Stopped here halfway point between Vail Co and LA. The steak and eggs were cooked to perfection. The poached eggs perfect, with perfectly browned hash browns. I had the thanksgiving dinner and the turkey was so good, the mashed and gravy and the stuffing amazing. We are completely sober and we completely enjoyed it. This was not an after clubbing outing. My wife and I stopped at this location for a quick dinner, before heading homebound to Colorado. Staff were mostly friendly except for our waitress who was incessantly complaining about the kitchen staff, to the point of calling them derogatory names. A wee bit of banter is always okay, but she proceeded to complain every time she returned to our table, always forgetting a small detail of our order, blaming the kitchen who "sucked," and never a question as to how we were doing- very unprofessional. Our shrimp was served raw, and we decided to talk with the manager. The manager on duty today, Alfredo, made the experience much more enjoyable as he provided my wife and I both with complimentary desserts, and charged off the price of the shrimp. I just wish the waitress was sent home more promptly, as the manager mentioned he was doing, for she kept coming back to our table saying she, "apologized for her kitchen sucking so badly," and passively-aggressively began overcompensating for her original lack in detail, and mentioned she was now being sent home for her "bitching." Dang I haven't been to beaver Utah in about 15 years! On my way home to Phoenix from Boise my truck broke down and it looked to be becoming a really bad day have to take a bus to Las Vegas then fly from Vegas to home anyways it was going to be a 2 hour wait for the shuttle to Vegas and I saw the Denny's went to go sit down and wait for as long as I could and I can not believe the hospitality from Chris F, he sat me in a booth to charge my phone for the rest of the trip and made sure I was doing ok waiting for my shuttle thanks Chris for understanding and taking care of me for my visit will defiantly be making this a stop when I pick up the broken down truck and every time I'm up his way they really stand out here thanks again read more

Horrible service. Sat for 20 minutes after I ordered my drinks, coffee and water. Nothing served till after I raised my voice. Finally someone brings them over and says to me she was on break. There were 4 waitresses at the counter. One of them couldn't bring me my drinks and take my order? Store needs new management. Ordered wings the night before. They came burnt. Also they shorted me wings till I complained about that as well. They can't cook, they can't give service. They can't keep the place clean. Used employee cups on the counter where customers sit and eat. Bathrooms trashed and no toilet paper. Grease on the vents that can catch fire at any time. Stay away from this location. read more

Sign outside said "One of the Top 10 Denny's in Utah" Apparently that's not too difficult to achieve. I must say the manager on duty was outstanding and did everything to correct what went wrong! Her staff, not so much. Our party of 5 was shown to a table immediately, however, our waiter was lacking in people skills. He refused to wait for our whole party to return from the restroom before taking our drink order, knew little about the menu, didn't check back with us for drink refills, and would just respond "yup" when we thanked him for anything. 4 of the 5 plates arrived overcooked, yet cold. This is one of the best Denny's I have ever been to! The service was good, even with travelers stopping in and truck drivers sitting at the bar we were seated right away. The food came out fast and fresh, I swear my bacon was made by an angel! Lol all jokes aside it really was good bacon. Not greasy and just the right crispness, I was very surprised. It came in my order of the BYO slam. My eggs were fluffy and made just right and the game was grilled just right as well. My hubby got the lumberjack breakfast and he loved the way his hash browns came out. We definitely have to bookmark this Denny's so we can stop whenever we drive through Beaver again. read more

Experience here was bleh. Service was just... not great. There was a girl with blonde/purple(?) hair and she was awfully sweet and apologetic. She did mess up quite the bit but she was apologetic so our group was okay with it. This other girl who had brown hair (hair was braided) was sour. She had plenty of attitude and we wish the tip wasn't split between them. Our group consisted of 15 people; it's a large group so we understand the mishaps and confusion, but attitude is NOT okay. Btw, there was no problem with language barrier either because the people who ordered are fluent in English. I ordered a veggie omelette with egg whites only and I asked specifically if I could sub the hash browns out for cheesy mashed potatoes without cost. The blonde haired girl assured me it was free, but it had to be substituted with another potato option. No problem. I was charged for the cheesy potato and my omelette was mixed with the yolk. Plus it was extremely oily... Another of our guests ordered t-bone with steak WITHOUT the shrimp but was given it with the shrimp. She did not touch it at all but was charged for it. The brown haired girl stated "since you ordered t-bone with shrimp we can't remove it for you" but she definitely did not order it. It was wrong for her to say that. The blonde server did make more mistakes, but we understand that she could be overwhelmed. Just say sorry and we won't be mad. No need for the attitude. read more

On our way home from a military training, we stopped by this establishment to get breakfast. We were seated by a lady and Linda introduced herself as our server and asked for our drinks. Waters all around. A lone gentleman was seated after us. Next, two pairs of couples. Followed by a family of about 6 people. By the time our order was taken by another person (not Linda), the lone gentleman was almost finished eating and was on his second cup of coffee and the other three groups had their orders taken. The male person took our order. We saw everyone get their food before ours was anywhere close to being finished. We left the establishment because we felt that this place did not want to serve as. As we left, I told Linda to cancel our order. She didn't even seek to ask why we were leaving. She either knew what was happening on purpose or didn't care. I would suggest that if you are not of caucasian decent, avoid this place unless you want to relive societal norms of the 1950's. read more

This is a great Denny's. My husband & I are staying at the truck stop across the way. I was craving some breakfast. I ordered online. Quick & easy. I came in but the waitress didn't hear Me come & she was also taking orders for some people who were dining in so I was waiting almost 10 minutes but when she realized I was There she came & helped me out. Very polite, really sweet lady. It said it was going to take about 20 minutes to be ready but I had to sign for it when I got there so I just went as soon as I ordered. It was quite and for the most part clean. Some little pieces of trash on the floor but wasn't nothing crazy. The food was so good & fresh. I have never had a Denny's experience like this one. This is the best Denny's I have ever been to hands down. I did notice the food portion was kind of small. & she didn't give me any syrup for my pancakes. Maybe I have to ask for that ? This is a Denny's so knowing that you realize this isn't a fancy place but perfect for a stop on a long ride home with my family. Service was so great! The manager offered me a 'free' cup of soup after I asked to change my order. I had the avocado chicken caesar salad which was delicious and the veggies were fresh. My husband had the pot roast dinner which was just as you'd expect from home. My kids ate their dinners entirely so that's saying a lot. It's a new location and everything is clean too.
