't good. I will never go back to this Denny's again. The service was horrible. They never asked us if we needed anything. This is the closest Denny's to us. We came here for Christmas and with open tables in the restaurant they were turning people away saying "2 hour wait" When a restaurant is not full and management is turning people away that means the kitchen staff was not prepared for the orders they had received us, and got backed up. I've never been 100% thrilled with this location but after this we will not be back. read more

If I could give a negative star review I would. Me and my daughter ate at this location yesterday and I had ordered the bourbon checken meal and the chicken tasted off. I had informed the waitress that something was wrong with the food and that I would still pay the full price of the check but just wanted to give a heads up just in case. She blew me off. Later that night I got extremely sick and I called back spoke with someone else and again told them I didnt want anything that I just didn't want anyone else to get sick he also just blew me off and told me to call back in the morning. When I called back today again tried to tell the manager I wasn't trying to get anything in return that I was just trying to prevent someone else getting sick he took my information said they would call me back and I never heard back. So again I called and the district manager answered and treated me like crap and pretty much called me a liar. Not once did I get an apology or them taking my complaint of food poisoning serious. I have already filed a complaint with the health department and I am currently trying to file a complaint with corporate but as of right now I am unable to get in touch with them. I highly suggest never eating at this location unless you want to get extremely ill from their food and then not caring. read more

Excellent Food! Eggs are real and delicious! I had a ommlet with mushrooms, Pico de Gallo and carmalized onions, Super Good! Went with five others, one got the dinner double hamburger, he loved it! It's his favorite hamburger better than Culver's. We got their New Ghirardelli double chocolate pancake puppies, served with cream cheese frosting, for the table and everyone likes loved them plus what they ordered. Great service too. We're in town for my moms hospital visits and we came in late last night. As soon as we sit down the power goes out from the high wind. The manager was apologetic and said they can wait a few minutes but if it stays off they will have to close. Perfectly understandable and we had no issues. We waited in the dark maybe 10 minutes? As soon as the power came back on the cook started flying. Our food came out maybe 10-15 minutes later perfectly cooked and HOT. We were amazed and grateful. I do declare, I love me some Denny's! This is the location close to Swedish Hospital in Englewood. The service is fast and friendly, the bathrooms are clean, and the food is good. This Denny's in Englewood, Colorado opened sometime in the late 1960's. It permanently closed 2 days ago and today the signs came down.

I enjoy Denny's food. It's a good place to relax and get a good meal. Today was a nightmare. I ordered my OJ and coffee and waited for my breakfast. When the waitress delivered the coffee and creamer, I asked for a spoon to stir my coffee. She told me sure! After waiting 20 mins for a spoon, (and still no food), I got up and informed the manger why I was walking out without drinking anything or receiving my food. He really didn't seem too concerned that I was leaving. Guess I'll just have to go to the Wadsworth location from now on. read more

It was way below average. I used to go here, eat some pancakes and listen to oldies but goodies music with my hubby. It didn't happen this time. The bread from the sandwich was hard, not "because it is toasted", as the waitress said, but because it was old. I asked for mayonnaise and I got some that saw better days. Two amazing servers work here! Lisa in the mornings and Hayley in the evenings are absolutely the best servers in the Denver Metro Area. When serving, both of them get to know their customers and provide service that is second to none. While the food at Denny's is normal dinner food, these two servers are what get us to eat here over and over again. read more

I can remember going to Denny's when I was in high school. It was the place to hang out. I've never been dissatisfied by the food, and the service is always understood my wanting to stay at the table a little bit longer than most people.
